Traditionally, VPN uses security protocols to protect the confidentiality...With the rapid development of Virtual Private Network (VPN), many companies and organizations use VPN to implement their private communication. Traditionally, VPN uses security protocols to protect the confidentiality of data, the message integrity and the endpoint authentication. One core technique of VPN is tunneling, by which clients can access the in- ternal servers traversing VPN. However, the tunneling technique also introduces a concealed security hole. It is possible that if one vicious user can establish tunneling by the VPN server, he can compromise the internal servers behind the VPN server. So this paper presents a novel Application-layer based Centralized Information Access Control (ACIAC) for VPN to solve this problem. To implement an efficient, flexible and multi-decision access control model, we present two key techniques to ACIAC—the centralized management mechanism and the stream-based access control. Firstly, we implement the information center and the constraints/events center for ACIAC. By the two centers, we can provide an abstract access control mechanism, and the material access control can be decided dynamically by the ACIAC’s constraint/event mechanism. Then we logically classify the VPN communication traffic into the access stream and the data stream so that we can tightly couple the features of VPN communication with the access control model. We also provide the design of our ACIAC prototype in this paper.展开更多

Yet all round the teacher talked about a lot of companies, including layer of managers＇ performance status is not as good as executives expected. This paper mainly studies the present enterprise, the real role of middle managers, and their performance status, and middle managers in the performance of the existing problems and the analysis of the present situation of the listed in the reason, and put forward relevant countermeasures according to the actual situation. The results show that the middle managers performance evaluation become a mere formality, most managers see performance appraisal as a burden and form; Middle managers set of assessment index and the use of problems; The right job analysis is the key to design middle managers performance evaluation indicators; In the proper selection of performance indicators is significant for middle managers to improve performance; Performance indicators weights allocation to improve the teaching quality of middle managers performance influence; Design middle tube is the main body of performance appraisal index of middle performance increase.展开更多
Perfusion computed tomography (CT) has emerged as a novel functional imaging technique with gradually increasing importance in the management of colorectal cancer (CRC).By providing the functional tumor microvasculatu...Perfusion computed tomography (CT) has emerged as a novel functional imaging technique with gradually increasing importance in the management of colorectal cancer (CRC).By providing the functional tumor microvasculature,it also helps the assessment of therapeutic response of anti-angiogenic drugs as it may reflect tumor angiogenesis.Perfusion CT has been applied in clinical practice to delineate inflammatory or neoplastic lymph nodes irrespective of their size,identify micro-metastases and to predict metastases in advance of their development.It is of increasing significance for preoperative adjuvant therapies and avoidance of unnecessary interventions.Despite controversies regarding the techniques employed,its validity and reproducibility,it can be advantageous in the management of CRCs in which the prognosis is dependent on preoperative staging.With recent advances in the perfusion CT techniques,and incorporation to other modalities like positron emission tomography,perfusion CT will be a novel tool in the overall management of CRCs.This article aims at reviewing the existing clinical applications and recent advances of perfusion CT with a reference to future development in the management of CRCs.展开更多
