BACKGROUND Advancements in laparoscopic technology and a deeper understanding of intra-hepatic anatomy have led to the establishment of more precise laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH)techniques.The indocyanine green(ICG)fluorescence navi-gation technique has emerged as the most effective method for identifying hepatic regions,potentially overcoming the limitations of LH.While laparoscopic left hemihepatectomy(LLH)is a standardized procedure,there is a need for innova-tive strategies to enhance its outcomes.important anatomical markers,surgical skills,and ICG staining methods.METHODS Thirty-seven patients who underwent ICG fluorescence-guided LLH at Qujing Second People's Hospital between January 2019 and February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The cranial-dorsal approach was performed which involves dissecting the left hepatic vein cephalad,isolating the Arantius ligament,exposing the middle hepatic vein,and dissecting the parenchyma from the dorsal to the foot in order to complete the anatomical LLH.The surgical methods,as well as intra-and post-surgical data,were recorded and analyzed.Our hospital’s Medical Ethics Committee approved this study(Ethical review:2022-019-01).RESULTS Intraoperative blood loss during LLH was 335.68±99.869 mL and the rates of transfusion and conversion to laparotomy were 13.5%and 0%,respectively.The overall incidence of complications throughout the follow-up(median of 18 months;range 1-36 months)was 21.6%.No mortality or severe complications(level IV)were reported.CONCLUSION LLH has the potential to become a novel,standardized approach that can effectively,safely,and simply expose the middle hepatic vein and meet the requirements of precision surgery. 展开更多

This paper develops a quadratic function convex approximation approach to deal with the negative definite problem of the quadratic function induced by stability analysis of linear systems with time-varying delays.By introducing two adjustable parameters and two free variables,a novel convex function greater than or equal to the quadratic function is constructed,regardless of the sign of the coefficient in the quadratic term.The developed lemma can also be degenerated into the existing quadratic function negative-determination(QFND)lemma and relaxed QFND lemma respectively,by setting two adjustable parameters and two free variables as some particular values.Moreover,for a linear system with time-varying delays,a relaxed stability criterion is established via our developed lemma,together with the quivalent reciprocal combination technique and the Bessel-Legendre inequality.As a result,the conservatism can be reduced via the proposed approach in the context of constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals for the stability analysis of linear time-varying delay systems.Finally,the superiority of our results is illustrated through three numerical examples. 展开更多

The Nesterov accelerated dynamical approach serves as an essential tool for addressing convex optimization problems with accelerated convergence rates.Most previous studies in this field have primarily concentrated on unconstrained smooth con-vex optimization problems.In this paper,on the basis of primal-dual dynamical approach,Nesterov accelerated dynamical approach,projection operator and directional gradient,we present two accelerated primal-dual projection neurodynamic approaches with time scaling to address convex optimization problems with smooth and nonsmooth objective functions subject to linear and set constraints,which consist of a second-order ODE(ordinary differential equation)or differential conclusion system for the primal variables and a first-order ODE for the dual vari-ables.By satisfying specific conditions for time scaling,we demonstrate that the proposed approaches have a faster conver-gence rate.This only requires assuming convexity of the objective function.We validate the effectiveness of our proposed two accel-erated primal-dual projection neurodynamic approaches through numerical experiments. 展开更多

The number of students demanding computer science(CS)education is rapidly rising,and while faculty sizes are also growing,the traditional pipeline consisting of a CS major,a CS master’s,and then a move to industry or a Ph.D.program is simply not scalable.To address this problem,the Department of Computing at the University of Illinois has introduced a multidisciplinary approach to computing,which is a scalable and collaborative approach to capitalize on the tremendous demand for computer science education.The key component of the approach is the blended major,also referred to as“CS+X”,where CS denotes computer science and X denotes a non-computing field.These CS+X blended degrees enable win-win partnerships among multiple subject areas,distributing the educational responsibilities while growing the entire university.To meet the demand from non-CS majors,another pathway that is offered is a graduate certificate program in addition to the traditional minor program.To accommodate the large number of students,scalable teaching tools,such as automatic graders,have also been developed. 展开更多

