[ Result] The sequence of coloned Osg6B promoter had 97% homology to the published sequence, and the cis-regulatory element in promoter area was integrated. HSP70 antisense expression vector driven by the promoter Osg6B was confired by colony PCR and enzyme digestion. [ Conclusion] The construction of expression vector would lay solid foundation for utilization of genetic engineering male sterility of plant.展开更多
Eight indica ( Oryza sativa L.) environment-sensitive genic male-sterile (EGMS) lines, 2-2S, K1405S, F131S, 2136S, Pei-Ai 64S, 1290S, GD-IS and N17S, were sequentially seeded with 10-15 d interval at three sites, Wuha...Eight indica ( Oryza sativa L.) environment-sensitive genic male-sterile (EGMS) lines, 2-2S, K1405S, F131S, 2136S, Pei-Ai 64S, 1290S, GD-IS and N17S, were sequentially seeded with 10-15 d interval at three sites, Wuhan in 1997, Guiyang in 1997 and Sanya in 1997 and 1998, China. The results of investigations on self-sterilities showed that all of eight EGMS lines had stable sterile periods of longer than 30 d at Wuhan. They can be used for seed production of two-line hybrid rice, but can not reproduce themselves. Their stable sterile periods were shorter than 30 d at Guiyang, they can reproduce themselves and can not be used for hybrid seed production. In Sanya, their stable sterile periods were longer than 150 d, all of eight lines can be used for seed production in summer and autumn and reproduce themselves in winter. The fertility of all eight lines were sensitive to temperature. The sensitive stages, sensitive duration and critical point of temperatures (CPT) of fertility alteration in various lines were different. The sensitive stages of 2-2S and K1405S were from 18 d to 9 d before heading, the sensitive durations were 7-10 d and the CPTs were 23.7-24.5 degreesC. The sensitive stage, sensitive duration and CPT of F131S were from 17 to 5 d before heading, 13 d and 24.3-24.7 degreesC, respectively. The sensitive stage, sensitive duration and CPT of 2136S were from 18 to 12 d before heading, 7 d and 24.6-25.1 degreesC:, respectively. The sensitive stages, sensitive durations of Pei-Ai 64S, 1290S, N17S and GD-1S were from 24 to 13 d before heading and 10-13 d. And their CPTs were 24.6-25.1 degreesC, 25.5-26.2 degreesC, 25.4-26.1 degreesC,, and 24.1-24.7 degreesC, respectively.展开更多

The results revea...Northern blot analysis was conducted with mitochondrial RNA from seedling leaves, floral buds, and developing seeds of NCa CMS, maintainer line and fertile F1 using ten mitochondrial genes as probes. The results revealed that 9 out of the 10 mitochondrial genes, except for atp6, showed no difference in different tissues of the corresponding materials of NCα CMS system and that they might be constitutively expressed genes. Eight genes, such as orf139, orf222, atpl, cox1, cox2, cob, rm5S, and rm26S, showed no difference among the three tissues of all the materials detected. So the expression of these eight genes was not regulated by nuclear genes and was not tissue-specific. The transcripts of atp9 were identical among different tissues, but diverse among different materials, indicating that transcription of atp9 was neither controlled by nuclear gene nor tissue-specific. Gene atp6 displayed similar transcripts with the same size among different tissues of all the materials but differed in abundance among tissues of corresponding materials and its expression might be tissue-specific under regulation of nuclear gene. Moreover, three transcripts of orf222 were detected in the floral buds of NCa cms and fertile F1, but no transcript was detected in floral buds of the maintainer line.The transcription of orf139 was similar to that of orf222 but only two transcripts of 0.8 kb and 0.6 kb were produced. The atp9 probe detected a single transcript of 0.6 kb in NCa cms and in maintainer line and an additional transcript of 1.2 kb in fertile F1. Methods: PCR SSCP method was used to detect MSI of thirty cases with gastric adenocarcinoma at five loci in each patient. Expression of VEGF was examined by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive of MSI was in 13 patients out of 30 patients (43.4%) in our study. Positive VEGF Immunostaining was detected in 18 patients (60.0%). VEGF was decreased in microsatellite instability high (MSI H) gastric adenocarcinoma. Conclusion: MSI H and microsatellite stable (MSS) gastric adenocarcinoma may follow a different pathway of angiogenesis. The low frequency of VEGF expression among MSI H cancer may partially explain why these cancers are less aggressive.展开更多

