雨天工况动车组受电弓安全状态检测技术研究

受电弓是动车组从接触网获取电源动力的关键部件,其完整性和稳定性对于动车组安全运行至关重要。基于车载视频监控系统采集的图像进行受电弓安全状态检测是目前主流的检测方法,面对雨、雪等恶劣天气,如何更好地处理图像以达到精准检测尤为重要。通过自建受电弓雨天数据集,应用深度学习方法进行图像去雨操作;针对不同类别数据,采用基于生成对抗神经网络(GAN)的数据增强方法,对数据集进行增强;通过对YOLOv5算法进行改造,引入SCCONV结构,改善Backbone区域的特征提取能力,测试模型精度达到98%。该检测流程可在高性能边缘计算模块上达到实时分析效果,为我国铁路车载受电弓视频实时智能分析提供了新的思路。

Effectiveness of fire needle combining with moist healing dressing to promote the growth of granulation tissue in chronic wounds:A case report

In this case study,we analyzed the wound-healing process of a patient with a chronic wound who underwent fire needle treatment,and we tracked the coverage of granulation tissue and decrease of slough and exudate.An 85-year-old man had repeated right shoulder and back pain,itching,and skin festering for more than 1.5 years.A fire needle was administered combined with moist dressing once every 5 days to promote wound healing.After six rounds of fire needle treatment,granulation tissue formed over the surface of the wound base,the depth of the wound had become shallow,and the wound area was reduced.No complications occurred during the intervention.Fire needle therapy combined with a moist wound-healing dressing can be an effective alternative approach in managing chronic wounds.

Activity of Angiogenesis Inhibitors in Metastatic Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma:A Case Report

This report describes a patient with metastatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma treated with bevacizumab and nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel.The treatment was well tolerated and led to the stabilization of an aggressive variant of the disease. This case report is the first one that describes the activity of the combination of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.Literature describing the activity of bevacizumab and other agents(thalidomide,lenalidomide,and interferon) believed to possess anti-angiogenic activities is also reviewed.

Bilateral Ureteral Fibroepithelial Polyps:a Case Report

DRIMARY benign ureteral tumors are rare and they arise from the mesodermal tissue of the ureteral wall. Less than 200 cases have been docu- mented in published reports.1 Bilateral ureteralfibroepithelial polyps are extremely rare and commonly occur in the proximal ureter, causing complete ureteral obstruction. Pyeloplasty is an effective treatment for im- proving renal function. Here we report a case with se- quential bilateral ureteral fibroepithelial polyps causing obstructive hydronephrosis.

Epithelioid haemangioendothelioma of the lung:one case report with positive pulmonary hilar lymph nodes

Pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (PEH) is a rare tumor that occurs among young women and typically presents as bilateral multiple nodules. In this report, we described an unusual case of PEH presented as a single mass in a 46-year-old man, with 6 positive pulmonary hilar lymph nodes. Histologic findings were compared with conventional PEH, except those features such as round to oval-shaped nodules, hypocellular/cellular peripheral zone, hyaline, myxomatous intercellular stroma and intracellular vacuoles, and we found the patient's pulmonary hilar lymph nodes were metastasis and cholesterol crystal were discovered in the focal infarction areas. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were strong positive for CD34, CD31, factor VIII related endothelial antigen and vimentin. The patient died 3 and half months after the surgery without receiving any radiotherapy or chemotherapy. This report may contribute to the data on clinical and histological finding of this rare tumour.

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma adjacent to the axilla:a case report

We described a case of a 71-year-old woman with an epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) in her left axilla,a rare location which hasn’t been reported yet.The patient suffered from numbness,pain and decreased muscle strength of her left upper extremity. Sonography revealed a hypoechoic mass surrounded the axillary artery and brachial artery. No obvious capsule was demonstrated.CT showed a soft-tissue mass with some calcifications and peripheral ring-like enhancement. The MRI indicated a mass with mainly intermediate signal intensity on T1-weighted imagine and intermediate signal intensity on T2-weighted imagine. The diagnosis was confirmed by histopathologic examination after surgery. There are some correlations of these imaging features with its histopathologic characters.

