桂枝茯苓丸加减配合西药治疗晚期卵巢癌患者临床疗效

目的:探讨中成药桂枝茯苓丸加减配合西药在晚期卵巢癌患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:收集84例晚期卵巢癌患者,按照患者自愿原则随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组患者采用单纯西药(紫杉醇+卡铂)治疗,间隔21d为1个周期,治疗2~3个周期。观察组在对照组西药治疗基础上加用桂枝茯苓丸治疗。周期结束后统计分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,血清CA125治疗前后的变化及患者生活质量评分的变化。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率为85.71%(36/42),对照组总有效率为61.90%(26/42),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前血清CA125值两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者下降程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前各项生活质量指标积分两组无统计学差异性(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者指标积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸加减配合西药治疗晚期卵巢癌患者,临床治疗效果确切,改善了患者血清指标值。

Clinical Observations on Electroacupuncture Treatment of Unstable Bladder

Objective： To assess the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture for treatment of unstable bladder. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture and control groups and the curative effects were evaluated according to improvement in clinical symptom and quality of life scores after treatment. Results： The observation indices were significantly lower after than before treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in clinical symptom score between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Quality of life score was significantly decreased in the electroacupuncture group as compared with that in the manipulation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Both treatments improve voiding difficulty. The degree of satisfaction to quality of life is larger in the electroacupuncture group than in the manipulation group. Clinical symptom score tends to be lower in the electroacupuncture group than in the manipulation group.
