“一元四体”模型的原理与系统作用机制研究

提出“一元四体”（简称AMFB）新型产品模型原理及其体系结构，开发了支持AMFB模型的原型软件系统AMFSDI，给出了应用实例。基于制造业信息系统是耗散结构的假设，依据“一元四体”模型原理和耗散结构理论，从系统熵值变化的角度分析了AMFB模型与AMFSDI系统的相互作用，讨论了“一元四体”新型模型作用机制对制造业信息系统演化的影响。

在我国社会主义法律体系形成的历史背景下,确立和保障法律规范的合法性是法治国家的重要原则。合法性审查作为一项法律制度是对法律规范等级及其效力的具体运用。合宪性审查、合法律性审查和合规性审查等构成了多维度的合法性审查结构。"一元四体"的合法性审查制度与我国宪法法律体系相一致,有助于在国家和政治制度的基础上建构和完善具有中国特色的合法性审查制度。