多尺寸2-D卷积通过特征提取在检测、分类等计算机视觉任务中发挥着重要作用。然而,目前缺少一种高效的可配置2-D卷积器设计方法,这限制了卷积神经网络(CNN)模型在边缘端的部署和应用。该文基于乘法管理以及奇平方数的三角数分解方法,提... 多尺寸2-D卷积通过特征提取在检测、分类等计算机视觉任务中发挥着重要作用。然而,目前缺少一种高效的可配置2-D卷积器设计方法,这限制了卷积神经网络(CNN)模型在边缘端的部署和应用。该文基于乘法管理以及奇平方数的三角数分解方法,提出一种高性能、高适应性的卷积核尺寸可配置的2-D卷积器。所提2-D卷积器包含一定数量的处理单元(PE)以及相应的控制单元,前者负责运算任务,后者负责管理乘法运算的组合,二者结合以实现不同尺寸的卷积。具体地,首先根据应用场景确定一个奇数列表,列表中为2-D卷积器所支持的尺寸,并利用三角数分解得到对应的三角数列表;其次,根据三角数列表和计算需求,确定PE的总数量;最后,基于以小凑大的方法,确定PE的互连方式,完成电路设计。该可配置2-D卷积器通过Verilog硬件描述语言(HDL)设计实现,由Vivado 2 022.2在XCZU7EG板卡上进行仿真和分析。实验结果表明,相比同类方法,该文所提可配置2-D卷积器,乘法资源利用率得到显著提升,由20%~50%提升至89%,并以514个逻辑单元实现1 500 MB/s的吞吐率,具有广泛的适用性。 展开更多

目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将... 目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将其分为马尔尼菲篮状菌感染确诊组(血或组织液培育养出马尔尼菲篮状菌),简称A组(62例),及马尔尼菲篮状菌感染临床诊断组[根据临床症状、体征、血常规及(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标诊断],简称B组(58例)。检测患者(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的表达水平,采用受试者工作特征(receiver-operating characteristic,ROC)曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)评估上述指标联合检测对艾滋病患者感染马尔尼菲篮状菌的诊断效能。结果A组的(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖和PCT水平均高于B组,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞个数低于B组(P<0.05);(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC为0.933,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖单独检测的AUC是0.812,PCT单独检测的AUC为0.883,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞单独检测的AUC是0.810,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC皆优于三项单独检测,表明(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的诊断价值皆优于单一指标诊断,且联合检测的特异度、约登指数分别为92.43%和0.580,均高于三项单独检测。结论(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标对艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常高的临床诊断价值,能够帮助医生分析出高危风险患者,及时制定治疗方案,同时也承担预后效果的判断依据,对治疗艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常重要的研究价值。 展开更多

电容器外观破损、凸起等缺陷直接影响器件的生产质量。目前电容器微小外观缺陷检测难度较大,导致视觉检测效率较低。为此提出了基于离散2-D小波多层分解的电容器外观缺陷视觉检测方法。采用同态滤波处理去除光照对电容器外观视觉检测结... 电容器外观破损、凸起等缺陷直接影响器件的生产质量。目前电容器微小外观缺陷检测难度较大,导致视觉检测效率较低。为此提出了基于离散2-D小波多层分解的电容器外观缺陷视觉检测方法。采用同态滤波处理去除光照对电容器外观视觉检测结果的影响。利用像素点灰度值确定图像边缘点位置,提取电容器外观缺陷区域。应用离散2-D小波分解的方法对其展开多级分解。再差分统计电容器图像的外观缺陷纹理特征。将特征输入Mahalanobis分类器中,完成电容器外观缺陷视觉检测。仿真结果表明,所提方法可以较好检测电容的各种缺陷,召回率最低值是94.9%,误检率最高值为9.8%,漏检率均在10%以内,电容器缺陷检测效果较好。 展开更多

目的:探讨自拟通腑益肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果,并分析对血清肺表面活性蛋白-D(SP-D)、肺部活化调节趋化因子(PARC/CCL18)水平的影响。方法:利用随机数字表法将88例于我院2021年6月~2023年6月就诊的COP... 目的:探讨自拟通腑益肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果,并分析对血清肺表面活性蛋白-D(SP-D)、肺部活化调节趋化因子(PARC/CCL18)水平的影响。方法:利用随机数字表法将88例于我院2021年6月~2023年6月就诊的COPD急性加重期合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者分为对照组(n=44,常规治疗)和联合组(n=44,自拟通腑益肺汤联合常规治疗);记录两组治疗总有效率,比较治疗前、治疗后两组患者呼吸力学指标、肺功能指标、血清SP-D、PARC/CCL18水平的变化,及治疗期间不良反应。结果:两组总有效率比较,联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组呼吸频率(f)较治疗前、对照组低(P<0.05);联合组潮气量(VT)较治疗前、对照组高(P<0.05);两组吸气/呼气周期时间比(Ti/T)无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组第一秒用力呼气量(FEV 1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组SP-D、PARC/CCL18水平均低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。两组均未出现肝肾功能异常,且两组恶心、呕吐、头痛、头晕眼花等不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟通腑益肺汤效果显著,可通过改善患者呼吸力学、肺功能,调节SP-D、PARC/CCL18水平起到治疗效果,且不增加不良反应发生风险。 展开更多

