目的:观察稀释后压力雾化复方黄柏液外喷对中毒性表皮松解症患者皮损愈合的疗效。方法:中毒性表皮松解症患者58例,随机分为两组,湿敷组(n=31)用稀释后复方黄柏液纱布湿热敷,雾化组(n=27)用稀释后压力雾化复方黄柏液外喷,两组均联合使用... 目的:观察稀释后压力雾化复方黄柏液外喷对中毒性表皮松解症患者皮损愈合的疗效。方法:中毒性表皮松解症患者58例,随机分为两组,湿敷组(n=31)用稀释后复方黄柏液纱布湿热敷,雾化组(n=27)用稀释后压力雾化复方黄柏液外喷,两组均联合使用夫西地酸乳膏外涂,1次/4h。结果:雾化组疗效优于湿敷组,雾化组感染及不良事件发生率均低于湿敷组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稀释后压力雾化复方黄柏液外喷治疗对中毒性表皮松解症皮损愈合具有良好的效果。 展开更多

In order to solve the problem of using new nozzle is proposed in fire rescue robot. middle or low water pressure to form fine water mist, a Existing water mist nozzles are basically used for high pressure and in large size, complex structure and poor low pressure atomization effect in comparison with requirement of snake-like fire rescue robots. On the basis of comprehensive typical spray noz- zles, a direct spiral double helix converging nozzle (DSDHCN) is proposed, which has the advanta- ges of small volume, light weight, simple structure, and convenient installation. To make the spray nozzle have good performance, and meet the requirements of more efficient fire extinguishing, a nu- merical study is carried out to analyze the internal and external full flow field of nozzle. A gas-liquid two-phase flow is applied to simulate the external full flow field of nozzle with VOF model in fluent software. The simulation results show the real situation of water flow out of the atomization nozzle and the water jet trajectory. Some simulations about middle or low water pressure direct spiral double he- lix converging optimized nozzle have been done in 30bar pressure. The simulation results show that the optimized nozzle structure not only makes the spray droplets have a good cone angle, but also have a sufficient axial velocity,which proves the structure rationality of the proposed optimized nozzle. 展开更多

Pressure-swirl atomizers are often employed to generate a water-mist spray,typically employed in fire suppression.In the present study,an experimental characterization of dispersion(velocity and cone angle)and atomization(drop-size axial evolution)was carried out following a previously developed methodology,with specific reference to the initial region of the spray.Laser-based techniques were used to quantitatively evaluate the considered phenomena:velocity field was reconstructed through a Particle Image Velocimetry analysis;drop-size distribution was measured by a Malvern Spraytec device,highlighting secondary atomization and subsequent coalescence along the spray axis.Moreover,a comprehensive set of relations was validated as predictive of the involved parameters,following an inviscid-fluid approach.The proposed model pertains to early studies on pressure-swirl atomizers and primarily yields to determine both initial velocity and cone angle.The spray thickness is also predicted and a classic correlation for Sauter Mean Diameter is shown to provide good agreement with experimental results.The analysis was carried out at the operative pressure of 80 bar;two injectors were employed featuring different orifice diameters and flow numbers,as a sort of parametric approach to this spray typology. 展开更多

A waste heat recovery and denitrification system was developed for improving energy conservation and emissions control especially for control of PM2.5 particles and haze. The system uses enhanced heat and mass transfer techniques in a packed heat exchange tower with self-rotation and zero-pressure spraying, low temperature NO oxidation by ozone, and neutralization with an alkali solution. Operating data in a test project gave NOx in the exhaust flue gas of less than 30 mg/Nm3 with an ozone addition rate of 8 kg/h and spray water p H of 7.5–8, an average heat recovery of 3 MW, and an average heat supply of 7.2 MW. 展开更多
