“一带一路”倡议对城镇化高质量发展的影响——基于空间双重差分的实证分析

基于2004-2019年中国268个地级市的面板数据,将“一带一路”倡议视为准自然实验,运用空间双重差分法(SDID)分析该倡议对城镇化高质量发展的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:该倡议不仅显著促进了“一带一路”沿线城市的城镇化高质量发展,还产生了正向的空间溢出效应。这种空间溢出效应有利于沿线城市之间的协同发展,但对非沿线城市则具有“虹吸效应”。异质性分析显示,“一带一路”倡议对不同资源禀赋和综合发展水平的城市的影响存在差异,对资源型城市和一线、新一线城市的政策效应更为显著。进一步的机制研究发现,设施联通、贸易畅通和资金融通在“一带一路”倡议对城镇化高质量发展的影响中具有显著的正向调节效应。因此,地方政府应当继续完善相关配套政策,积极融入“一带一路”建设大格局中;沿线城市应充分利用“一带一路”倡议的政策效应,加强与周边城市的交流合作,推进建设统一大市场;各地应当制定差异化的发展战略,实现区域协调可持续发展。

“:一带一路”倡议下,国际贸易市场发展水平不断提升,相关贸易的开展也更加顺畅。但是,贸易风险频发、企业权益无法得到有效保障等问题阻碍了我国经济的建设与发展。我国企业海外知识产权风险问题是当前海外贸易发展过程中存在的重要问题,对企业的发展战略落实及发展造成了消极影响。因此,企业需要充分明确解决海外知识产权风险问题的重要意义,通过科学政策落实及风险防范规划,保障企业稳步发展。本文通过对当前企业海外知识产权风险现状的分析,提出了科学的应对策略,为企业的发展提供参考。

BRI Infrastructure Development and Economic Growth

Infrastructure development is a key aspect of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).After measuring the infrastructure stocks of China and BRI countries,this paper estimates BRI countries’demand for infrastructure development and verifies its economic growth effects,thus demonstrating the importance of the BRI.We found China’s infrastructure stock to be second-highest in the world,next only to that of the United States.While China’s infrastructure development is in sync with its economic development,inadequate infrastructure prevents many countries around the world from unlocking their full economic potential.By providing financing for much-needed infrastructure,the BRI exerts positive effects on economic growth in relevant countries.With a mandate of promoting infrastructure interconnectivity,the BRI will serve as a new driving force shaping a community of shared future for humankind.

The progress and prospect on China-EU Blue Partnership

By reviewing the current status and progress made by China and EU in ocean related fields in the changing world,this paper tries to identify the needs,characteristics and strategic importance of the China-EU Blue Partnership.The Blue Partnership proposed by the Chinese government is open and inclusive.It values mutual beneficial,and calls for broader cooperation.China-EU Blue Partnership is not only related to the development of both China and EU,but also will significantly contribute to the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.Some suggestions on the further development of the Partnership are proposed to facilitate the implementation.

Treatment of neck type cervical spondylopathy with Zheng's Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture method:a randomized controlled trial

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zheng's Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture method versus ordinary acupuncture on superficial fascia for treating neck type cervical spondylopathy in Kyrgyz.Methods:A total of 64 Kyrgyz patients conforming to the diagnostic criteria of neck type cervical spondylopathy were included.The patients were randomized into a Zheng's Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture group and a conventional acupuncture group,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the Zheng's Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture group were treated with Zheng's Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture method to stimulate the superficial fascia,the stimulation sites were primarily located at bilateral sides of the cervical vertebra as well as the trigger points in shoulder-neck region;patients in the conventional acupuncture group were punctured at the same acupoints,with twirling reducing method,and the depth of insertion was determined by the treated region.Patients in both groups received treatment every day for a succession of 5 d as a course,with a 2-day interval between 2 courses,and the whole treatment lasted for 3 courses.After 3 courses of treatment,the McGill pain questionnaire(MPQ)and neck disability index(NDI)were measured to compare the clinical effect between the two groups.Results:After treatment,scores of MPQ and NDI scale dropped when compared with those before treatment,and the differences showed statistical significance(all P<0.05);scores of MPQ and NDI in the Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture group were substantially lower than those in the conventional acupuncture group,and the differences showed statistical significance(all P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.9%in the Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture group and the cured rate was 78.1%,which were higher than 81.3%and 40.6%in the conventional acupuncture group,and the differences showed statistical significance(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Zheng's Jin Gou Diao Yu(gold-hook-fishing)acupuncture method by stimulating superficial fascia to treat cervical spondylopathy in Kyrgyz can produce a better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture treatment,and is effective in improving pain and stiffness in patients,and thus is worth clinical popularization.