Accurate 3-dimensional(3-D)reconstruction technology for nondestructive testing based on digital radiography(DR)is of great importance for alleviating the drawbacks of the existing computed tomography(CT)-based method.The commonly used Monte Carlo simulation method ensures well-performing imaging results for DR.However,for 3-D reconstruction,it is limited by its high time consumption.To solve this problem,this study proposes a parallel computing method to accelerate Monte Carlo simulation for projection images with a parallel interface and a specific DR application.The images are utilized for 3-D reconstruction of the test model.We verify the accuracy of parallel computing for DR and evaluate the performance of two parallel computing modes-multithreaded applications(G4-MT)and message-passing interfaces(G4-MPI)-by assessing parallel speedup and efficiency.This study explores the scalability of the hybrid G4-MPI and G4-MT modes.The results show that the two parallel computing modes can significantly reduce the Monte Carlo simulation time because the parallel speedup increment of Monte Carlo simulations can be considered linear growth,and the parallel efficiency is maintained at a high level.The hybrid mode has strong scalability,as the overall run time of the 180 simulations using 320 threads is 15.35 h with 10 billion particles emitted,and the parallel speedup can be up to 151.36.The 3-D reconstruction of the model is achieved based on the filtered back projection(FBP)algorithm using 180 projection images obtained with the hybrid G4-MPI and G4-MT.The quality of the reconstructed sliced images is satisfactory because the images can reflect the internal structure of the test model.This method is applied to a complex model,and the quality of the reconstructed images is evaluated. 展开更多

为探究外源植物生长调节剂2,4-D处理对欧李(Cerasus humilis)果实发育成熟过程中钙素摄取能力的影响及与有机酸代谢、生长素(IAA)之间的关系,以内蒙古地区的低钙欧李MY-9果实为试材,以清水喷施作为对照,研究2,4-D处理对果实发育成熟过... 为探究外源植物生长调节剂2,4-D处理对欧李(Cerasus humilis)果实发育成熟过程中钙素摄取能力的影响及与有机酸代谢、生长素(IAA)之间的关系,以内蒙古地区的低钙欧李MY-9果实为试材,以清水喷施作为对照,研究2,4-D处理对果实发育成熟过程中钙摄取能力和有机酸代谢及IAA的影响,并进行相关性分析。结果表明(:1)在摄钙速率方面,处理与对照果实的果胶钙、活性钙、总钙的摄钙速率变化规律相似,均表现为先升后降,处理后从硬核期到完熟期以上3种钙的摄取速率均显著高于对照;而水溶钙摄钙速率与其相反,表现为先降后升,果实发育后期显著高于对照。在摄钙活性方面,4种钙形态的变化规律相似,均表现为持续下降,处理后果实的摄钙活性均显著高于对照。在相对生长钙摄取量方面,4种钙形态的变化规律一致,均表现为先升后降,硬熟期和完熟期处理显著高于对照。(2)处理与对照果实中苹果酸脱氢酶(NAD-MDH)活性、苹果酸及有机酸含量随着果实发育成熟均呈上升趋势,苹果酸酶(NADP-ME)活性和柠檬酸含量均呈下降趋势,2,4-D处理可以不同程度提高果实中有机酸含量及相关酶活性。(3)处理与对照果实的IAA含量整体上均表现为先升后降,整个发育时期处理与对照均存在显著差异,2,4-D处理可显著提升欧李果实IAA含量。(4)相关性分析表明,水溶钙的摄钙速率和相对生长钙摄取量与NAD-MDH活性、苹果酸及有机酸含量均呈显著正相关,与IAA含量、NADP-ME活性及柠檬酸含量呈显著负相关;果胶钙、活性钙及总钙的摄钙活性与IAA含量、NADP-ME活性、柠檬酸含量呈显著正相关,与NAD-MDH活性、苹果酸及有机酸呈显著负相关;2,4-D处理提升了果实钙摄取能力与柠檬酸含量的相关性。综上所述,2,4-D处理可以提高欧李果实中钙摄取能力,提高有机酸代谢及IAA含量;欧李果实中钙摄取能力与有机酸代谢及IAA含量密切相关,随着NAD-MDH活性增强,苹果酸含量增加,有机酸含量增加,会提高水溶钙摄取能力,但会降低果胶钙、活性钙及总钙的摄取能力;而柠檬酸及IAA含量的增加会降低水溶钙摄取能力,提高果胶钙、活性钙及总钙摄取能力。2,4-D处理通过提高有机酸代谢及IAA含量调控果实钙摄取。 展开更多

