目的探讨三拗汤合三子养亲汤加减对小儿过敏性咳嗽中医证候评分、免疫功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年6月91例诊断为风热犯肺证型过敏性咳嗽的患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组45例与对照组46例:对... 目的探讨三拗汤合三子养亲汤加减对小儿过敏性咳嗽中医证候评分、免疫功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年6月91例诊断为风热犯肺证型过敏性咳嗽的患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组45例与对照组46例:对照组患儿给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合三拗汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗。于治疗前、治疗1周及2周后比较两组中医证候评分及临床疗效差异,于治疗前、治疗后2周抽取静脉血,采用流式细胞术检测免疫细胞功能(CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)),采用酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay,ELISA)检测白细胞介素-33(Interleukin-33,IL-33)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着治疗时间延长,两组患者主症、次症及总积分均逐渐降低(P<0.05);治疗1周及2周后观察组主症、次症及总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随着治疗时间延长,两组患儿CD_(4)^(+)及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)逐渐升高(P<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)逐渐降低(P<0.05);治疗后1周及2周观察组CD_(4)^(+)及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均高于对照组,而CD_(8)^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。随着治疗时间延长,两组患儿IL-33、IL-8、TNF-α均逐渐降低(P<0.05);治疗后1周及2周观察组IL-33、IL-8、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上联合三拗汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽有更好的临床疗效,可以更早、更明显地降低中医证候评分,提高患儿机体免疫功能,降低机体炎性因子水平,促进患儿恢复。 展开更多

目的:基于过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARα)/肉毒碱棕榈酰基转移酶-1(CPT-1)通路探究三子养亲汤对正常高值血压痰湿壅盛证大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法:将50只Wistar大鼠随机分成空白组10只及造模组40只,空白组给予维持饲料,造模组采用... 目的:基于过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARα)/肉毒碱棕榈酰基转移酶-1(CPT-1)通路探究三子养亲汤对正常高值血压痰湿壅盛证大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法:将50只Wistar大鼠随机分成空白组10只及造模组40只,空白组给予维持饲料,造模组采用高脂饲料饲养+高盐(6%盐水)灌胃方式制备正常高值血压痰湿壅盛证大鼠模型,造模8周,模型构建成功后将40只大鼠随机分为模型组及三子养亲汤低、中、高剂量组,每组各10只。其后,空白组给予生理盐水灌胃,造模组继续给予高脂饲料加6%盐水灌胃,同时三子养亲汤各组给予相应浓度水煎液灌胃。灌胃8周后,检测各组大鼠体质量、血压、血脂四项及肝脏生化指标,观察肝脏病理形态及脂质沉积情况,检测大鼠肝脏中PPARα、CPT-1、酰基辅酶A氧化酶(ACOX1)基因和蛋白的表达。结果:与模型组比较,三子养亲汤高剂量组体质量、血压及血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。空白组大鼠肝细胞排列整齐,细胞核形态完整,无红色脂质沉积;模型组大鼠肝细胞排列不整齐,出现细胞核消失的现象,肝细胞内出现部分脂质沉积;三子养亲汤高剂量组肝细胞排列规则、细胞核完整,有较少红色脂质沉积;三子养亲汤中、低剂量组细胞核较完整,肝细胞排列较整齐,有少量红色脂质沉积。与模型组比较,三子养亲汤高剂量组PPARα、CPT-1、ACOX1蛋白表达水平明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),中剂量组ACOX1蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,三子养亲汤高剂量组PPARα、CPT-1、ACOX1mRNA水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),三子养亲汤低、中剂量组ACOX1mRNA水平升高(P<0.01)。结论:三子养亲汤可改善正常高值血压痰湿壅盛证大鼠体质量、血压、血脂及肝脏生化指标等。其机制可能与三子养亲汤调控PPARα/CPT-1信号通路,促进脂肪酸氧化分解,进而调控肝脏脂质代谢相关。 展开更多

