Modification of Nano-α-Al2O3 and Its Influence on the Surface Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Resin Composite Passivation Films

Silane coupling agent KH560 was used to modify the surface of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> in ethanol-aqueous solution with different proportions. The particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was determined by nano-particle size analyzer, and the effects of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> content, ethanol-aqueous solution ratio and KH560 dosage on the dispersion and particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> were investigated. The material structure before and after modification was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Aqueous polyurethane resin and inorganic components are combined with modified nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> dispersion to form chromium-free passivation solution. The solution is coated on the galvanized sheet, the adhesion and surface hardness are tested, the bonding strength of the coating and the surface hardness of the substrate are discussed. The corrosion resistance and surface morphology of the matrix were investigated by electrochemical test, neutral salt spray test and scanning electron microscope test. The chromium-free passivation film formed after the modification of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> increases the surface hardness of galvanized sheet by about 85%. The corrosion resistance of the film is better than that of a single polyurethane film. The results show that the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of polyurethane resin composite passivation film are significantly improved by the introduction of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. 展开更多

为了探讨纳米TiO_(2)对三元NH_(3)-H_(2)O-LiBr工质降膜吸收的影响,本文利用数值分析建立了三元工作流体薄膜吸收的连续方程、能量方程和组分质量平衡方程,采用Matlab软件进行编程和计算纳米流体的降膜吸收性能,将其与实验数据进行对比... 为了探讨纳米TiO_(2)对三元NH_(3)-H_(2)O-LiBr工质降膜吸收的影响,本文利用数值分析建立了三元工作流体薄膜吸收的连续方程、能量方程和组分质量平衡方程,采用Matlab软件进行编程和计算纳米流体的降膜吸收性能,将其与实验数据进行对比验证,并进一步分析了纳米TiO_(2)质量分数、初始氨浓度、初始温度、冷却水进口温度、吸收压力和下降薄膜管长度对薄膜吸收性能的影响。研究表明:添加纳米TiO_(2)可以增强降膜吸收的传质速率,主要原因为液膜中氨的扩散系数增加。当纳米TiO_(2)质量分数从0%增加到0.1%、0.3%和0.5%时,扩散系数分别增加了3.44倍、6.42倍和11.76倍。此外,增加初始氨浓度、降低初始温度、提高冷却水进口温度或降低吸收压力都可以提高最终溶液的饱和度。 展开更多

PCB板(印刷电路板)剪裁铣削渣中含有金属铜和铝,且塑料含量高,采用电化学溶解隔膜电积工艺可以实现铜的剥离并得到高品位阴极铜。该工艺具有流程短、电流效率高、产品纯度高等优点,具有广阔的应用前景,但其电化学机理尚不明确,本文以PCB制造过程中产生的含铜固废作为阳极,采用钛板为阴极,在NH_(3)-(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)体系中采用隔膜电解工艺进行了一系列试验,包括不同铵盐体系、氨/硫酸铵体系中不同电极、氨/硫酸铵体系不同电解液组成的电化学行为曲线以及NH_(3)-(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)体系电沉积铜的控制步骤、成核机理等。结果表明,氨/硫酸铵体系中电积铜的起始还原电位最低,电积时电耗较低,且该体系中氢的析出电位均较负,可避免因析出氢气降低阴极电流效率的副反应;NH_(3)-(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)体系中Cu^(2+)在钛电极表面的电沉积反应为不可逆过程,且为双电子一步转移过程,控制步骤为扩散控制;Cu^(2+)在钛电极上的成核机理接近于瞬时成核。该研究成果可为NH_(3)-(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)体系隔膜电解铜工艺提供理论参考。 展开更多