Complication rates after direct anterior vs posterior approach for hip hemiarthroplasty in elderly individuals with femoral neck fractures 被引量:3

BACKGROUND Dislocation rates after hemiarthroplasty reportedly vary from 1%to 17%.This serious complication is associated with increased morbidity and mortality rates.Approaches to this surgery are still debated,with no consensus regarding the superiority of any single approach.AIM To compare early postoperative complications after implementing the direct anterior and posterior approaches(PL)for hip hemiarthroplasty after femoral neck fractures.METHODS This is a comparative,retrospective,single-center cohort study conducted at a university hospital.Between March 2008 and December 2018,273 patients(a total of 280 hips)underwent bipolar hemiarthroplasties(n=280)for displaced femoral neck fractures using either the PL(n=171)or the minimally invasive direct anterior approach(DAA)(n=109).The choice of approach was related to the surgeons’practices;the implant types were similar and unrelated to the approach.Dislocation rates and other complications were reviewed after a minimum followup of 6 mo.RESULTS Both treatment groups had similarly aged patients(mean age:82 years),sex ratios,patient body mass indexes,and patient comorbidities.Surgical data(surgery delay time,operative time,and blood loss volume)did not differ significantly between the groups.The 30 d mortality rate was higher in the PL group(9.9%)than in the DAA group(3.7%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.052).Among the one-month survivors,a significantly higher rate of dislocation was observed in the PL group(14/154;9.1%)than in the DAA group(0/105;0%)(P=0.002).Of the 14 patients with dislocation,8 underwent revision surgery for recurrent instability(posterior group),and one of them had 2 additional procedures due to a deep infection.The rate of other complications(e.g.,perioperative and early postoperative periprosthetic fractures and infection-related complications)did not differ significantly between the groups.CONCLUSION These findings suggest that the DAA to bipolar hemiarthroplasty for patients with femoral neck fractures is associated with a lower dislocation rate(<1%)than the PL. 展开更多

2,4-D处理对发育过程中欧李果实钙与有机酸代谢影响及变化关系

以内蒙古地区欧李为试验材料,对结果枝进行2,4-D处理,测定果实在不同发育阶段的钙和有机酸质量分数及相关代谢酶活性,并进行相关性分析。结果表明:(1)在果实发育过程中,2,4-D处理的果实中总钙、水溶性钙、果胶钙、磷酸钙和草酸钙都明显... 以内蒙古地区欧李为试验材料,对结果枝进行2,4-D处理,测定果实在不同发育阶段的钙和有机酸质量分数及相关代谢酶活性,并进行相关性分析。结果表明:(1)在果实发育过程中,2,4-D处理的果实中总钙、水溶性钙、果胶钙、磷酸钙和草酸钙都明显高于对照,在硬核期和着色膨大期表现尤为突出。(2)2,4-D处理的果实中有机酸增加,苹果酸和柠檬酸的质量分数增加明显,而草酸质量分数有所下降;2,4-D处理明显增强了苹果酸脱氢酶(NAD-MDH)活性,进而促进了苹果酸质量分数的升高和柠檬酸质量分数的下降。(3)相关性分析显示,欧李果实中苹果酸与水溶性钙呈显著正相关,而柠檬酸和草酸则与非水溶性钙及总钙呈显著正相关。综上,2,4-D处理对欧李果实中钙积累和有机酸代谢具有积极影响,通过影响有机酸代谢酶的活性,果实中有机酸含量均明显增加,苹果酸的增加促进水溶性钙的积累,柠檬酸和草酸的增加促进非水溶性钙的积累,从而提升果实中总钙质量分数。 展开更多