METHODS: Sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ A...AIM: To compare expression of Ca2+-regulating proteins in upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract of achalasia patients and healthy volunteers and to elucidate their role in achalasia. METHODS: Sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ ATPase (SERCA) isoforms 2a and 2b, phospholamban (PLB), calsequestrin (CSQ), and calreticulin (CRT) were assessed by quantitative Western blotting in esophagus and heart of rats, rabbits, and humans. Furthermore, expression profi les of these proteins in biopsies of lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus from patients with achalasia and healthy volunteers were analyzed. RESULTS: SERCA 2a protein expression was much higher in human heart (cardiac ventricle) compared to esophagus. However, SERCA 2b was expressed predominantly in the esophagus. The highest CRT expression was noted in the human esophagus, while PLB, although highly expressed in the heart, was below our detection limit in upper GI tissue. Compared to healthy controls, CSQ and CRT expression in lower esophageal sphincter and distal esophageal body were signif icantly reduced in patients with achalasia (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: PLB in the human esophagus mightbe of lesser importance for regulation of SERCA than in heart. Lower expression of Ca2+ storage proteins (CSQ and CRT) might contribute to increased lower esophageal sphincter pressure in achalasia, possibly by increasing free intracellular Ca2+.展开更多
Objective: To study the expression of △Np73, an isoform of the p53 homologue p73, in the different stages of human non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the association of△Np73 expression with in patient survival. ...Objective: To study the expression of △Np73, an isoform of the p53 homologue p73, in the different stages of human non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the association of△Np73 expression with in patient survival. Methods: Semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to study the expression of△Np73 mRNA in 51 resected NSCLC tissues. Its relation to clinicopathological factors and survival outcome were analyzed. Results: The positive rate and expression level of△Np73 mRNA in the cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in the matched non-cancer lung tissues. The incidence of positive expression of△Np73 was 50. 0% , 52. 6% , and 87. 5% in patients with stageⅠ,Ⅱ, andⅢ, respectively. Positive expression of△Np73 was associated with pathological TNM stage (P = 0. 046), while not with age, gender, histological type and differentiation status. Survival rate of patients with high△Np73 mRNA was significantly poorer than those with low△Np73 mRNA levels (P<0. 001). Multivariate analysis revealed that△Np73 mRNA levels were a significant prognostic factor, independent of the other conventional prognostic factors. Conclusion: NSCLC has over-expression of△Np73 mRNA, which is closely related to TNM stages and prognosis of patients with NSCLC. These results suggest that measurement of△Np73 mRNA levels in tumor tissues might be useful as a promising predictor for the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.展开更多

However, the significance of this antigen in CCA is unknow...AIM: High levels of serum sialyl Lewisa (sLea) are frequently found in cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) patients and have been suggested to be a serum marker for CCA. However, the significance of this antigen in CCA is unknown. In this study, the clinical significance of sLea expression in CCA tissues and the possible role of sLea in vascular invasion in vitro were elucidated. METHODS: Expression of sLea in tumor tissues of 77 patients with mass-forming CCA and 33 with periductal infiltrating CCA was determined using immunohistochemistry. The in vitro assays on adhesion and transmigration of CCA cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells were compared between CCA cell lines with and without sLea expression. RESULTS: sLea was aberrantly expressed in 60% of CCA tumor tissues. A significant relationship was found between the frequency of sLea expression and the mass-forming type CCA (P= 0.041), well differentiated histological grading (P=0.029), and vascular invasion (P=0.030). Patients with positive sLea expression had a significantly poorer prognosis (21.28 wk, 95% CI=16.75-25.81 wk) than those negative for sLea (37.30 wk, 95% CI=27.03-47.57 wk) (P<0.001). Multivariate analysis with adjustment for all covariates showed that patients positive for sLea possessed a 2.3-fold higher risk of death than patients negative for sLea (P<0.001). The role of sLea in vascular invasion was demonstrated using in vitro adhesion and transmigration assays. KKU-M213, a human CCA cell-line with a high expression of sLea, adhered and transmigrated to IL-1β-activated endothelial cells of the human umbilical vein more than KKU-100, the line without sLea expression (P<0.001). These processes were significantly diminished when the antibodies specific to either sLea or E-selectin were added to the assays (P<0.001) CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates the clinical significance of sLea expression in vascular invasion, and an unfavorable outcome in CCA. The role of sLea in vascular invasion which may lead to poor prognosis is supported by the in vitro adhesion and transmigration studies.展开更多