目的探究二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)(痰湿蕴肺证)的疗效及对肺功能、伽马干扰素(interferon γ,IFN-γ)、内皮素(endothelin-1,ET-1)的影响。方法采用随机分组法将医院2019年... 目的探究二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)(痰湿蕴肺证)的疗效及对肺功能、伽马干扰素(interferon γ,IFN-γ)、内皮素(endothelin-1,ET-1)的影响。方法采用随机分组法将医院2019年2月—2022年3月收治的86例慢阻肺患者分为观察组与对照组,两组各43例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能、蛋白质羰基(protein carbonyl content,PC)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-hydroxy-2 deoxyguanosine,8-OHdG)、丙二醛(malonic aldehyde,MDA)含量和IFN-γ、ET-1。观察两组患者临床症状消失时间和临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后FEV1、PEF和Ppeak水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FEV1、PEF和Ppeak水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后PC、8-OHdG和MDA水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PC、8-OHdG和MDA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IFN-γ和ET-1水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IFN-γ和ET-1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状消失时间显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为83.72%(36/43)显著高于对照组(65.12%,28/43)(χ^(2)=3.909,P=0.048)。结论二陈汤合三子养亲汤能有效改善慢阻肺患者肺功能,降低氧化应激相关产物蛋白质的含量,减少临床症状持续时间,利于降低FN-γ、ET-1水平,临床疗效得到显著提升。 展开更多

目的观察三子方对大肠腺瘤内镜治疗患者术后疗效、免疫功能以及生活质量的影响。方法研究纳入大肠腺瘤内镜治疗患者合计67例(2020年1月—2021年6月收治),将患者以随机数字表法分为三子方模拟剂组(33例)与三子方组(34例),三子方组患者内... 目的观察三子方对大肠腺瘤内镜治疗患者术后疗效、免疫功能以及生活质量的影响。方法研究纳入大肠腺瘤内镜治疗患者合计67例(2020年1月—2021年6月收治),将患者以随机数字表法分为三子方模拟剂组(33例)与三子方组(34例),三子方组患者内镜治疗后给予三子方治疗,三子方模拟剂组患者内镜治疗后给予其模拟剂,均治疗12周。数据观察:两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分(腹胀、腹痛、里急后重、大便稀溏、食少等)变化、并发症与不良反应情况、治疗前后CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)等免疫指标变化、治疗后生活质量提升率,随访1年,比较各组复发率及癌变率。结果三子方组治疗总有效率比三子方模拟剂组高[94.12%(32/34)vs 75.76%(25/33)](P<0.05);治疗前,各组患者中医证候积分(腹胀、腹痛、里急后重、大便稀溏、食少等)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)等免疫指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者中医证候积分(腹胀、腹痛、里急后重、大便稀溏、食少等)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)等免疫指标均改善,三子方组治疗后中医证候积分(腹胀、腹痛、里急后重、大便稀溏、食少等)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)等免疫指标均优于三子方模拟剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三子方组患者治疗后生活质量提升率高于三子方模拟剂组[97.06%(33/34)vs 75.76%(25/33)](P<0.05);两组均未见并发症与不良反应;三子方组复发率低于三子方模拟剂组[5.88%(2/34)vs 24.24%(8/33)](P<0.05);两组均未见癌变(P>0.05)。结论三子方可提升大肠腺瘤内镜治疗患者临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,提升患者免疫能力与生活质量,降低患者复发率,可一定程度意义癌变,值得应用。 展开更多