Soil tensile strength is a critical parameter governing the initiation and propagation of tensile cracking.This study proposes an eco-friendly approach to improve the tensile behavior and crack resistance of clayey soils.To validate the feasibility and efficacy of the proposed approach,direct tensile tests were employed to determine the tensile strength of the compacted soil with different W-OH treatment concentrations and water contents.Desiccation tests were also performed to evaluate the effectiveness of W-OH treatment in enhancing soil tensile cracking resistance.During this period,the effects of W-OH treatment concentration and water content on tensile properties,soil suction and microstructure were investigated.The tensile tests reveal that W-OH treatment has a significant impact on the tensile strength and failure mode of the soil,which not only effectively enhances the tensile strength and failure displacement,but also changes the brittle failure behavior into a more ductile quasi-brittle failure behavior.The suction measurements and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)tests show that W-OH treatment can slightly reduce soil suction by affecting skeleton structure and increasing macropores.Combined with the microstructural analysis,it becomes evident that the significant improvement in soil tensile behavior through W-OH treatment is mainly attributed to the W-OH gel's ability to provide additional binding force for bridging and encapsulating the soil particles.Moreover,desiccation tests demonstrate that W-OH treatment can significantly reduce or even inhibit the formation of soil tensile cracking.With the increase of W-OH treatment concentration,the surface crack ratio and total crack length are significantly reduced.This study enhances a fundamental understanding of eco-polymer impacts on soil mechanical properties and provides valuable insight into their potential application for improving soil crack resistance. 展开更多

We present an efficient approach to solve multi-dimensional time-dependent Schr?dinger equation(TDSE)in an intense laser field.In this approach,each spatial degree of freedom is treated as a distinguishable quasi-particle.The non-separable Coulomb potential is regarded as a two-body operator between different quasi-particles.The time-dependent variational principle is used to derive the equations of motion.Then the high-order multi-dimensional problem is broken down into several lower-order coupled equations,which can be efficiently solved.As a demonstration,we apply this method to solve the two-dimensional TDSE.The accuracy is tested by comparing the direct solutions of TDSE using several examples such as the strong-field ionization and the high harmonic generation.The results show that the present method is much more computationally efficient than the conventional one without sacrificing accuracy.The present method can be straightforwardly extended to three-dimensional problems.Our study provides a flexible method to investigate the laser-atom interaction in the nonperturbative regime. 展开更多

在模块化多电平换流器(MMC)中存在大量的子模块(SM),其可靠性直接影响整个系统的安全稳定运行。本文引入了具有容错能力的新型冗余SM,并在此基础上提出了一种基于改进事件触发与一维卷积神经网络(1-D CNN)的MMC冗余SM开路故障实时诊断... 在模块化多电平换流器(MMC)中存在大量的子模块(SM),其可靠性直接影响整个系统的安全稳定运行。本文引入了具有容错能力的新型冗余SM,并在此基础上提出了一种基于改进事件触发与一维卷积神经网络(1-D CNN)的MMC冗余SM开路故障实时诊断策略。首先,选定MMC中特定SM构成的集成单元的电容电压作为事件触发对象,大大减少了传统诊断策略中需要观测的电容数量;其次,从有效地减少计算负担角度出发,改进事件触发流程,并结合1-D CNN算法有条件地对集成单元电容电压和桥臂电流波动情况分别进行检测,构建出MMC故障实时诊断系统;最后,综合考虑故障集成单元与故障桥臂位置定位出开路SM,进而完成新型冗余SM条件下MMC的容错运行。利用Matlab/Simulink搭建的19电平MMC模型,验证了所提实时诊断策略的有效性。 展开更多

