Enhancing Data Forwarding Efficiency in SIoT with Multidimensional Social Relations

Effective data communication is a crucial aspect of the Social Internet of Things(SIoT)and continues to be a significant research focus.This paper proposes a data forwarding algorithm based on Multidimensional Social Relations(MSRR)in SIoT to solve this problem.The proposed algorithm separates message forwarding into intra-and cross-community forwarding by analyzing interest traits and social connections among nodes.Three new metrics are defined:the intensity of node social relationships,node activity,and community connectivity.Within the community,messages are sent by determining which node is most similar to the sender by weighing the strength of social connections and node activity.When a node performs cross-community forwarding,the message is forwarded to the most reasonable relay community by measuring the node activity and the connection between communities.The proposed algorithm was compared to three existing routing algorithms in simulation experiments.Results indicate that the proposed algorithmsubstantially improves message delivery efficiency while lessening network overhead and enhancing connectivity and coordination in the SIoT context.

Interpersonal Perception in Virtual Groups: Examining Homophily, Identification and Individual Attraction Using Social Relations Model in Network

With the penetration of the Internet, virtual groups have become more and more popular. The reliability and accuracy of interpersonal perception in the virtual environment is an intriguing issue. Using the Social relations model (SRM) [1], this paper investigates interpersonal perception in virtual groups from a multilevel perspective. In particular, it examines the following three areas: homophily, identification, and individual attraction, and explores how much of these directional and dyadic relational evaluations can be attributed to the effect of the actor, the partner, and the relationship.

Correlation between social relational quality and hope among patients with permanent colostomies

Purpose:This study examined the correlation between social relational quality and hope among patients with permanent colostomies.Methods:Eighty-six eligible patients with permanent colostomies were recruited from a Class A tertiary hospital from July to December 2012.A self-designed demographic questionnaire,the Social Relational Quality Scale(SRQS),and the Herth Hope Index(HHI)were administered to all patients.Results:The total social relationship quality and hope scores were 49.42±4.98 and 38.52±4.64,respectively.The total scale score and composing subscale scores for social relationship quality and hope showed a statistically significant positive correlation with each other(r?0.324e0.680;p<0.01).Conclusions:A positive correlation exists between social relational quality and hope among patients with permanent colostomies.This finding suggests that such patients should be given hope and that their families should be encouraged to provide more support for better acceptance and adjustment.

关系主义视角下学校社会工作者入场路径研究

实现在场域中的“入场”是社会工作专业发展的关键议题。已有“入场”研究多从整体主义出发,难以明晰场域内多重关系对社会工作者的影响。本文尝试突破整体主义,从关系主义出发讨论社会工作者入场问题。研究将学校社会工作实践场域拆分为管理子场域、业务子场域和人际子场域,讨论社会工作者进入不同子场域的顺序、路径和方式。首先,社会工作者需要识别实践场域中存在的不同子场域及其关系,并根据当下的资本情况选择进入的子场域。其次,在每个子场域的实践中,社会工作者都需要识别场域的游戏规则,并通过调试自身行动来缴纳入场费,进而开展场域游戏。此外,在每个子场域的实践中,社会工作者都可能积累新的资本,并推动社会工作者识别和进入更多的子场域。

在关系化与类别化之间:鄂西武陵山区返乡农民工的创业实践及社会网络重构

本文通过对鄂西武陵山区农村的田野调查发现,熟人社会网络主要依靠传统儒家伦理来维持,呈现出关系化的社会网络状态,这种社会网络呈现单一和发展规模有限等特点。随着人口城乡流动剧增,特别是大批农民工进城以及返乡以后,原本相对单一的重构方式趋于多元化,并呈现着关系化和类别化等多重社会网络并置的状况。多重社会网络并置现象既是城乡流动的体现,也是不同人群基于生存选择而将乡土性和城市性编入日常生活实践的结果。其生成对于重新理解国家、社会和个人的关系,以及进一步理解中国社会转型过程中的差序格局及公私边界等问题有着重要启示意义。

Psychological Contract within Labor Relation and Its Management Strategy

The paper argues that labor contracts between employees and organization includes two facets, i.e. economic contracts and psychological contracts, and along with enterprise competition becoming fierce increasingly and labor force becoming diversified all the more, the psychological contracts have crucial effects on employees＇ attitudes, behaviors and performances. We also argue that, under the challenging organization context, if managers want to make strategic partnership with employees, they must link employees with hearts, pay attention to the management of psychological contracts before, during and after signing labor contracts, and keep dynamic equilibrium of psychological contracts.

民族研究认识论转向与民族学知识体系重构

我国民族研究缺乏解释力、信度和效度的深层次原因,为初民社会研究范式、本质论和实在主义的旧认识论。只有推动民族研究的认识论转向,建立起复杂社会研究范式、实践论和关系主义的新认识论,才有可能实现我国民族学的知识体系重构。

迈向关系性社会治理:一个元框架的构建

社会治理的广泛兴起已经从普通概念上升为一种范式,然而目前的讨论缺乏哲学基础的反思,以实体论为路径,聚焦治理主体间关系而悬置了社会治理对象,过于强调治理主体的合作关系而贬低单向管理。以关系论为进路,提出"关系性社会治理"核心概念,试图超越实体概念的弊端。关系性社会治理的结构由治理主体关系、治理对象关系、治理主体与治理对象间关系构成,基于利益逻辑,推动资源流动,不断形成动态平衡的关系网络;关系形式则在固态与流动、细分与整合、互动与网络、遣使与自主、直接与间接、管理与服务之间动态变动,呈现一种动态平衡治理景象。

新时代社会组织党建工作开展是以价值目标确立为基本前提,这种价值目标建构的理论逻辑,既需要个体主义范式,也需要关系主义范式;既需要客观关系主义,也需要主观关系主义。从主观关系主义范式出发,新时代社会组织党建价值目标,一方面是提高社会组织对党的全面领导认同,另一方面是增进党对社会组织的信任。高质量社会组织党建是实现两个价值目标统一的关键。

Quasi-Networks in Social Relational Systems

In social sciences it is more or less generally acknowledged that (social) networks seem to be the natural tool in the organization of social activity. In the liteature on the mathematical description of social phenomena the concept of a network is hardly used.In this paper we focus on the development of a’possible mathematical formualtion of the properties of a social network and a minimal and nearly complete social relational subsystem as a quasi-network within the setting of an economic trade system.