In recent decades, many additives with different characteristics have been applied to strengthen and toughen Al2O3-based ceramic cutting tool materials. Among them, SiC whiskers and SiC nanoparticles showed excellent performance in improving the material properties. While no attempts have been made to add SiC whiskers and SiC nanoparticles together into the ceramic matrix and the synergistically toughening effects of them have not been studied. An Al2O3-SiCw-SiC np advanced ceramic cutting tool material is fabricated by adding both one-dimensional SiC whiskers and zero-dimensional SiC nanoparticles into the Al2O3 matrix with an effective dispersing and mixing process. The composites with 25 vol% SiC whiskers and 25 vol% SiC nanoparticles alone are also investegated for comparison purposes. Results show that the Al2O3-SiCw-SiCnp composite with both 20 vo1% SiC whiskers and 5 vol% SiC nanoparticles additives have much improved mechanical properties. The flexural strength of Al2O3-SiCw-SiCnp is 730+ 95 MPa and fracture toughness is 5.6 ± 0.6 MPa.m1/2. The toughening and strengthening mechanisms of SiC whiskers and nanoparticles are studied when they are added either individually or in combination. It is indicated that when SiC whiskers and nanoparticles are added together, the grains are further refined and homogenized, so that the microstructure and fracture mode ratio is modified. The SiC nanoparticles are found helpful to enhance the toughening effects of the SiC whiskers. The proposed research helps to enrich the types of ceramic cutting tool and is benefit to expand the application range of ceramic cutting tool. 展开更多

Mesoporous superacids S2O82–-Fe2O3/SBA-15(SFS)with active nanoparticles are prepared by ultrasonic adsorption method.This method is adopted to ensure a homo-dispersed nanoparticle active phase,large specific surface area and many acidic sites.Compared with bulk S2O82–-Fe2O3,Br?nsted acid catalysts and other reported catalysts,SFS with an Fe2O3 loading of 30%(SFS-30)exhibits an outstanding activity in the probe reaction of alcoholysis of styrene oxide by methanol with 100%yield.Moreover,SFS-30 also shows a more excellent catalytic performance than bulk S2O82–-Fe2O3 towards the alcoholysis of other ROHs(R=C2H5-C4H9).Lewis and Bronsted acid sites on the SFS-30 surfaces are confirmed by pyridine adsorbed infrared spectra.The highly efficient catalytic activity of SFS-30 may be attributed to the synergistic effect from the nano-effect of S2O82–-Fe2O3 nanoparticles and the mesostructure of SBA-15.Finally,SFS-30 shows a good catalytic reusability,providing an 84.1%yield after seven catalytic cycles. 展开更多

Eu-doped GaOOH nanoparticles with size of 5-8 nm were prepared by hydrothermal method using sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) as surfactant. Eu-doped α-Ga2O3 and β-Ga2O3 were further fabricated by annealing GaOOH:Eu and then characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL). The TEM results show that monodisperse Eu^3+-doped GaOOH nanoparticles form and then transform into Eu^3+-doped a-Ga2O3 and β-Ga2O3 through annealing the GaOOH:Eu nanoparticles at 600 and 900℃, respectively. PL studies indicate that GaOOH:Eu has the highest intensity at 618 nm. Luminescence quenching is observed at higher Eu3+concentration in all samples. 展开更多

采用高纯Ga作为辅助电极,通过考察取样量、放电参数对基体信号强度、信号稳定性、基体和Ga的信号比值的影响,建立了直流辉光放电质谱法(dc-GDMS)测定高纯α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒中的Li、Be、Na、Mg等16种杂质元素含量的分析方法。当选取3颗2... 采用高纯Ga作为辅助电极,通过考察取样量、放电参数对基体信号强度、信号稳定性、基体和Ga的信号比值的影响,建立了直流辉光放电质谱法(dc-GDMS)测定高纯α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒中的Li、Be、Na、Mg等16种杂质元素含量的分析方法。当选取3颗2 mm左右大小的α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒用Ga包裹,在1.6 mA/950 V的放电参数下,基体27 Al信号稳定,强度为3.2×10^(8) cps,Al、Ga的信号比约为1∶270。采用实验方法对α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒独立测定5次,相对标准偏差均在30%以内。为了验证Ga对α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒测定结果的影响,分别采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)和dc-GDMS法对易于消解的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉进行测定。对于dc-GDMS法,选择压在Ga上的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉直径约为4~5 mm,在同样的放电参数下,27 Al的信号强度为3.0×10^(9) cps,Al、Ga的信号比约为1∶29。γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉的GDMS测定结果和ICP-OES基本一致。采用Ga作辅助电极测定α-Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒和γ-Al_(2)O_(3)粉的检出限均可达ng/g。 展开更多

