高职院校“宣传+新闻+服务”三位一体新媒体网络宣传思想教育平台探索——以柳州铁道职业技术学院为例

本文以柳州铁道职业技术学院为例，探索构建强化“心引领”、注重“微传播”、校媒“全覆盖”的“宣传＋新闻＋服务”三位一体新媒体网络宣传思想教育平台。提出通过用主流思想统领媒体、用内涵品质发展新媒体、用互联网思维审视新媒体等措施实施新媒体网络宣传思想教育平台。

传播和宣传是否具有同一性?

传播和宣传是两个不同的概念。概念是反映事物的特有属性的一种思维形态。所谓特有属性，就是仅仅为这类事物所具有，而其它事物所不具有的属性。那么，传播与宣传各有怎样不同的属性呢?

Present status and conservation strategies of mangrove resource in Guangdong, P. R. China

According to the survey of Guangdong mangrove resource in 2001 and authors field investigations in the past 5 years, the total mature mangrove land area of Guangdong Province was estimated at 9084 hm2, accounting for 41.4% of total mangrove land area of China. These mangrove forests totally consisted of 50 species belonging to 28 families, distributed at more than 100 locations along the coastlines of Guangdong and most of them present a high dense and dwarf appearance. The Ass. Avicennia marina is the most dominant mangrove association. The investigation results showed that the mangrove forests with coverage rates above 0.7 accounted for 68.0% of the total mangrove land area of the province and 77.8% of mangrove forests was less than 2 m in tree height. Since 1950, 54.6% of mangrove forests have disappeared due to paddy rice reclaim, aquaculture and city constructions. Derivational conservation efforts are still weakly empowered and should be strengthened intensively. The author suggested that mangrove laws and regulations should be enforced, mangrove scientific research should be strengthened; and mangrove conservation awareness of local community should be raised on conservation of mangroves.

Knowledge, attitude and practice related to liver fluke infection in northeast Thailand

AIM： To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） in prevention and control of liver fluke infection in northeast Thailand. METHODS： A descriptive KAP survey pertaining to liver fluke infection was carried out in June 2005 to October 2006 using structured questionnaires. Data were collected by questionnaires consisting of general parameters, knowledge, attitude, practice, and a history of participation in the prevention and control of liver fluke infection. RESULTS： A total of 1077 persons who were interviewed and completed the questionnaires were enrolled in the study. The majority were females （69.5%） and many of them were 15-20 years of age （37.26%）. The questionnaires revealed that information resources on liver fluke infection included local public health volunteers （31.37%）, public health officers （18.72%）, televisions （14.38%）, local heads of sub-districts （12.31%）, doctors and nurses （9.18%）, newspaper （5.72）, intemets （5.37%）, and others （12.95%）. Fiftyfive point eleven percent of the population had a good level of liver fluke knowledge concerning the mode of disease transmission and 79.72% of the population had a good level of prevention and control knowledge with regards to defecation and consumption. The attitude and practice in liver fluke prevention and control were also at a good level with a positive awareness, participation, and satisfaction of 72.1% and 60.83% of the persons studied. However, good health behavior was found in 39.26% and 41.42% of the persons studied who had unhygienic defecation and ate raw cyprinoid＇s fish. The result also showed that 41.25% of the persons studied previously joined prevention and control campaigns. CONCLUSION： The persons studied have a high level of liver fluke knowledge and positive attitude. However, improvement is required regarding personal hygiene specifically with hygienic defecation and consumption of undercooked fish.

Promotional Effect of CoO(OH) on Selective Hydrogenation of Maleic Anhydride to γ-Butyrolactone over Supported Ruthenium Catalyst

A decorated ruthenium catalyst was prepared by the coprecipitation method and used for the selective hydrogenation of maleic anhydride(MA) to γ-butyrolactone(GBL). The as-prepared catalyst was characterized by XRD, TGDTG and N2 adsorption techniques. The characterization tests revealed that the catalyst carrier was composed of monoclinic zirconia(m-ZrO2) and hydroxyl cobalt oxide(CoO(OH)). The hydrogenation results showed that the content of CoO(OH), the reaction temperature, the hydrogen pressure and the reaction time significantly affected the catalytic selectivity to GBL. The promotional effect of CoO(OH) was remarkable, which led to an obvious increase in GBL selectivity. An 100% MA conversion and 92.0% selectivity to GBL were achieved over the Ru/ZrO2-CoO(OH)(35%) catalyst in water solvent under the conditions involving a reaction temperature of 180 ℃, a hydrogen pressure of 3.0 MPa, and a reaction time of 6 h.