Methods: cDNA probes were prepared by labeling mRNA of aspermia testes tissues with Cy5-dUTP and mRNA of normal testes tissues with Cy3-dUTP respectively through reverse transcription. The mixed cDNA probes were then hybridized with 4096 cDNA arrays (4096 unique human cDNA sequences), and the fluorescent signals were scanned by ScanArray 3000 scanner (General Scanning, Inc.). The values of Cy5-dUTP and Cy3-dUTP on each spot were analyzed and calculated by ImaGene 3.0 software (BioDiscovery, Inc.). Differentially expressed genes were screened according to the criterion that the absolute value of natural logarithm of the ratio of Cy5-dUTP to Cy3-dUTP was greater-than 2.0 or less-than 0.5. A randomly chosen gene RAP1A was studied by in situ hybridization to evaluate the accuracy of the results. Results: 623 differential expressed genes related to aspermia were found. There were 303 up-expressed genes and 320 down-expressed genes. A distinct up-expressed gene RAP1A was confirmed by in situ hybridization. Conclusions: Screening the differential gene expression profiles between the normal and aspermia human testis by cDNA microarray can be used in the study of aspermia-related genes and the further research due to its properties, RAP1A may play some roles in the development and progression of aspermia.展开更多

Objective:We analyzed the relationship between the expression of ERCC-1(excisition repair cross complement-1), survivin and sensitivity and prognosis of cisplatin contained regimens first-line chemotherapy in advanced...Objective:We analyzed the relationship between the expression of ERCC-1(excisition repair cross complement-1), survivin and sensitivity and prognosis of cisplatin contained regimens first-line chemotherapy in advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical(IHC) method was used to evaluate the expression of ERCC-1 and survivin in 80 pathologically confirmed advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients given cisplatin-contained regimens first-line chemotherapy.The response rate and survival time were analyzed according to the expression of ERCC-1 and survivin.Results:Only 77 patients could be reviewed by IHC staining.The expression rates of ERCC-1 and survivin were 33.77% and 53.25 % respectively.The worse response rate and shorter TTP/ PFS could be identified in ERCC-1 positive group.Patients with positive expression of survivin had worse survival time.Conclusion:Expression of ERCC-1 may be a molecular marker of cisplatincontained regimens first-line chemotherapy resistance and poor prognosis in advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients.Positive expression of survivin predicates poor prognosis for patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.展开更多

This paper presents an insight into the Igbo cultural society with reference to her indigenous and contemporary art practices. Individual-based studies allow quantification ofphenotypic plasticity in behavioural, life-history and other labile traits The study of phenotypic plasticity in the wild can shed new light on the ultimate objectives ...Individual-based studies allow quantification ofphenotypic plasticity in behavioural, life-history and other labile traits The study of phenotypic plasticity in the wild can shed new light on the ultimate objectives (1) whether plasticity itself can evolve or is constrained by its genetic architecture, and (2) whether plasticity is associated to other traits, including fitness (selection). I describe the main statistical approach for how repeated records of individuals and a description of the environment (E) allow quantification of variation in plasticity across individuals (IxE) and genotypes (GxE) in wild populations. Based on a literature review of life-history and behavioural studies on plasticity in the wild, I discuss the present state of the two objectives listed above. Few studies have quantified GxE of labile traits in wild populations, and it is likely that power to detect statistically sig- nificant GxE is lacking. Apart from the issue of whether it is heritable, plasticity tends to correlate with average trait expression (not fully supported by the few genetic estimates available) and may thus be evolutionary constrained in this way. Individ- ual-specific estimates of plasticity tend to be related to other traits of the individual (including fitness), but these analyses may be anti-conservative because they predominantly concern stats-on-stats. Despite the increased interest in plasticity in wild popula- tions, the putative lack of power to detect GxE in such populations hinders achieving general insights. I discuss possible steps to invigorate the field by moving away from simply testing for presence of GxE to analyses that 'scale up' to population level proce-sses and by the development of new behavioural theory to identify quantitative genetic parameters which can be estimated展开更多