目的探究二陈汤合三子养亲汤对痰湿蕴肺证慢性支气管炎中医证候、肺功能及运动耐量水平的影响。方法选取2019年7月-2021年3月天长市中医院收治的痰湿蕴肺证慢性支气管炎患者80例,经随机数表法分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规... 目的探究二陈汤合三子养亲汤对痰湿蕴肺证慢性支气管炎中医证候、肺功能及运动耐量水平的影响。方法选取2019年7月-2021年3月天长市中医院收治的痰湿蕴肺证慢性支气管炎患者80例,经随机数表法分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加服二陈汤合三子养亲汤。对比两组患者治疗前、治疗2周后中医证候积分、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比(FEV1/FVC统计学意义)]、运动耐量[6 min步行距离(6MWT)]、动脉血气[血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、血氧分压(PaO_(2))、血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]水平,记录两组患者治疗2周内不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2周后,两组患者中医证候积分(咳嗽、咯痰、鼻塞、流涕)、动脉血气部分指标(PaCO_(2))水平显著低于治疗前,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1/FVC统计学意义)、运动耐量(6MWT)、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)水平显著高于治疗前,且研究组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗2周内,两组患者不良反应发生情况(消化不良、疲乏、口渴内热、头晕、恶心呕吐)差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论二陈汤合三子养亲汤对痰湿蕴肺证慢性支气管炎疗效显著,具有改善患者肺功能、帮助提高运动耐量的优势,安全性较好。 展开更多

目的探究三子牵牛汤结合胸腔微创置管辅助尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎临床疗效及安全性。方法研究纳入79例结核性胸膜炎患者,均由医院2018年2月—2020年2月收治,采取随机数字表法将其分为两组,予以对照组患者(39例)胸腔微创置管辅助尿激酶治... 目的探究三子牵牛汤结合胸腔微创置管辅助尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎临床疗效及安全性。方法研究纳入79例结核性胸膜炎患者,均由医院2018年2月—2020年2月收治,采取随机数字表法将其分为两组,予以对照组患者(39例)胸腔微创置管辅助尿激酶治疗,予以观察组患者(40例)三子牵牛汤结合胸腔微创置管辅助尿激酶治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后患者中医症状(发热、咳嗽、胸胁痛、气促、纳差、舌淡苔白、脉沉弦等)积分、胸膜厚度变化及胸膜粘连比例、胸水完全吸收时间及引流液量、治疗前后患者白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白水平(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平变化、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)水平变化、并发症及治疗不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.00%,38/40)高于对照组(76.92%,30/39)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者发热咳嗽、胸胁痛、气促、纳差、舌淡苔白、脉沉弦等中医症状积分、胸膜厚度、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、IFN-γ、ADA等指标比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者发热咳嗽、胸胁痛、气促、纳差、舌淡苔白、脉沉弦等中医症状积分、胸膜厚度、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、IFN-γ、ADA等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后发热咳嗽、胸胁痛、气促、纳差、舌淡苔白、脉沉弦等中医症状积分、胸膜厚度、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、IFN-γ、ADA等指标优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者胸膜粘连例数相当(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者胸膜粘连例数均降低,对照组治疗前后胸膜粘连例数比较,P>0.05,观察组治疗前后胸膜粘连例数比较,P<0.05,,观察组治疗后胸膜粘连例数少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者胸水完全吸收时间短于对照组,引流液量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症率(5.00%,2/40)低于对照组(23.08%,9/39)(P<0.05);观察组未见不良反应(0.00%),对照组患者出现2例胃肠道反应(5.00%,2/40)(P>0.05)。结论三子牵牛汤结合胸腔微创置管辅助尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎临床疗效显著,患者症状改善,恢复较好,且患者恢复快,并发症率低,未见不良反应,治疗方法安全可靠,值得应用。 展开更多

In the development of rechargeable lithium ion batteries(LIBs),silicon anodes have attracted much attention because of their extremely high theoretical capacity,relatively low Li-insertion voltage and the availability of silicon resources.However,their large volume expansion and fragile solid electrolyte interface(SEI)film hinder their commercial application.To solve these problems,Si has been combined with various carbon materials to increase their structural stability and improve their interface properties.The use of different carbon materials,such as amorphous carbon and graphite,as three-dimensional(3D)protective anode coatings that help buffer mechanical strain and isolate the electrolyte is detailed,and novel methods for applying the coatings are outlined.However,carbon materials used as a protective layer still have some disadvantages,necessitating their modification.Recent developments have focused on modifying the protective carbon shells,and substitutes for the carbon have been suggested. 展开更多

