丹参中的一个新三萜化合物

通过硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20色谱等手段从丹参(Salvia miltiorrhizaBge.)水提部分中分离出一个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱学方法确定其结构为2α,3α,19α,24-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid,该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物。

中药路路通化学成分的研究

目的 研究中药路路通 (Fructusliquidambaris)的化学成分。方法 用色谱法分离路路通的化学成分 ,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 分离得到 11个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :β 谷甾醇 ( 1) ,3 oxo 11α ,12α epoxyoleanan 2 8,13 β olide ( 2 ) ,3 oxo 12α hydroxy oleanan 2 8,13 β olide ( 3 ) ,3α acetoxyl 2 5 hydroxyolean 12 en 2 8 oicacid ( 4 ) ,齐墩果酸 ( 5 ) ,熊果酸 ( 6) ,胡萝卜苷 ( 7)桦木酮酸 ( 8) ,没食子酸 ( 9) ,正二十九烷 ( 10 ) ,正三十烷酸 ( 11)。结论 4为新化合物 ,3为首次从天然产物中分离得到 ,5 ,6,7,9,10和 11为首次从路路通中分离得到。

亮叶杨桐的三萜皂苷类成分

为研究亮叶杨桐（Adinandra nitidaMerr.ex Li）叶的化学成分,亮叶杨桐叶的乙醇提取物经大孔树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20以及ODS柱色谱分离得到6个化合物,通过波谱（1H NMR、13C NMR、HR-ESI-MS）和化学方法进行结构鉴定,6个化合物分别被鉴定为2α,3α,19α-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（1）、arjunetin（2）、sericoside（3）、glucosyl tormentate（4）、nigaichigoside F1（5）和arjunglucoside I（6）。化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~6均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Two New Triterpenoids from the Roots of Sanguisorba officinalis L.

Two new triterpenoids, octanordammar- 1,11,13(17)-trien- 17-ol-3,16-dione (1) and lup- 12-en- 15α,19β-diol-3,11-dioxo-28-oic acid (4), as well as 13 known compounds were isolated from the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis L. (Rosaceae). Their structures were determined using spectroscopic methods.