Highly pure active γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized from aluminum nitrate and ammonium carbonate with a little surfactant by chemical precipitation method. The factors affecting the synthesis process were studied. The properties of γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles were characterized by DTA, XRD, BET, TEM, laser granularity analysis and impurity content analysis. The results show that the amorphous precursor AI(OH)3 sols are produced by using 0.1 mol/L Al(NO3)3·9H2O and 0.16 mol/L (NH4)2CO3·H2O reaction solutions, according to the volume ratio 1.33, adding 0.024%(volume fraction) surfactant PEG600, and reacting at 40℃, 1000 r/min stirring rate for 15min. Then, after stabilizing for 24 h, the precursors were extracted and filtrated by vacuum, washed thoroughly with deionized water and dehydrated ethanol, dried in vacuum at 80℃ for 8h, final calcined at 800℃ for 1h in the air, and high purity active γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles can be prepared with cubic in crystal system, OH^7-FD3M in space group, about 9 nm in crystal grain size, about 20 nm in particle size and uniform size distribution, 131.35 m^2/g in BET specific surface area, 7 - 11 nm in pore diameter, and not lower than 99.93% in purity. 展开更多

Using density functional theory,noncovalent interactions and four mechanisms of covalent functionalization of capecitabine anticancer drug onto γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles have been investigated.Quantum molecular descriptors of noncovalent configurations were studied.It was specified that binding of capecitabine onto γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles is thermodynamically suitable.Hardness and the gap of energy between LUMO and HOMO of capecitabine are higher than the noncovalent configurations,showing the reactivity of capecitabine increases in the presence of γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles.Capecitabine can bond to γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles through OH(k1 mechanism),NH(k2 mechanism),CO(k3 mechanism) and F(k4 mechanism) groups.The activation energies,activation enthalpies and activation Gibbs free energies of these reactions were calculated.It was specified that the k1 and k2 mechanisms are under thermodynamic control and k3 and k4 under kinetic control.These results could be generalized to other similar drugs. 展开更多

In this study,Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts were synthesized by an Ar dielectric barrier discharge plasma using silver nitrate as the Ag source andγ-alumina(γ-Al_(2)O_(3))as the support.It is revealed that plasma can reduce silver ions to generate crystalline silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs)of good dispersion and uniformity on the alumina surface,leading to the formation of Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts in a green manner without traditional chemical reductants.Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)exhibited good catalytic activity and stability in CO oxidation reactions,and the activity increased with increase in the Ag content.For catalysts with more than 2 wt%Ag,100%CO conversion can be achieved at 300°C.The catalytic activity of the Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts is also closely related to the size of theγ-alumina,where Ag/nano-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts demonstrate better performance than Ag/micro-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts with the same Ag content.In addition,the catalytic properties of plasma-generated Ag/nano-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)(Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-P)catalysts were compared with those of Ag/nano-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts prepared by the traditional calcination approach(Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)-C),with the plasma-generated samples demonstrating better overall performance.This simple,rapid and green plasma process is considered to be applicable for the synthesis of diverse noble metal-based catalysts. 展开更多

The analysis of DSC and XRD revealed that the transformation temperature from amorphous to crystal phase was about 850 ℃. The grain size was increased with the raising of calcine temperature. The alcohol-water ratio did not affect the formation of main crystal phases, but affected the agglomeration of nanoparticles based on the results of TEM. When alcohol-water ratio was 5∶1, the dispersion of nanoparticles was good. When there was not alcohol, the dispersion of nanoparticles was poor because there was only pure co-precipitation reaction and the speed of co-precipitation reaction was too high to have enough time of PEG. dispersing particles. 展开更多