目的观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合肺泡灌洗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者的临床疗效及对肺功能和血气指标的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2021年9月医院呼吸... 目的观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合肺泡灌洗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者的临床疗效及对肺功能和血气指标的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2021年9月医院呼吸科住院治疗的AECOPD且辨证为痰湿阻肺证患者,采用随机数字法分为治疗组40例,对照组39例。对照组在常规西药治疗联合肺泡灌洗基础上给予含10%中药安慰剂口服,治疗组在常规西药治疗联合肺泡灌洗基础上给予二陈汤合三子养亲汤颗粒剂。治疗1周后,评估两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能及血气指标。结果治疗组患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、哮鸣、胸闷中医证候积分优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组有效率达97.5%(39/40),两组有效率比较,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者肺功能FEV1和FEV1/Pre%比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血气指标pH、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)及SaO_(2)与对照组相比(P<0.05),治疗组在改善血气指标方面优于对照组。两组患者治疗前后肝肾功能均无异常表现,说明该治疗方法安全可靠。结论二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合肺泡灌洗治疗痰湿阻肺型AECOPD患者临床疗效显著,可促进机体痰液排出,改善患者肺功能及血气分析指标。且该治疗措施安全性较高,值得在临床中推广。 展开更多

In vertebrates, non-lens βγ-crystallins are widely expressed in various tissues and their functions are not well known. The molecular mechanisms of trefoil factors (TFFs), which involved in mucosal healing and tumorigenesis, have remained elusive. βγ-CAT is a novel multifunctional protein complex of non-lens βγ-crystallin and trefoil factor from frog skin secretions. Here we report that βγ-CAT could induce sustained contraction of isolated rabbit aortic rings in dosage (2-35nmol/L) and endothelium dependent manners (P〈0.01 ). In addition, in situ immunofluorescence indicated that positive TNF-α signals were mainly detected at the endothelial cell layer of βγ-CAT (25nmol/L) treated rings. Furthermore, βγ-CAT induced primary cultured rabbit thoracic aortic endothelial cells (RAECs) rapidly to release TNF-α. After βγ-CAT (25nmol/L) treated for 10 and 30min, the levels of the endothelial cells released TNF-ct were 34.17±5.10 pg/mL and 98.01±4.67 pg/mL (P〈0.01), respectively. In conclusion, βγ-CAT could induce sustained contraction of isolated aortic rings, and the contractile effect might be partially explained by the release of TNF-α. These findings will give new insight into understanding the functions and physiological roles of non-lens βγ-crystallins and trefoil factors. 展开更多

Electrochemical oxidation of aniline in aqueous solution was investigated over a novel Ti/TiOxHy/Sb-SnO2 electrode prepared by the electrodeposition method.Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and electrochemical measurements were used to characterize its morphology,crystal structure,and electrochemical properties.Removal of aniline by the Ti/TiOxHy/Sb-SnO2electrode was investigated by ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy and chemical oxygen demand(COD)analysis under different conditions,including current densities,initial concentrations of aniline,pH values,concentrations of chloride ions,and types of reactor.It was found that a higher current density,a lower initial concentration of aniline,an acidic solution,the presence of chloride ions(0.2wt%NaCl),and a three-dimensional(3D) reactor promoted the removal efficiency of aniline.Electrochemical degradation of aniline followed pseudo-first-order kinetics.The aniline(200 mL of 100mg·L-(-1)) and COD removal efficiencies reached 100%and 73.5%,respectively,at a current density of 20 mA·cm-(-2),pH of 7.0,and supporting electrolyte of 0.5 wt%Na2SO4 after 2 h electrolysis in a 3D reactor.These results show that aniline can be significantly removed on the Ti/TiOxHy/Sb-SnO2electrode,which provides an efficient way for elimination of aniline from aqueous solution. 展开更多