A Comparison of Local-and Foreign-funded Hydropower Station Construction in Nepal based on Remote Sensing

International investors in large infrastructure projects face numerous risks. To explore this issue, this paper compares the development of two hydropower stations in Rasuwa District, Nepal: Upper Trishuli 3A, which is fully funded by a Chinese government bank, and Rasuwagadhi, which is fully funded by local government banks.The construction of these two plants was compared between 2012 and 2020 using a visual interpretation method to extract data on roads, buildings, dams, and vehicles from 1-m-resolution remote sensing imagery. Two methods were used to compare the environmental impacts of each plant. Landsat 7/8 30-m imagery was used to monitor changes in the normalized difference vegetation index around the Upper Trishuli 3A hydropower station from 2012to 2020 and around the Rasuwagadhi hydropower station from 2014 to 2020. Then, 1-m-resolution imagery was used to observe land-cover differences in these areas and time periods. The results indicate that:(1) despite various challenges, such as geological disasters, the COVID-19 pandemic, and a blockade by the Indian government,there was no difference in construction progress between the two hydropower stations.(2) The Upper Trishuli 3A Hydropower Station was associated with better environmental protection work, as there were continuous declines in vegetation growth near Rasuwagadhi and increased overall vegetation growth near Upper Trishuli 3A.(3) Energy projects funded by the Belt and Road Initiative have benefited developing countries enormously. Finally, local conditions should be thoroughly investigated during the construction of foreign-funded power stations.

Understanding Chinese Qigong in the context of Western culture

It tries to present various perspectives on the value that Qigong brings to the Western world,responding to medical,creative and spiritual needs,and proposes a cultural approach to its dissemination that can encompass all its facets.In the current growth of China's soft power and the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,there is a clear opportunity for the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Qigong abroad that shall bear fruit in the near future,gradually shifting the role of China in the world stage:from a manufactured products supplier to a major influence in culture,lifestyle and thought.

China-Germany Industrial Cooperation in the Context of the Belt and Road Initiative——An Analysis Focusing on Shandong Province

At present,economic decision-makers and theorists predict that the robust alliance of“German technology”and“made in China”will reach new global heights through the development of intelligent manufacturing.However,the path to the realization of this prediction is still being explored.Shandong is a microcosm of China’s economic development and China-Germany cooperation,so the province can be analyzed as a representative example of the industrial choices and implementation strategies of this cooperation.In practice,China-Germany industrial cooperation should take into account industries where Germany has an advantage and the industrial development priorities and future growth potential of China and Shandong.We should thus focus on raising the quality of German investment and attending to its spill-over effects.The findings of a quantitative analysis of Shandong’s industrial gradient coefficient and industrial correlation show that the future alignment of German and Shandong industry should adhere to the principle of“emphasizing key points and storing up resources for the future.”For this reason,we should not only strengthen the key fields of Shandong’s industrial alignment with Germany,but also actively cultivate areas with potential.Research on the pattern of German investment in China indicates that German companies’choice of investment location has certain distinctive features.The factors that matter most in attracting German investment are the concentration of German first-comer enterprises in the host country,the shape of the business environment and the level of human capital and regional science and technology.For this reason,against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,Shandong’s alignment with German industry should focus on building industry chains,constructing investment platforms and shaping the external environment.