Stock Market Reaction to ECFA Announcement in Taiwan Chemicals Listed Stock

Taiwan and China's Mainland signed the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement （ECFA） on 29th June, 2010. The ECFA is a landmark bilateral trade agreement that can make Taiwan a new gateway to China's Mainland. However, the Taiwan Residents petrochemical industry would be very disappointed with the early harvest list as it excluded some critical export items. The purpose of this paper is to amend the understanding of the possible impact on petrochemical market after ECFA is enacted. The authors examine the cumulative daily response of stock prices to five announcements about the ECFA and evaluate the existence of the abnormal return. The authors use daily data from January 2010 to February 2011 to employ an event study approach. The empirical results suggest that the three ECFA announcement dates, as well as the signing date, show significantly negative abnormal return due to the prior positive cumulative response of Taiwan chemicals listed stock prices. This paper can provide the petrochemical industry manufacturer, owners, and investors with further insights into how chemicals stock returns react to a big event like ECFA.

Radiofrequency ablation of recurrent cholangiocarcinoma after orthotopic liver transplantation—a case report

AIM: To report the use of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of recurrenct cholangiocarcinoma in the transplanted liver.METHODS: A lady who underwent orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma recurrence of tumour 13 mo after tralsplantation inspite of adjuvant chemotherapy. Her recurrent tumour was treated with radiofrequency ablation.RESULTS: She survived for 18 mo following the recurrence of her tumour.CONCLUSION: Radiofrequency ablation can be used safely in the transplanted liver to treat recurrent tumour.

Investigation Report on the Development Status of Creative Industry Park in Pudong New Area, Shanghai

As the core of the Yangtze River Delta cultural and creative industrial cluster, Shanghai regards the development of cultural and creative industrial clusters as an important measure for promoting a new round of economic development and building advanced culture. With its long-standing cultural heritage and forward-looking development vision, Shanghai has created a lot of cultural and creative parks. At present, these industrial clusters have begun to take shape, forming a certain concentration of creative design. In this investigation, we focused on the investigation of the creative industrial park in the Pudong New Area. We found several typical cases of good development in Beijing, Hangzhou and other old districts in Pudong New Area. Through these successful and typical investigations, we will gain effective experience in property fights protection, institutional design, government supervision, service enhancement, etc., in addition to providing advice on intellectual property rights for the three-in-one bureaus that are exploring ways of working, and also related to The management department provided suggestions from other relevant parties and worked together to contribute to the creation of the Shanghai ＂International Creative Industry Center＂ program.

Splenectomy for splenic metastases from malignant adrenal pheochromocytoma: a case report

Splenic metastasis is generally not a common clinical event. However, metastasis to the spleen from adrenal pheochromocytoma is extremely rare and has not been reported in literature. This report presents a case of a 58 year-old male patient who developed spleen-only metastases in July 2007. The patient had a previous history of left epinephroectomy for adrenal pheochromocytoma in January 2003. Abdominal computed tomography demonstrated multiple enhancing lesions suggestive of metastases; thus splenectomy was performed. Pathological examinations confirmed the diagnosis of splenic metastases from pheochromocytoma. The patient was alive without recurrence 48 months after splenectomy. qttis study is the first report on splenic metastasis from previous adrenal pheochromocytoma, and long-term survival was achieved by splenectomy. A history of malignancy indicates a high index of suspicion for splenic metastasis, and long-term survival can be achieved by splenectomy for spleen-only metastasis.

Does Independent External Auditing Play a Role in Corporate Governance？ An Empirical Study on Chinese A-Share Listed Firms

In China, an emerging economy, where investor protection is relatively weak, it is worthwhile and interesting to investigate whether independent external auditing, a sort of external corporate governance mechanism, exerts its influence. Using a sample of all A-share listed firms in 2005, this paper investigates the effects of independent external auditing on corporate governance via three aspects： （1） choice of auditing institution; （2） auditing fee; and （3） auditing opinion for annual reports. Empirical results show that, with worse agency problems in firms, the possibility of employing the “Big 41” to audit its annual reports is bigger. When determining auditing fees, auditing institutions take both firms＇ agency problems and the firm size into account. When issuing qualified opinions for poor-performing firms, auditors do not consider agency problems embedded in concentrated ownership. Overall, external independent auditing plays a limited role in corporate governance.