文摘Objective: To investigate the correlation between the microsatellite instability (MSI) and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods: PCR SSCP method was used to detect MSI of thirty cases with gastric adenocarcinoma at five loci in each patient. Expression of VEGF was examined by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive of MSI was in 13 patients out of 30 patients (43.4%) in our study. Positive VEGF Immunostaining was detected in 18 patients (60.0%). VEGF was decreased in microsatellite instability high (MSI H) gastric adenocarcinoma. Conclusion: MSI H and microsatellite stable (MSS) gastric adenocarcinoma may follow a different pathway of angiogenesis. The low frequency of VEGF expression among MSI H cancer may partially explain why these cancers are less aggressive.

文摘The cattle different stage embryos obtained from in vitro was studied using the technology of single preimplantation embryo mRNA different display:single 8-cell and blastocyst stage embryos were studied using technology of mRNA different display and one different fragment was found. The result suggested that this fragment displayed high homology (99%) to cattle mRNA for ribosomal protein L31. Then to detect the expression of RPL31mRNA in 8 cell and blastocyst stage embryos by real-time quantitative PCR,the result showed the relative amount of 8 cells was 3.2 times of blastocyst's.

文摘AIM: To compare expression of Ca2+-regulating proteins in upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract of achalasia patients and healthy volunteers and to elucidate their role in achalasia. METHODS: Sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ ATPase (SERCA) isoforms 2a and 2b, phospholamban (PLB), calsequestrin (CSQ), and calreticulin (CRT) were assessed by quantitative Western blotting in esophagus and heart of rats, rabbits, and humans. Furthermore, expression profi les of these proteins in biopsies of lower esophageal sphincter and esophagus from patients with achalasia and healthy volunteers were analyzed. RESULTS: SERCA 2a protein expression was much higher in human heart (cardiac ventricle) compared to esophagus. However, SERCA 2b was expressed predominantly in the esophagus. The highest CRT expression was noted in the human esophagus, while PLB, although highly expressed in the heart, was below our detection limit in upper GI tissue. Compared to healthy controls, CSQ and CRT expression in lower esophageal sphincter and distal esophageal body were signif icantly reduced in patients with achalasia (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: PLB in the human esophagus mightbe of lesser importance for regulation of SERCA than in heart. Lower expression of Ca2+ storage proteins (CSQ and CRT) might contribute to increased lower esophageal sphincter pressure in achalasia, possibly by increasing free intracellular Ca2+.
文摘Objective: To study the expression of △Np73, an isoform of the p53 homologue p73, in the different stages of human non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the association of△Np73 expression with in patient survival. Methods: Semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to study the expression of△Np73 mRNA in 51 resected NSCLC tissues. Its relation to clinicopathological factors and survival outcome were analyzed. Results: The positive rate and expression level of△Np73 mRNA in the cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in the matched non-cancer lung tissues. The incidence of positive expression of△Np73 was 50. 0% , 52. 6% , and 87. 5% in patients with stageⅠ,Ⅱ, andⅢ, respectively. Positive expression of△Np73 was associated with pathological TNM stage (P = 0. 046), while not with age, gender, histological type and differentiation status. Survival rate of patients with high△Np73 mRNA was significantly poorer than those with low△Np73 mRNA levels (P<0. 001). Multivariate analysis revealed that△Np73 mRNA levels were a significant prognostic factor, independent of the other conventional prognostic factors. Conclusion: NSCLC has over-expression of△Np73 mRNA, which is closely related to TNM stages and prognosis of patients with NSCLC. These results suggest that measurement of△Np73 mRNA levels in tumor tissues might be useful as a promising predictor for the prognosis of patients with NSCLC.