出血性脑卒中患者血清PDGF-D GDF-15及D-二聚体水平与颅内血肿扩大的相关性

目的分析血清血小板源性生长因子-D(PDGF-D)、生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)及D-二聚体与出血性脑卒中患者血肿扩大的相关性。方法选取2021-01-2023-01厦门大学附属中山医院神经内科诊治的出血性脑卒中患者197例,根据颅内血肿是否扩大分为血... 目的分析血清血小板源性生长因子-D(PDGF-D)、生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)及D-二聚体与出血性脑卒中患者血肿扩大的相关性。方法选取2021-01-2023-01厦门大学附属中山医院神经内科诊治的出血性脑卒中患者197例,根据颅内血肿是否扩大分为血肿未扩大组(119例)和血肿扩大组(78例),收集患者基线临床资料。利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清PDGF-D和GDF-15水平,采用凝血仪检测血清D-二聚体水平。比较2组患者入院时血肿量(V1)和复查时血肿量(V2),计算V2/V1比值。采用Logistic回归分析颅内血肿扩大的独立危险因素。结果与血肿未扩大组相比,血肿扩大组收缩压[(158.17±21.73)mmHg比(164.82±22.94)mmHg,P<0.05]、舒张压[(97.31±8.93)mmHg比(101.36±9.55)mmHg,P<0.05]、GCS评分[(13.52±1.31)分比(11.78±1.14)分,P<0.05]和血清PDGF-D[(498.73±40.32)ng/L比(596.91±45.82)ng/L,P<0.05]、GDF-15[(728.49±76.71)ng/L比(832.38±86.25)ng/L,P<0.05]、D-二聚体[(1.63±0.10)mg/L比(1.84±0.23)mg/L,P<0.05]水平及V2[(20.53±4.72)cm^(3)比(29.47±5.13)cm3,P<0.05]、V2/V1比值(1.04±0.31比1.42±0.43,P<0.05)均更高。Logistic回归分析显示,PDGF-D、GDF-15、D-二聚体、收缩压、舒张压及GCS评分均为出血性脑卒中患者发生颅内血肿扩大的独立危险因素(分别为OR=1.798、1.672、1.616、1.592、1.583、1.738,P<0.05)。结论血清PDGF-D、GDF-15及D-二聚体水平在发生颅内血肿扩大的出血性脑卒中患者中升高,均为血肿扩大的独立危险因素。 展开更多

BACKGROUND We report a case with the displacement of an articular fracture fragment of the base of the second metacarpal from the ulnar to the volar side,treated via the dorsal approach.The dorsal approach can be a good option not only because it allows direct observation of ligament damage and fixation of bone fragments but also because the thin subcutaneous tissue makes the approach easier.CASE SUMMARY A 45-year-old man with a right hand injury visited the hospital.A small bone fragment was identified using plain radiography.Lateral radiography revealed the fragment as lying over the volar aspect of the carpometacarpal(CMC)joint.Computed tomography revealed that approximately one-third of the CMC joint surface of the second metacarpal was damaged.We provisionally diagnosed an intra-articular fracture with significant CMC joint instability and performed open reduction and internal fixation.We made a dorsal longitudinal incision over the CMC joint between the second and third metacarpals.The dorsal ligament of the third CMC joint was torn.We thought it had been dislocated to the volar side and spontaneously reduced to that position.There are only few reports of volar dislocation of CMC joint fractures,particularly of the second and third metacarpals;our report is unique as our patient had an intact interosseous ligament between the second and third metacarpals.CONCLUSION Although past reports have used a palmar approach,the dorsal approach is a good option for these cases. 展开更多

为在能量有限或补给不足的情况下,降低移动机器人的能耗,提高在动态环境下给定任务的完成率,提出一种改进A*算法与动态窗口法相融合的路径规划方法。首先,考虑地面坡度、摩擦等因素,构建机器人能耗模型,提出基于能耗成本的路径搜索新准... 为在能量有限或补给不足的情况下,降低移动机器人的能耗,提高在动态环境下给定任务的完成率,提出一种改进A*算法与动态窗口法相融合的路径规划方法。首先,考虑地面坡度、摩擦等因素,构建机器人能耗模型,提出基于能耗成本的路径搜索新准则。其次,针对路径冗余、多转折造成能量损耗的问题,提出基于动态基准转折惩罚、三角剪枝与弦定弧过渡法相结合的路径优化方法,保证全局路径能耗最优。接着,针对动态窗口法狭窄环境下灵活性差的问题,融合改进A*和动态窗口法并提出航向角自调整策略,增强动态避障能力。最后,设计了全局节能路径偏离评价与能耗评价子函数用于局部节能路径的规划。仿真结果表明,所提方法在能耗、平滑性和动态避障等方面有明显的提升,在复杂、狭窄的场景中应用更具优越性。 展开更多