Board independence and fluctuations of corporate performance--A research from the angle of social relations of independent directors

Based on whether there is social relation between independent directors and CEOs,there are two types of independence in the board of directors:nominal independence and real independence.Their influences on the fluctuations of corporate performance are varied.First,the board independence will strengthen supervision and reduce the fluctuations in corporate performance.Second,the nominal board independence will reduce performance fluctuations but with inadequate significance;however,the real independence significantly reduces fluctuations of corporate performance;social relations between CEO and independent directors will encourage fluctuations of corporate performance.This also confirms that the independent directors can reduce the corporate performance instead of just holding the post and doing nothing.At the same time,in order to improve the real board independence,when recruiting independent directors,those gray directors who have social relations with CEO must be identified and excluded.

Analysis on the Problems of Agent Performance in Administrative Law

With the rapid development of modem social politics and economy,agent performance has been a need of the People's Republic of China's administrative law enforcement and the public.Its form is relatively mild,and it is the product formed in the field of modem administrative law enforcement.The contemporary agent performance system has been playing an important role in environmental protection and traffic safety,which can save administrative costs to a certain extent,improve the efficiency of law enforcement,as well as effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the obligee.In spite of this,agent performance in China's administrative law has gained a lot of space for development,but there are many aspects that still need continuous development and improvement such as the subject,procedure,and cost of agent performance.This article focuses on the issue of agent performance as well as analyzes the subject,procedure,and cost of agent performance in administrative law of the People's Republic of China in aiming to promote the development of agent performance in administrative compulsory law of the People's Republic of China.

社交机器人情感真实性的伦理争议:“实体论”与“关系论”两种进路及其关系

用户与社交机器人的情感互动是当前学界关注的热点问题。在对此问题的研究中,逐渐呈现出“实体论”与“关系论”两种进路,二者既有区别又相互关联,共同致力于解决社交机器人情感真实性的伦理价值问题。其中,“实体论”进路否认社交机器人情感的真实性,并通过论证推动或维持用户与社交机器人进行情感互动行为的非正当性,认为社交机器人的情感对用户是不善的,应该在伦理上受到限制。而“关系论”进路则肯定了社交机器人情感的真实性,其通过论证用户与社交机器人情感互动的结果善,认为该行为可以在伦理上被接受。两种进路虽然在伦理价值的分析对象、分析方法和证成目标上不尽相同,但二者具有共同的理论前提,并在此基础上形成一种相互嵌入、互为补充的关系。此种关系的揭示,不仅可以为协调两种进路之争提供参考,而且有助于深入认识社交机器人情感的伦理价值。

空间的社会性意涵与社会空间化理论探析

“空间问题”或“社会空间化”理论随着社会科学研究的“空间转向”,而越来越受到学者们的关注和重视。这一研究转向表明社会学家已锚定空间的社会性意涵,认识到了空间的社会学意义,超越了单纯把空间看作是社会行动或现象之外的“容器”或外部背景的局限。在梳理关于空间的社会性认知和社会空间化理论的基础上,侧重阐述社会空间的基本属性与特征,强调从社会学视角分析社会空间问题时,不是关注“空间中的事物”,而是关注作为社会现象与过程的空间生产本身。当我们把空间要素纳入人们社会活动,从社会过程去加以界定认识,即可以新的视角重新认识社会现象、重新认识空间问题,从而获得“空间想象力”。因此,可从关系主义理论视角去分析社会空间问题,把社会空间看作一种关系性的社会存在物,具有其自身特征和规定性,即空间并不外在于社会过程,而是以关系的形式体现为社会行动和社会关系的广延性,这是其社会性意涵之根本所在。关系主义理论视角有助于深入认识空间的关系属性,更好地对社会空间关系及其社会意义做出解释。当前,我国面对构建中国自主哲学社会科学知识体系的新时代任务,应在系统探讨空间社会学基本理论和知识体系构建基础上,加强空间化理论分析意识,立足中国社会研究需要促进这一新学科领域的创新与发展。

城乡社会学:观察中国社会转型的一个视角

本文致力于以"城乡关系"为中心建构一个城乡社会学的理论框架,这一框架沿袭费孝通的城乡研究传统,从城乡关联的角度考察中国正在经历的波澜壮阔的城市化进程与社会转型。这个理论框架立足于"关系主义",试图纠偏经典社会转型理论的个人主义倾向,从而可以更好地阐释中国社会转型的经验与体验。

我国法律信任缺失的原因——历史、文化视角的解释

学界在讨论我国法律为什么难以获得人们的信任时,多从体制内寻找原因。然而,要探寻我国法律信任缺失的原因,不能局限于体制之内,而应当采取一种更广阔的视野,即历史和文化的视野。唯有如此,才能对我国法律不被信任的原因进行全方位的揭示,也才能为我国法律信任的培育提供一些富于建设性的启示。总体而言,我国法律信任的缺失,与性恶论的人性理论、关系主义的社会交往理念、法律的唯工具性以及社会中间组织的匮乏等都有着密切关联。