文摘AIM: High levels of serum sialyl Lewisa (sLea) are frequently found in cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) patients and have been suggested to be a serum marker for CCA. However, the significance of this antigen in CCA is unknown. In this study, the clinical significance of sLea expression in CCA tissues and the possible role of sLea in vascular invasion in vitro were elucidated. METHODS: Expression of sLea in tumor tissues of 77 patients with mass-forming CCA and 33 with periductal infiltrating CCA was determined using immunohistochemistry. The in vitro assays on adhesion and transmigration of CCA cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells were compared between CCA cell lines with and without sLea expression. RESULTS: sLea was aberrantly expressed in 60% of CCA tumor tissues. A significant relationship was found between the frequency of sLea expression and the mass-forming type CCA (P= 0.041), well differentiated histological grading (P=0.029), and vascular invasion (P=0.030). Patients with positive sLea expression had a significantly poorer prognosis (21.28 wk, 95% CI=16.75-25.81 wk) than those negative for sLea (37.30 wk, 95% CI=27.03-47.57 wk) (P<0.001). Multivariate analysis with adjustment for all covariates showed that patients positive for sLea possessed a 2.3-fold higher risk of death than patients negative for sLea (P<0.001). The role of sLea in vascular invasion was demonstrated using in vitro adhesion and transmigration assays. KKU-M213, a human CCA cell-line with a high expression of sLea, adhered and transmigrated to IL-1β-activated endothelial cells of the human umbilical vein more than KKU-100, the line without sLea expression (P<0.001). These processes were significantly diminished when the antibodies specific to either sLea or E-selectin were added to the assays (P<0.001) CONCLUSION: This study demonstrates the clinical significance of sLea expression in vascular invasion, and an unfavorable outcome in CCA. The role of sLea in vascular invasion which may lead to poor prognosis is supported by the in vitro adhesion and transmigration studies.
文摘Objective: To identify the differential gene expression profiles between the normal and aspermia human testes utilizing cDNA microarray. Methods: cDNA probes were prepared by labeling mRNA of aspermia testes tissues with Cy5-dUTP and mRNA of normal testes tissues with Cy3-dUTP respectively through reverse transcription. The mixed cDNA probes were then hybridized with 4096 cDNA arrays (4096 unique human cDNA sequences), and the fluorescent signals were scanned by ScanArray 3000 scanner (General Scanning, Inc.). The values of Cy5-dUTP and Cy3-dUTP on each spot were analyzed and calculated by ImaGene 3.0 software (BioDiscovery, Inc.). Differentially expressed genes were screened according to the criterion that the absolute value of natural logarithm of the ratio of Cy5-dUTP to Cy3-dUTP was greater-than 2.0 or less-than 0.5. A randomly chosen gene RAP1A was studied by in situ hybridization to evaluate the accuracy of the results. Results: 623 differential expressed genes related to aspermia were found. There were 303 up-expressed genes and 320 down-expressed genes. A distinct up-expressed gene RAP1A was confirmed by in situ hybridization. Conclusions: Screening the differential gene expression profiles between the normal and aspermia human testis by cDNA microarray can be used in the study of aspermia-related genes and the further research due to its properties, RAP1A may play some roles in the development and progression of aspermia.

文摘We investigate the nonlocality of Schmidt-correlated (SC) states, and present analytical expressions of the maximum violation value of Bell inequalities. It is shown that the violation of Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt (CHSH) inequality is necessary and sufficient for the nonlocality of two-qubit SC states, whereas the violation of the Svetlichny inequaJity is only a sumcient condition for the genuine nonlocality of three-qubit SC states. Furthermore, the relations among the maximum violation values, concurrence, and relative entropy entanglement are discussed.

