自中国80年代计划生育政策实施后 ,独生子女成为这个时代的主流,在小学生成长的过程中,自己是独生,家长是独生,教育他的老师也是独生,即处于一种“三独”的环境中。调查显示:独生子女在遗传体质上与非独无太大差异,但由于独生... 自中国80年代计划生育政策实施后 ,独生子女成为这个时代的主流,在小学生成长的过程中,自己是独生,家长是独生,教育他的老师也是独生,即处于一种“三独”的环境中。调查显示:独生子女在遗传体质上与非独无太大差异,但由于独生子女在家庭中的地位特殊,容易养成性格上的特异性,如:依赖性、以自我为中心、缺乏合作意识、合作能力,社会适应能力差。合作能力是指与人共同完成一种活动的本领,是一种由低年级起就需要注重培养形成的学习能力,以团体成绩为奖励依据的一种教学活动。在经济一体化和专业分工日趋精细化的大趋势下,人类的合作显示出越来越重要的地位,合作是小学生未来发展、立足社会不可或缺的重要素质,因此从小培养学生的合作意识和合作能力是十分重要的。体育课是一门学生集体进行身体练习的课程,教师在体育课中要注意培养和发展小学生的合作能力。 展开更多

A Preliminary Study on Pollination Biology of an Endangered Orchid, Changnienia amoena, in Shennongjia 被引量:9

Changnienia amoena Chien is a monotypic species and endemic to China, and was listed on the Chinese Red Book in 1992. The species was once abundant but has become rare and endangered in recent years because of the habitat fragmentation and unduly commercial collections. Previous observation showed that this species has very low and even no fruit set, and the pollinators are not observed before this report. The present observation was conducted at the Shennongjia, Hubei Province during the spring of 2002. The results showed that Bombus (Diversobombus) trifasciatus Smith, B. imitator Pittion and one species of Apis visited the flowers of the orchid, but only B. tritasciatus could carry pollinaria on its body and was the legitimate pollinators of C amoena. During 113 h of observation, only nine visitations were recorded. The bumblebees mainly appeared during 12:00-15:00 during the day. Bumblebees stayed in a flower only a few seconds and never more than ten seconds. The flowers would persist in fresh for about three weeks when they were not pollinated, but 3 or 4 d after pollinated, the pollinated flowers underwent a series of color and morphological changes including stalk elongation and ovary swelling. Therefore, stalk elongation can be considered an index of fruits set. Artificial pollination indicated that C amoena is a highly self-compatible and outcrossing species, but dependent on pollinators for fruit set. Based on the field observations, we concluded that pollination system of C amoena is deceptive. The fruit set in nature is not very low (26.98% on average) compared to other deceptive orchids, which may be related to small population sizes. The number of pollinia removal is much higher than that of fruit set, indicating that there are some degrees of pollinia wasting in C amoena. 展开更多

Tributyl phosphate (TBP) solvent was used for impregnation into Amberlite XAD-16 nonionic polymeric resin beads using the wet method to prepare solvent impregnated resin (SIR). Undiluted TBP in a ratio to the resin support (volume to mass) of 6.0 at room temperature (RT) in 24 h was impregnated the resin with a mass ratio of 1.944, while the prepared gross sample of SIR at the ratio of solvent to resin of 3.0 was impregnated with a mass ratio of 1.88. Cerium(Ⅳ) oxide concentrate, prepared from crude Egyptian monazite sand, containing 37% cerium, 1.6% thorium and about 40% the other trivalent rare earth oxides, was used to prepare cerium(Ⅳ) nitrate solution for extraction using the prepared SIR. The impregnated resin was satisfactory for Ce(Ⅳ) extraction from nitric acid medium at room temperature. Cerium loading capacity of the impregnated resin reached 95.6% of the calculated theoretical capacity (173 g/kg (Ce/SIR)) under the conditions of 51.57 g/L cerium and 2.48 g/L thorium, 5.0 mol/L free nitric acid, solution to resin ratio of 10.0 and contacting the phases for 5.0 min. The loading capacity reached 98.75% when cerium concentration was increased to 91.43 g/L under the same conditions. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of needling thirteen ghost acupoints for children with autism spectrum disorder. Methods: A total of 90 cases with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) aged between 2 and 6 years were randomly allocated into 2 groups by random number table. The control group (n=45) received routine rehabilitative training, and the treatment group (n=45) received acupuncture at thirteen ghost acupoints plus routine rehabilitative training. The Beijing Gesell developmental (Gesell) scale and autism behavior checklist (ABC) were used to assess the intellectual, language and behavior development before and 3 months after the treatment. Results: After the treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 82.2%, versus 55.6% in the control group, showing a statistical significance (P〈0.05). As for the scores of social, emotional and language in Gesell scale, there were significant intra-group differences in the treatment group (all P〈0.05), and all the five subscales in the Gesell scale in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P〈0.05). As for the scores of ABC, there were significant intra-group differences in the treatment group (P〈0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation training plus acupuncture at thirteen ghost acupoints can significantly improve the intellectual, language and abnormal behavior in autism spectrum disorder children. 展开更多