Independent Auditors Report： Australian Trends From 1996 to 2010

Audit report is the primary means of communication for auditors. To reduce the phenomenon of agency conflict, auditors work as agents for shareholders and report to them after reviewing the financial statements. In last 15 years, Australia has witnessed some major changes in Australian economy which have affected Australian business and its auditors＇ opinions. This paper examines the trend of audit opinions issued to Australian listed companies during this period. In total, 20,473 audit opinions were sited over the 15-year period, i.e., from 1996 to 2010. This research found that over the period, unqualified report was the most common type of audit reports issued in Australia with an average of 96.4%. The average rate at which the Big 4 audit firms issue unqualified reports is 88% compared with 76% issued by the non-Big 4 firms. It is also evidenced that the rate at which modified reports were issued during and after global financial crisis （GFC） （2007-2009） has increased across all industries, while the most noticeable increase occurred in the financial services, materials, and industrial sectors.

Audit Quality in Kazakhstan： Does Big 4 Provide High-Quality Audits？

This paper provides empirical evidence on audit quality in Kazakhstan as measured by audit tenure and the frequency of issuing modified opinions. In addition, an overview of audit institutions of Kazakhstan and an analysis of the current audit market for public companies are offered. This paper also sheds light upon the potential independence problems resulting in low audit quality and current barriers to audit researches in Kazakhstan. Consistent with the findings of extant researches on audit quality and the general perceptions of investors, two hypotheses were developed, i.e., the audits performed by Big 4 audit firms in Kazakhstan also have higher quality than non-Big 4 audit firms in terms of audit tenure and the frequency of issuing modified opinions. The result confirms the hypothesis that Big 4 audit firms provide higher audit quality than smaller local firms in association with audit tenure instead of in relation to the frequency of issuing modified opinions. The result indicates that Big 4 audit firms may not be as independent as they will be in a highly litigious market. Therefore, an independent inspection should be regularly implemented according to the audit law, and the inspection report should be publicized by Chamber of Auditors （COA）1. If this is not practical due to the lack of qualified inspectors, a peer review may be an altemative to implement the quality control policy immediately. To the author＇s best knowledge, this is the first audit quality research in countries of the Commonwealth of Independence States （CIS）.

An Overview of Russian Emigre Literature in Shanghai

After the October Revolution, those against the Bolshevik regime started to leave Russia, including Russian aristocrats, officials, capitalists and intellectuals. Some of them were exiled to the cities of China. Among them, Shanghai was the largest after Harbin Russian overseas center. Russian emigres in Shanghai managed to create their own cultural life, and some of them were even engaged in literary creation. Thus, Russian emigre literature came into being in Shanghai. In order to have a more comprehensive grasp of Shanghai Russian literature, this thesis provides a general introduction about newspapers, periodicals, publishing houses, art and literary groups, main writers and creation themes of overseas Russians in Shanghai.

Subacute posttraumatic ascending myelopathy： A case report and review of literature

Subacute posttraumatic ascending myelopathy is a rare disorder, unrelated to syrinx formation or mechanical instability, which may gradually emerge within the first 1-2 weeks after a spinal cord injury and may lead to diagnostic and prognostic dilemmas. We present a case of 24-year-old female with unstable wedge compression fracture of Ll vertebrae with signal changes in the upper lumbar cord causing complete paraplegia below D9 with bladder and bowel involvement. In the subsequent week, she developed a delayed progressively increasing neurological deficit with cord signal abnormality on MRI extending cephalad from the injury site to the upper dorsal cord. The patient had no initial clinical improvement initially but showed a delayed recovery over months.

Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor of the uterus:a report of three cases

Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor （ETT） of the uterus is a rare tumor introduced recently, which is distinct from placental site trophoblastic tumor （PSTT） and choriocarcinoma with the histological appearance of resembling low-grade squamous cell carcinomas. Definition and treatment of this disease is still not very clear because of its very low incidence and epithelioid trophoblastic lesions. ETT generally behaves in a benign fashion with metastatic and death rates about 25% and 10%, respectively, Here we report three cases of ETT, in which one had metastasis and eventually died from the disease.