文摘Objective:We analyzed the relationship between the expression of ERCC-1(excisition repair cross complement-1), survivin and sensitivity and prognosis of cisplatin contained regimens first-line chemotherapy in advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical(IHC) method was used to evaluate the expression of ERCC-1 and survivin in 80 pathologically confirmed advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients given cisplatin-contained regimens first-line chemotherapy.The response rate and survival time were analyzed according to the expression of ERCC-1 and survivin.Results:Only 77 patients could be reviewed by IHC staining.The expression rates of ERCC-1 and survivin were 33.77% and 53.25 % respectively.The worse response rate and shorter TTP/ PFS could be identified in ERCC-1 positive group.Patients with positive expression of survivin had worse survival time.Conclusion:Expression of ERCC-1 may be a molecular marker of cisplatincontained regimens first-line chemotherapy resistance and poor prognosis in advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients.Positive expression of survivin predicates poor prognosis for patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.
文摘The Igbo artists of all generations, from the pre-colonial to the post-colonial period, and from her traditional to contemporary art practices, have demonstrated the ability to express the material, as well as spiritual world of the lgbo cultural society. The fear of the unknown, uncertainties of the forest, river, mountain, seas, oceans, lightening, thunder, and the changing weather, brings her artists in constant contact with their spirituality. Over time, these artists have demonstrated their inherent ability to perceive, through their various art practices, the unseen, speak the unspoken, revere and share in the silent salient world of their ancestors, as well as preserve it for posterity. This paper presents an insight into the Igbo cultural society with reference to her indigenous and contemporary art practices. It identifies the trajectories of her art and cultural developments toward contemporary and global acceptance, and in addition attempts to identify her visual creative frontiers.

文摘According to the three-dimensional geometry of the engagement,the explicit algebraic expression of differential geometric guidance command(DGGC)is proposed.Compared with the existing solutions,the algebraic solution is much simpler and better for the further research of the characteristics of DGGC.Time delay control(TDC)is a useful method to tackle the uncertainty problem of a control system.Based on TDC,taking the target maneuvering acceleration as a disturbance,the estimation algorithm of the target maneuvering acceleration is presented,which can be introduced in DGGC to improve its performance.Then,the augmented DGGC(ADGGC)is obtained.The numerical simulation of intercepting a high maneuvering target is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of ADGGC.
文摘Individual-based studies allow quantification ofphenotypic plasticity in behavioural, life-history and other labile traits The study of phenotypic plasticity in the wild can shed new light on the ultimate objectives (1) whether plasticity itself can evolve or is constrained by its genetic architecture, and (2) whether plasticity is associated to other traits, including fitness (selection). I describe the main statistical approach for how repeated records of individuals and a description of the environment (E) allow quantification of variation in plasticity across individuals (IxE) and genotypes (GxE) in wild populations. Based on a literature review of life-history and behavioural studies on plasticity in the wild, I discuss the present state of the two objectives listed above. Few studies have quantified GxE of labile traits in wild populations, and it is likely that power to detect statistically sig- nificant GxE is lacking. Apart from the issue of whether it is heritable, plasticity tends to correlate with average trait expression (not fully supported by the few genetic estimates available) and may thus be evolutionary constrained in this way. Individ- ual-specific estimates of plasticity tend to be related to other traits of the individual (including fitness), but these analyses may be anti-conservative because they predominantly concern stats-on-stats. Despite the increased interest in plasticity in wild popula- tions, the putative lack of power to detect GxE in such populations hinders achieving general insights. I discuss possible steps to invigorate the field by moving away from simply testing for presence of GxE to analyses that 'scale up' to population level proce-sses and by the development of new behavioural theory to identify quantitative genetic parameters which can be estimated
文摘This work is related to the flow of a magnetohydrodynamic Burgers fluid.The flow of an incompressible conducting Burgers fluid in the presence of a uniform transverse magnetic field over a plate that is moved suddenly is considered.By the application of the Laplace and Fourier sine transforms techniques,the exact analytical expressions for the velocity field and associated shear stress are determined in simple forms.They are written as a sum of steady-state and transient solutions.The graphical results are plotted for different values of indispensable parameters and some interesting results are concluded.The corresponding solutions for the hydrodynamic Burgers fluid appear as the limiting cases of the obtained solutions.
