"一般模式"和"曲江模式"是陕西历史文化资源开发的两种主要模式。前者没有能够充分开发利用陕西得天独厚的历史文化资源,后者则是由于前者处于窘境下而进行的一种改革与探索;前者长期运行效果不佳,而后者尽管存在... "一般模式"和"曲江模式"是陕西历史文化资源开发的两种主要模式。前者没有能够充分开发利用陕西得天独厚的历史文化资源,后者则是由于前者处于窘境下而进行的一种改革与探索;前者长期运行效果不佳,而后者尽管存在一些问题,但社会效益与经济效益却较为明显。在陕西省和西安市两级政府的大力支持下,充分运用文化产业理念,"曲江模式"将升级换代,不断趋向"理想模式",予以大力推广运用,使陕西丰富的历史文化资源得以充分开发利用,形成陕西历史文化产业遍地开花的局面,从而实现陕西文化产业大繁荣。 展开更多

A new family of exact solutions to the wave equation representing relatively undistorted progressive waves is constructed using separation of variables in the elliptic cylindrical coordinates and one of the Bateman transforms. The general form of this Bateman transform in an orthogonal eurvilinear cylindrical coordinate system is discussed and a specific problem of physical feasibility of the obtained solutions, connected with their dependence on the cyclic coordinate, is addressed. The limiting case of zero eccentricity, in which the elliptic cylindrical coordinates turn into their circular cylindrical counterparts, is shown to correspond to the focused wave modes of the Bessel-Gauss type. 展开更多

Under the direction of the principle of interaction between plastic volumetric and shear strains, the general expression of constitutive relation for geotechnical materials has been derived within the framework of irreversible thermo- dynamics. The constitutive modeling, in fact, is an inverse problem that belongs to the medium inverse problems of model identification, which is expressed as a reversion of coefficient of differential equation. Thus the constitutive modeling of geotechnical materials will become the reversion of coefficient functions of the general expression of constitutive relation, which is carried out in the stress field (p,q) by means Of numerical techniques, so that is called numerical modeling. Applying the numerical modeling, a number of plasticity-based models for clay and sand have been obtained, which are able to characterize the fundamental features of deformation for geotechnieal materials. In addition, the approach of numerical modeling also can be applied to the situation of unsaturated soils by means of the Bishop's effective stress formula and Khalili's expression of effective stress parameter. 展开更多

Primary study on pattern of general circulation of atmosphere before uplift of the Tibetan Plateau in eastern Asia 被引量:9

The Tibetan Plateau is a key factor for the pattern of the general circulation of the atmosphere (GCA) in eastern Asia. The pattern of the GCA after the uplift of the plateau is well known, while the pattern of the GCA before the uplift of the plateau is lack of direct evidences. Based on the knowability of desert, a section recording wind directions across the Cretaceous northern hemisphere mid-low latitude desert belt is measured and the pattern of the GCA in the Cretaceous is revealed. The result shows that the eastern Asia was really controlled by the planetary circulation before the uplift of the plateau, i.e. westerlies in the north and northeast trades in the south. The convert belt between westerlies and trades had drifted northwards and southwards. The possibility of existence of paleo-monsoon is also dealt with and a possibly imposed paleo-monsoon is suggested. 展开更多

The emission spectrum of a two-level atom interacting with a single mode radiation field in the case of periodic oscillation coupling coefficient is investigated.A general expression for the emission spectrum is derived.The numerical results for the initial field in pure number stare are calculated.It is found that the effect of the coupling coefficient modulation on the spectral structure is very obvious in the case of a low modulation frequency and larger amplitude when the initial field is vacuum,which is potentially useful for exploring a modulated light source. 展开更多
