With the development of multi-signal monitoring technology,the research on multiple signal analysis and processing has become a hot subject.Mechanical equipment often works under variable working conditions,and the ac...With the development of multi-signal monitoring technology,the research on multiple signal analysis and processing has become a hot subject.Mechanical equipment often works under variable working conditions,and the acquired vibration signals are often non-stationary and nonlinear,which are difficult to be processed by traditional analysis methods.In order to solve the noise reduction problem of multiple signals under variable speed,a COT-DCS method combining the Computed Order Tracking(COT)based on Chirplet Path Pursuit(CPP)and Distributed Compressed Sensing(DCS)is proposed.Firstly,the instantaneous frequency(IF)is extracted by CPP,and the speed is obtained by fitting.Then,the speed is used for equal angle sampling of time-domain signals,and angle-domain signals are obtained by COT without a tachometer to eliminate the nonstationarity,and the angledomain signals are compressed and reconstructed by DCS to achieve noise reduction of multiple signals.The accuracy of the CPP method is verified by simulated,experimental signals and compared with some existing IF extraction methods.The COT method also shows good signal stabilization ability through simulation and experiment.Finally,combined with the comparative test of the other two algorithms and four noise reduction effect indicators,the COT-DCS based on the CPP method combines the advantages of the two algorithms and has better noise reduction effect and stability.It is shown that this method is an effective multi-signal noise reduction method.展开更多

Although the experimental results indicate some decomposition when the mixture of higher primary aliphatic alcohols is distillated by SPD, SPD is still an effective method to purify octacosanol. It is found that the prepeak position in X-ray diffraction intensity curve shifts to higher angles as the content of Fe increases, but it shifts to smaller angles as the content of Ce increases. The crystallization character of the amorphous alloy changes with the variation of the content of Fe and Ce. Ce can improve the interaction between atoms and the capacity of compound formation, so it is favorable to Al-based glass formability.展开更多

As the heat-treatment temperature increases from 650℃ to 800℃, t...The relationship between magnetostriction and structure of melt-spun Fes3Ga17 ribbons are investigated by XRD and M5ssbauer spectrum technique (MS). As the heat-treatment temperature increases from 650℃ to 800℃, the magnetostriction coefficient of Fes3Ga17 ribbon first increases and then decreases. The largest magnetostriction coeiffcient (-578.4 ppm) is achieved in those specimens quenched at 750oc. According to the XRD and MSssbauer spectrum anal- ysis, a small quantity of DO3 phase is precipitated in Fe83Ga17 ribbons when quenched from 650℃ and the DO3 phase is gradually transformed into B2-1ike phase if quenched at higher temperature. However, both DO3 and B2-1ike phases disappear when the temperature increases up to 800℃. From this point of view, B2-1ike phase might be beneficial to the enhancement of magnetostrictive properties of melt-spun ribbons.展开更多
Short path distillation (SPD) is a kind of high vacuum distillation method, which is suitable for the separation of high boiling, heat sensitivity and viscidity products.In this paper,through measuring the phase-avera...Short path distillation (SPD) is a kind of high vacuum distillation method, which is suitable for the separation of high boiling, heat sensitivity and viscidity products.In this paper,through measuring the phase-averaged velocity distributions with a conditional sampling method of the particle imaging velocimetry (PIV), the liquid flow field that affects the heat and mass transfer of evaporating thin-film in an SPD evaporator is investigated.Measured results show that the flow velocities decrease rapidly apart from the wiper at different wiper velocities, the maximum velocity appears before wipers, and the quicker the wiping, the larger the flow velocity. Meanwhile, the evaluation of numerical calculations is carried out.The measured velocity distributions indicate clearly the effect of the wiper both on the flow field along its moving direction and on the vortices behind the wiper.Simulation data show that the performance of liquid flow field on the heating surface not only agrees with the experimental results well,but also can give further more information, such as the distribution of turbulent kinetic energy.In this study,turbulent kinetic energy mainly distributes before wipers and laminar flow appears far away from the wipers.展开更多
The atomic configuration of chemical short-range order (CSRO) for the Zr-base metallic glasses was investigated by using nano-diffraction and high resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM) technology with...The atomic configuration of chemical short-range order (CSRO) for the Zr-base metallic glasses was investigated by using nano-diffraction and high resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM) technology with a beam size of 0.5 nm. It is il- lustrated that the pattern of atomic configuration of CSRO might have various compound counterparts because of the chemical inter- action of bonding atoms. Some atomic configuration of MCSRO is similar to the icosahedral structure with 10-fold symmetry of very weak spots. In deed, the nano-beam technology could clearly detect the evolution of atomic configuration in nanometer scale during the transformation from the metallic melt to the primary crystallization. The local atomic configuration of CSRO is also investigated by molecular dynamics simulation (MD) for the Zr2Ni compound in a wider temperature range. The CSRO in the melt could be pic- torially demonstrated as distorted coordination polyhedron of the compound structure and/or the structure similar to cubo-octahedron analogs. The MD simulation illustrates that the atomic packing of long-range order disappears just above the melting point, but the chemical interaction of bonding atoms still exists that leads to form the various CSRO with the atomic configuration similar to stable or metastable unit cell of Zr2Ni compound. The icosahedral polyhedron became more abundance as the overheating temperature was raised.展开更多