When Gods Cry： Exploring Environmental Crisis Through Literature Inspired by the Indigenous People＇s Experience

The recent devastation caused by natural calamities in the Philippines has prompted the government to initiate programs that might not altogether prevent but at least minimize the dire effects of future disasters. Among these programs are the information campaigns to promote awareness among the communities in calamity-prone areas Several symposia that provide venue for the discussion of environmental ＂bads＂ have been conducted, but none yet has explored the perceptions of the indigenous peoples, staunch ＂defenders＂ and protectors of the environment who themselves are victims of such calamities. This paper seeks to highlight the perceptions of the indigenous people on the causes and impact of environmental ＂bads＂ through literature inspired by their experiences. When Gods Cry is an unpublished anthology of fiction inspired by the author＇s interaction with indigenous communities in southern Philippines while doing research on oral traditions. Three works of fiction are discussed in this paper, namely： The OldMan andthe Mountain （2012）, Loom of Dreams （2012）, and Waterfall （2012）. Each of these works highlights the indigenous people＇s struggle to protect their ancestral domains and the environment, their home, against external factors. Thematic literary analysis is used in the discussion of the contents of each work.

Social Network Impacts on Stock Market： An Experimental View

In this paper, the authors present a method to construct a simulation experiment system which used to prove how social network affects the stock market. The authors construct a model considered of three main stock market effect factors： cognitive factors, social factors and economic factors. In the simulation system, free-scale social network is generated for information relations among investors in stock market. The authors simulate the organization information propaganda processes and generate stock related news. The generated news contains economy factors and sudden events. Stockholders cooperate with the related stockholders in their social network, and make stock exchange decision based on this news and their cognitive understanding of this news. Simulation results shows that the social network news propaganda effect stock prices. If social network in stock market have circles, the news affection will be amplified.

＂Don＇t Break Your Caregiver＂ Campaign 2011 by Tehy--The Union of Health and Social Care Professionals

According to several researches and survey findings, violence and the threat of violence are increasingly present at workplaces in the field of healthcare. In 2011, the Finnish Union of Health and Social Care Professionals--Tehy implemented a poster campaign targeted at the users of healthcare services, as well as healthcare staff. Representatives of local trade unions, as well as safety representatives, reported that the campaign was relevant. Most employers had a favorable attitude toward distributing campaign posters at the workplace. Raising this issue, which increases the mental burden of work and risks occupational safety at the workplace, helps to achieve improvements. Following the poster campaign, Tehy conducted an electronic survey in early 2012 about the impacts of the campaign among representatives of local trade unions （N= 279） and safety representatives （N = 278）. The campaign resulted in some working environment improvements, as well as an increase in reporting situations involving violence. On a more worrying note, the provision of workplace-level training on managing violent situations did not increase.

Radio Espana Independiente, La Pirenaica： The Voice of the Victims of the Franco Regime

Radio Espana Independiente [REI] [1941-1977], La Pirenaica, was the repository for the public remembrance of the victims of the Franco regime, through letters that its listeners regularly sent to the broadcaster＇s headquarters in Bucharest. A study of the 15,500 letters contained in the Spanish Communist Party＇s [PCE] Historical Archive in Madrid confirms this broadcaster＇s major role in the construction of the mythical symbolic image of the anti-Franco movement. Beyond their function as propaganda instruments of the PCE, La Pirenaica＇s letters reveal the radio station＇s role as a vehicle for the expression of public solidarity and ideological and cultural resistance. La Pirenaica was the voice of the defeated after the Spanish Civil War, and was their confidante and advisor. La Pirenaica＇s letters are the chronicle of the horror that anti-Franco society suffered and endured in Spain.

The Policy for Education of Migrant Workers＇ Children：Situation Analysis and the Future Orientation

The education of migrant workers＇ children is not only education but also social issue. Countries and places have introduced a number of policies to address the issue in a timely manner. At first, this paper analyzes the compulsory education policy for migrant workers＇ children and off-site college entrance policy, then find that there are still many problems in the formulation and implementation of policy. Analysis on Characteristics of Seismic Damage of the Nepal M_S8.1 Earthquake in the Tibet Area of China

On April 25,2015,a M_S8. 1 earthquake occurred in Nepal. In the Tibet area of China,this earthquake caused heavy casualties and damage to housing,roads,communications,other lifeline engineering, water conservancy and other infrastructure. This paper introduces the basic situation of the earthquake,and based on the investigation and assessment of seismic intensity,the damage of the disaster area is analyzed,and building types and damage to the lifeline systems and various industries are given. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the earthquake disaster,this paper points out the existing problems in seismic fortification,and finally puts forward proposals for the prevention and control of earthquake geological disasters, scientific planning for the restoration and reconstruction,strengthening earthquake prevention and disaster reduction propaganda,improving the awareness of earthquake preparedness in the agricultural and pastoral areas,strengthening the guidance and supervision of housing construction in rural areas to reduce the casualties and losses,and promoting the harmonious development of economy in Tibet.

Conflictive management of small mammals considered as pests： A long way to evidence-based policy making

This paper discusses the controversial management decisions made by policy-makers worldwide regarding poisoning campaigns aimed to control small mammal populations, often considered harmful economic pests. Aside from considerations re- garding the biological consequences of these campaigns, we argue that when society rejects all values of science and expertise then only badly supported and negligent decisions will be made about conservation and management issues. The extermination of small mammal species, some of which play crucial ecological roles in several regions of the world, is just an example of such discredit and misinformation. Without a strong commitment towards evidence-based policy-making, economic investments in re- search and development could be entirely compromised