Objective Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the breast cancer subtype with the worst prognosis,and lacks effective therapeutic targets.Colony stimulating factors(CSFs)are cytokines that can regulate the production of blood cells and stimulate the growth and development of immune cells,playing an important role in the malignant progression of TNBC.This article aims to construct a novel prognostic model based on the expression of colony stimulating factors-related genes(CRGs),and analyze the sensitivity of TNBC patients to immunotherapy and drug therapy.Methods We downloaded CRGs from public databases and screened for differentially expressed CRGs between normal and TNBC tissues in the TCGA-BRCA database.Through LASSO Cox regression analysis,we constructed a prognostic model and stratified TNBC patients into high-risk and low-risk groups based on the colony stimulating factors-related genes risk score(CRRS).We further analyzed the correlation between CRRS and patient prognosis,clinical features,tumor microenvironment(TME)in both high-risk and low-risk groups,and evaluated the relationship between CRRS and sensitivity to immunotherapy and drug therapy.Results We identified 842 differentially expressed CRGs in breast cancer tissues of TNBC patients and selected 13 CRGs for constructing the prognostic model.Kaplan-Meier survival curves,time-dependent receiver operating characteristic curves,and other analyses confirmed that TNBC patients with high CRRS had shorter overall survival,and the predictive ability of CRRS prognostic model was further validated using the GEO dataset.Nomogram combining clinical features confirmed that CRRS was an independent factor for the prognosis of TNBC patients.Moreover,patients in the high-risk group had lower levels of immune infiltration in the TME and were sensitive to chemotherapeutic drugs such as 5-fluorouracil,ipatasertib,and paclitaxel.Conclusion We have developed a CRRS-based prognostic model composed of 13 differentially expressed CRGs,which may serve as a useful tool for predicting the prognosis of TNBC patients and guiding clinical treatment.Moreover,the key genes within this model may represent potential molecular targets for future therapies of TNBC. 展开更多

Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and hydrolysis analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanolic extracts. They were identified as escins IVc, IVd, Ia, Ib, isoescins Ia and Ib, respectively. Conclusion The above compounds were obtained from the seeds of Aesculus chinensis Bunge var.chekiangensis (Hu et Fang) Fang for the first time. 展开更多

Co3O4 catalysts prepared with different precipitants(NH3·H2O,KOH,NH4HCO3,K2CO3 and KHCO3)were investigated for the oxidation of formaldehyde(HCHO).Among these,KHCO3-precipitated Co3O4(KHCO3-Co) was the most active low-temperature catalyst,and was able to completely oxidize HCHO at the 100-ppm level to CO2 at 90℃.In situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy demonstrated that hydroxyl groups on the catalyst surface were regenerated by K~+ and CO3^(2-),thus promoting the oxidation of HCHO.Moreover,H2-temperature programmed reduction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed that employing KHCO3 as the precipitant increased the Co^3+/Co^2+molar ratio on the surface of the Co3O4 catalyst,thus further promoting oxidation.Structural characterization revealed that catalysts precipitated with carbonate or bicarbonate reagents exhibited greater specific surface areas and pore volumes.Overall,these data suggest that the high activity observed during the Co3O4 catalyzed oxidation of HCHO can be primarily attributed to the presence of K~+ and CO3^(2-) on the Co3O4 surface and the favorable Co^3+/Co^2+ ratio. 展开更多

The received signal of the polarization sensitive array is proved to have trilinear model characteristics. The blind parallel factor(PARAFAC) signal detection algorithm for the polarization sensitive array is proposed. The trilinear alternating least square (TALS) algorithm is used to abtain the source matrix, and then the matrix is judged. Simulation results show that the bit error rate (BER) of the detection algorithm is close to that of the non-blind decorrelating method and the algorithm works well under the array error condition. BER difference between the non-blind method and this algorithm is less than 2 dB under a high SNR. The algorithm is blind and robust. The channel fading, the direction of arrive(DOA) imformation and the polarization information are needless in the algorithm. 展开更多
