冬病夏治哮喘163例

目的:观察冬病夏治治疗寒痰犯肺型哮喘的临床疗效。方法:采用夏季养阳补肺,益肾健脾药(白芥子、延胡、细辛、葶苈子、皂角、甘遂、麻黄、苏子、肉桂)穴位外贴治疗本病163例。结果:总有效率95.6%。提示:本方法对本病有养阳补肺,益肾健脾的功效。

冬病夏治穴位敷贴法联合常规康复训练对轻、中度COPD患者肺功能的影响

目的:探讨冬病夏治穴位敷贴法联合常规康复训练对轻、中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能影响性。方法:选取共102例轻、中度COPD稳定期患者,按入组顺序随机分成两组,每组51例,对照组常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上中药研磨后敷贴穴位天突、膻中、大椎、肺俞、定喘、足三里3-5h/次,10d一次,直至三伏天结束,观察治疗前后在肺功能、临床症状、COPD急性发作次数、日常生活能力(ADL)变化情况。结果:对照组急性发作平均(3.2±1.1)次/年,ADL评分平均为(65.6±10.4)分。研究组急性发作平均(1.4±0.6)次/年,ADL评分平均为(79.9±13.6)分,研究组ADL评分明显高于对照组,急性发作次数低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肺功能改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、呼吸困难、啰音、气短症状上显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位敷贴法联合常规康复训练能改善轻、中度COPD肺功能,缓解症状,减少急性发作次数,提高生活质量。

冬病夏治穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者免疫因子的影响

目的:探讨中医特色疗法穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的影响。方法:将150例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期中医属于寒痰阻肺的患者随机分为安慰剂组、治疗组2组,安慰剂组74例,治疗组76例。治疗组给予本院自制药物消喘散穴位贴敷治疗;安慰机组加用苦荞面膏穴位贴敷。2组均在治疗1个疗程后进行结果测定。观察2组治疗前后细胞免疫(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8及CD+4/CD+8)及体液免疫指标(IgA、IgG、IgM)的变化。结果:两组病人在年龄、性别及病情程度方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)。同组治疗前后比较,行穴位贴敷治疗者能提高血清CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8水平(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG水平(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较显示,治疗组较对照组能有效升高CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消喘散对COPD稳定期患者免疫功能具有良好的调节作用,提高患者免疫功能及抗病能力,改善患者生活质量。

传统穴+神阙穴三伏贴敷对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清总IgE水平及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数的影响

目的:观察传统穴+神阙穴三伏贴敷对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清总Ig E水平及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数的影响。方法:将门诊就诊的70例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分为2组;对照组35例口服孟鲁司特钠,观察组35例在对照组的基础上加用传统穴+神阙穴三伏贴敷,2组均1个月为1个疗程。观察1个月后患儿咳嗽减轻情况及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数及血清总Ig E水平变化。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统穴+神阙穴三伏贴敷可提高咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床疗效,降低咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数及血清总Ig E水平。

Efficacy comparison of different forms of dog-days acupoint application for prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of traditionaldog-days acupoint application and Magic Acupuncture Patch (Manji) in the prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis (CB) in remission stage in the past five years, and explore the principle of action and effective stimulation, to provide the evidence for treating CB by acupoint application. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 405 patients with CB who met the inclusion criteria. All patients were treated with dog-days acupoint application or Magic Acupuncture Patch between 2013 and 2017. The clinical data of 405 patients were statistically analyzed to compare the prevention and treatment effects of dog-days acupoint application and Magic Acupuncture Patch, and different degrees of stimulation of dog-days acupoint application. Results: Among the dog-days acupoint application groups, the total effective rate was 63.6% in the light stimulation group, 93.1% in the moderate stimulation group, and 94.8% in the strong stimulation group. The differences in the total effective rate between the light stimulation group and the moderate stimulation group, as well as the strong stimulation group, were statistically significant (both P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the moderate stimulation group and the strong stimulation group (P>0.05). The total effective rate was 83.9% in the dog-days acupoint application group, versus 45.4% in the Magic Acupuncture Patch group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of dog-days acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of CB is better than that of Magic Acupuncture Patch;the degree of stimulation is the basis for the effect of dog-days acupoint application on prevention and treatment of CB, and the moderate and strong stimulations are more appropriate.

A Study on the Basic Drugs and Points for Point Application in Summer to Treat the Diseases with Attacks in Winter

Objective: To study the basic prescriptions of drugs and points for point application in summer to treat the diseases with attacks in winter and the law governing their compatibility. Methods: A database was set up by collecting and sorting out the relevant literature, and the analysis was made with the complex network. Results: It was found that Bai Jie Zi (白芥子 Semen Sinapis Albae), Xi Xin (细辛 Herba Asari), Gan Sui (甘遂 Radix Euphorbiae Kansui) and Yan Hu Suo (延胡索 Rhizoma Corydalis) were used as the basic prescriptions of drugs, Feishu (BL 13), Dazhui (GV 14) and Shanzhong (CV 17) were selected as the basic prescription of points. Conclusion: The knowledge obtained from the complex networks on the basic prescriptions of drugs and points for point-application in summer to treat diseases with attacks in winter can provide a data support for working out operation norms and carrying on verification research.