Attempts had been made to synthesize Al2O3-2SiO2 nanopowders by sol-gel method with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) and aluminum nitrate(ANN) as the starting materials.DTS,TEM,SEM and BET were employed to study the effects of process parameters on the size,specific surface area and structure(morphology) of powders.The alkali-activation reactivity of the powders was tested for manufacturing geopolymers and their hydrothermal reactions were performed for fabricating zeolites.The results show that the optimum process parameters and drying method for preparing Al2O3-2SiO2 nanopowders are as follows:the molar ratio of water and ethanol to TEOS are 0:1 and 12:1 respectively at synthetic temperature of 50 ℃ and the drying method is azeotropic distillation with microwave drying.The average particle diameters of the powders were about 70 nm and the largest BET specific surface area was up to 669 m^2·g^-1.The compressive strength of the geopolymer and the calcium exchange capacity(by CaCO3) of NaA zeolite prepared with the powders reached to 29 MPa and 366 m^2·g^-1 respectively. 展开更多

We present a self-assembly method to prepare array nano-wires of colloidal CdSe quantum dots on a substrate of porous Al2 O3 film modified by gold nanoparticles. The photoluminescence(PL) spectra of nanowires are in situ measured by using a scanning near-field optical microscopy(SNOM) probe tip with 100-nm aperture on the scanning near-field optical microscope. The results show that the binding sites from the edge of porous Al2 O3 nanopores are combined with the carboxyl of CdSe quantum dots’ surface to form an array of CdSe nanowires in the process of losing background solvent because of the gold nanoparticles filling the nano-holes of porous Al2 O3 film. Compared with the area of nonself-assembled nano-wire, the fluorescence on the Al2 O3/Au/CdSe interface is significantly enhanced in the self-assembly nano-wire regions due to the electron transfer conductor effect of the gold nanoparticles’ surface. In addition, its full width at half maximum(FWHM) is also obviously widened. The method of enhancing fluorescence and energy transfer can widely be applied to photodetector, photocatalysis, optical display, optical sensing, and biomedical imaging, and so on. 展开更多

β-(Al_(x)Ga_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)因其优异的抗击穿及带隙可调节性在现代功率器件及深紫外光电探测等领域展现出巨大的应用前景,然而传统直接生长工艺的复杂性和难度限制了其进一步的发展。因此,本文采用较为简单的高温扩散工艺在c面蓝宝... β-(Al_(x)Ga_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)因其优异的抗击穿及带隙可调节性在现代功率器件及深紫外光电探测等领域展现出巨大的应用前景,然而传统直接生长工艺的复杂性和难度限制了其进一步的发展。因此,本文采用较为简单的高温扩散工艺在c面蓝宝石衬底上成功制备了β-(Al_(x)Ga_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)纳米薄膜。利用X射线衍射、原子力显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和紫外-可见分光光度计对其进行了表征。由于高温下蓝宝石衬底中的Al原子向Ga_(2)O_(3)层扩散,β-Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜将转变为Al、Ga原子比例不同的β-(Al_(x)Ga_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)薄膜。实验结果显示:当退火温度从1 010℃增加到1 250℃时,薄膜中Al的平均含量从0.033增加到0.371;当退火温度从950℃增加到1 250℃时,薄膜的厚度从186 nm增加到297 nm,粗糙度从2.31 nm增加到15.10 nm;当退火温度从950℃增加到1 190℃时,薄膜的带隙从4.79 eV增加至5.96 eV。结果表明高温扩散工艺能够有效调节β-(Al_(x)Ga_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)薄膜的光学带隙,为β-(Al_(x)Ga_(1-x))_(2)O_(3)基新型光电子器件提供了实验基础。 展开更多

