Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. 基于“三导向”的医学本科生创新创业教育实践的探索

目的探讨“三导向”人才培养模式在医学本科生创新创业教育实践的可行性及实施效果。方法2020年6月—2022年6月,选择85名南昌大学第一附属医院麻醉学专业的本科生作为研究对象,根据不同的人才培养模式分为对照组和试验组。对照组43名实... 目的探讨“三导向”人才培养模式在医学本科生创新创业教育实践的可行性及实施效果。方法2020年6月—2022年6月,选择85名南昌大学第一附属医院麻醉学专业的本科生作为研究对象,根据不同的人才培养模式分为对照组和试验组。对照组43名实施传统教学模式;试验组42名实施“三导向”人才培养模式。统计分析学生的考试(包括理论考试与技能考试)成绩、“三导向”评分与创新创业满意程度。结果对照组理论成绩和技能成绩为(75.35±7.47)分、(91.37±2.47)分,高于试验组[(81.12±7.14)分、(94.76±2.80)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组执业能力、职业精神和社会适应评分为(32.47±5.05)分、(31.19±4.26)分、(24.58±3.09)分,均高于试验组[(39.00±4.93)分、(36.57±2.93)分、(27.26±2.44)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组科研兴趣、教学效果、参与创新创业类活动的意愿满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用“三导向”人才培养模式更能带动医学本科生进行创新创业教育实践,有利于提高学生的综合素质能力。 展开更多

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education. 展开更多

Through the Sequential Mixed Methods Approach, 24 final year power engineering students underwent 12 learnshops on creativity and entrepreneurship with an attempt to foster creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among them. Pre- and post-test on creativity using Torrance's Test of Creativity (TTCT) and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy questionnaires were used to determine the level of both creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy The findings of the study show that a significant leap in how teaching and learning takes place is necessary if we are to properly prepare students for the 21st century knowledge economy and that active participation, confidence and ideas generation taking place under teamwork and informal settings are a way forward and to harness the two constructs. 展开更多

面对我国草地农业发展中日益综合化和复杂化的实际问题以及信息化、智能化的发展趋势,以草学与大数据、人工智能等信息技术科学相融合为切入点,探索多学科交叉融合的草学类创新型人才培养模式,旨在培养出符合社会发展需求、满足国家发... 面对我国草地农业发展中日益综合化和复杂化的实际问题以及信息化、智能化的发展趋势,以草学与大数据、人工智能等信息技术科学相融合为切入点,探索多学科交叉融合的草学类创新型人才培养模式,旨在培养出符合社会发展需求、满足国家发展战略需要的草地农业领域专业技术人才。首先基于兰州大学草地农业科技学院187名在校学生的问卷调查数据,结合2014-2019年该学院毕业生就业统计数据和近年中国500强企业中的农牧业企业招聘信息,分析得出目前草学类专业人才培养模式中还存在培养方案较为陈旧、行业发展需求未被充分考虑等问题,据此讨论多学科交叉融合的草学类人才培养模式探索的必要性,进而构建草地农业人才培养专业框架,提出“草学+”创新型人才培养模式,并从师资队伍、课程体系、创新实践平台和考核评价标准等方面具体探讨草学类创新型人才培养模式的实施方案。 展开更多

研究旨在探讨中国数字基础设施建设对低空经济高质量发展的影响及其发挥作用的机理。通过构建理论框架和实证模型,利用2012—2022年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据进行分析,发现数字基础设施建设对低空经济高质量发展起到了明显... 研究旨在探讨中国数字基础设施建设对低空经济高质量发展的影响及其发挥作用的机理。通过构建理论框架和实证模型,利用2012—2022年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据进行分析,发现数字基础设施建设对低空经济高质量发展起到了明显的推动作用。研究进一步发现人才集聚度、创业活跃度以及数字普惠金融的中介效应。此外,研究也发现创业活跃度和产业高级化水平具有门槛效应,地区间一般预算支出和城乡收入差距对回归结果存在异质性影响。综合回归分析结果,提出如下政策建议:加强数字基础设施建设,特别是低空经济发展相对滞后的中西部地区;优化人才培养、促进人才集聚;激发创业活力,降低创业成本,推动新型商业模式的发展;发展数字化普惠金融。 展开更多

大学生创新创业训练计划是高校教育教学改革的重要环节,也是高校深度融入国家创新体系的重要举措。文章就浙江大学医学部2020-2023级医学类专业本科教育阶段学生63人参与大学生创新创业训练计划项目(简称大创项目)的情况进行了问卷调查... 大学生创新创业训练计划是高校教育教学改革的重要环节,也是高校深度融入国家创新体系的重要举措。文章就浙江大学医学部2020-2023级医学类专业本科教育阶段学生63人参与大学生创新创业训练计划项目(简称大创项目)的情况进行了问卷调查。结果表明,该项目有助于提升医学学生的综合能力,包括发现问题与解决问题的能力(73.77%)、文献检索能力(80.33%)、实验操作能力(73.77%)、数据整理与分析能力(81.97%)、学术论文构思与写作能力(62.30%)和团队协作能力(75.41%)。大创项目的训练不仅有益于提高医学生的主动学习能力和热情,而且有利于提高医学生的科研创新能力和医学生的综合能力,同时获得学术产出。 展开更多
