目的:探究以Seminar教学法为主导的三位一体教学模式在《全科医学概论》课程中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年6月佳木斯大学临床医学专业学生200人为研究对象。在《全科医学概论》教学中,将学生随机分为两组,观察组100人,对照...目的:探究以Seminar教学法为主导的三位一体教学模式在《全科医学概论》课程中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年6月佳木斯大学临床医学专业学生200人为研究对象。在《全科医学概论》教学中,将学生随机分为两组,观察组100人,对照组100人。其中,对照组根据教学大纲的要求实施传统教学法,观察组实施Seminar为主导的Seminar+以案例为基础的学习模式(case study based learning, CBL)+情景模拟三位一体的教学模式。比较分析两组学生的学习成绩、学习效果及对教学的满意度。结果:观察组学生理论考试、实践考试成绩分别是(93.62±4.73)分、(92.14±4.28)分均明显高于对照组学生的(82.04±3.45)分和(80.13±3.07)分(P<0.05),观察组学生的专业综合能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生学习效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学满意度98.00%明显高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在《全科医学概论》课程教学中,实施以Seminar教学法为主导的三位一体教学模式,可以有效提高学生的理论知识及实践操作水平,专业学习能力显著提高,契合了课程教学需求,获得了学生的好评。展开更多

A teaching reform plan driven by real projects is proposed, employing teaching strategies such as situational project introduction, group collaborative development, teacher guidance, and feedback. These strategies aim to guide students in actively constructing their knowledge systems within real project contexts, thereby enhancing their technical application and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, professional qualities are integrated into the entire process of project practice assessment to foster the development of students’ systematic thinking, teamwork, and innovative awareness. Teaching practice has shown that this teaching model effectively increases students’ learning interest and practical ability, exploring an effective path for cultivating high-quality, application-oriented IT talent that meets industry demands.展开更多