The isolated DAO was complexed with Fe2O3 nanoparticles and its potential as an oxidation therapeutic agent was analysed. The ability of the complex in eliciting H2O2 mediated cytotoxicity was studied on Dalton’s lymphoma ascites cells (DLA). The induction of apoptosis in DLA cells by Fe2O3-DAO complex was studied by morphological examination and alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis (comet assay). The antitumor activity of the complex was investigated by oral administration of the complex and the substrate D-alanine to tumor bearing Swiss albino mice and by targeting the complex to the tumor site, using an externally applied magnetic field. Fe2O3-DAO along with D-alanine showed remarkable cytotoxicity in a substrate concentration-dependent manner. Both morphological examination and comet assay revealed that Fe2O3-DAO/D-alanine induced apoptosis. Oral administration of Fe2O3-DAO and D-alanine along with magnetic targeting significantly suppressed tumor growth in mice. The present report provides the first evidence for the promising application of enzyme bound nanoparticles for targeted oxidation therapy. 展开更多

Precursor foam based Co incorporated α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> (AFC) was successfully synthesized at 600℃ calcination temperature by simple solution method using PVA. The formation of α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> nanoparticles was confirmed by X-ray diffraction measurement and reduction in crystallite size was found after cobalt incorporation. Field emission scanning electron microscopy revealed the existence of pyramidal shaped iron oxide in AFC. FTIR and Raman spectra also confirmed the presence of α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. Photocatalytic activity study showed that the cobalt incorporated α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was better photocatalyst than pure α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. The cobalt incorporated iron oxide nanoparticles could be used for drug delivery application and this simple preparation method could be adopted for the synthesis of other transition metal oxides. 展开更多

Bismuth vanadate(BiVO_4) is a promising semiconductor material for solar energy conversion via photoelectrochemical(PEC) water splitting,whereas its performance is limited by surface recombination due to trapping states.Herein,we developed a new method to passivate the trapping states on BiVO_4 surface using ultrathin aluminum oxide(Al_2O_3) overlayer by atomic layer deposition.The coated ultrathin Al_2O_3 film on BiVO_4 significantly enhanced photocurrent densities of the BiVO_4 anodes under standard illumination of AM1.5 G(100 mW/cm2).The electrochemical impedances and photoluminescence spectra were studied to confirm that the improved PEC water splitting performance of BiVO_4 was due to the decreased surface recombination state on BiVO_4,which effectively enhanced the charge separation. 展开更多

目的 探究2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者血清叉头盒O类转录因子-3a(FOXO3a)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)表达及临床意义。方法 选取2020年12月—2022年12月中部战区总医院接收的110例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。根据是否并发DPN将患... 目的 探究2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者血清叉头盒O类转录因子-3a(FOXO3a)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)表达及临床意义。方法 选取2020年12月—2022年12月中部战区总医院接收的110例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。根据是否并发DPN将患者分为无并发症组(NDPN组)和周围神经病变组(DPN组),分别有45和65例,随机选取同期在该院体检的健康人群30例作为对照组(NC组)。采集受试者的一般资料及血脂、血糖等相关生化指标。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测3组受试者血清FOXO3a、PDGF水平。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清FOXO3a、PDGF水平对2型糖尿病发生DPN的预测价值。结果 各组年龄、病程比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。各组性别构成、体质量指数、舒张压、收缩压、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酐、尿素氮水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NDPN组与DPN组动脉粥样硬化、视网膜病变、降压药使用史、注射胰岛素、服用二甲双胍构成比比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹C肽、踝肱指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NDPN组、DPN组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平较NC组高(P <0.05),DPN组运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度水平较NDPN组低(P <0.05)。NDPN组、DPN组FOXO3a、PDGF水平较NC组高(P <0.05),DPN组FOXO3a、PDGF水平较NDPN组高(P <0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清FOXO3a、PDGF以及联合诊断糖尿病患者是否发生DPN的曲线下面积分别为0.695(95%CI:0.590,0.779)、0.636(95%CI:0.539,0.726)、0.732(95%CI:0.639,0.812),敏感性分别为80.00%(95%CI:0.733,0.848)、92.31%(95%CI:0.856,0.977)、89.23%(95%CI:0.838,0.954),特异性分别为55.56%(95%CI:0.438,0.654)、33.33%(95%CI:0.238,0.452)、51.11%(95%CI:0.416,0.597)。结论 2型糖尿病DPN患者体内血清FOXO3a、PDGF水平异常,提示其与2型糖尿病周围神经病变发生、发展有相关性。 展开更多
