架空管道受大气环境影响会发生腐蚀增重现象。为提高工业大气环境下管道的腐蚀增重预测精度,提出了一种基于改进海鸥优化算法的区间灰数预测模型(MSSOA-INGM(1,1,δ))。首先通过Kent映射和Levy飞行策略优化海鸥优化算法(Seagull Optimiz... 架空管道受大气环境影响会发生腐蚀增重现象。为提高工业大气环境下管道的腐蚀增重预测精度,提出了一种基于改进海鸥优化算法的区间灰数预测模型(MSSOA-INGM(1,1,δ))。首先通过Kent映射和Levy飞行策略优化海鸥优化算法(Seagull Optimization Algorithm,SOA)的种群,避免SOA过早收敛,并改进收敛因子B以提高全局搜索能力;然后建立区间灰数NGM(1,1)模型,根据反余割函数变换、平均弱化缓冲算子和自适应初始条件优化对模型进行改进,并利用多策略下的海鸥优化算法(Multi-Strategy Seagull Optimization Algorithm,MSSOA)对改进后的INGM(1,1,δ)模型中的时间参数δ进行寻优;最后以某架空管道腐蚀数据为基础进行仿真试验。优化后新模型的预测结果与实际值高度吻合,表明该模型的预测精度得到较大提高,在架空管道腐蚀增重预测方面具有较好的鲁棒性。 展开更多

Effects of initial δ phase(Ni_3Nb) on the hot tensile deformation behaviors and material constants of a Ni-based superalloy were investigated over wide ranges of strain rate and deformation temperature. It is found that the true stress-true strain curves exhibit peak stress at a small strain, and the peak stress increases with the increase of initial δ phase. After the peak stress, initial δ phase promotes the dynamic softening behaviors, resulting in the decreased flow stress. An improved Arrhenius constitutive model is proposed to consider the synthetical effects of initial δ phase, deformation temperature, strain rate, and strain on hot deformation behaviors. In the improved model, material constants are expressed as the functions of the content of initial δ phase and strain. A good agreement between the predicted and measured results indicates that the improved Arrhenius constitutive model can well describe hot deformation behaviors of the studied Ni-based superalloy. 展开更多

The propagators of pion and sigma meson at a finite nuclear density and zero temperature are studied in chiral σ model. Their dispersion relations are calculated numerically in one-loop approximation. In order to avoid the so-called tachyon pole appearing in the one-loop propagators of pion and sigma meson, we regard the mass of sigma meson mσ as a free parameter and adjust it to fit the nuclear saturation properties. For mσ equal to 3075 MeV, the tachyonpole does not appear at the normal nuclear density. Thus the dispersion relation can be calculated in chiral σ model in one-loop level for the first time. 展开更多
