Zhou and its relatives. [Method] The morphological characteristics of the mature seed-like fruits of Salvia shandongensis and its three congeners, S. miltiorrhiza, S. miltiorrhiza f. alba and S. bowleyana, were comparatively observed using both optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. [Result] The results showed that there were distinct differences in the shape, size and exine sculpture of the seed-like fruits of the four Danshen congeners: the seed-like fruits of S. shandongensis that were elliptical and had areolate sculpture with subquadrangular convex meshes as well as densely filamentous transverse lines were easy to be distinguished from those of S. miltiorrhiza Bge., which were broadly elliptical and had reticulate sculpture with subquadrate concave meshes. The seed-like fruits of S. bowleyana were fusiform and their ektexine had reticulate sculpture with polygonal meshes, which were slightly convex at the center, which are obviously different from those of S. shandongensis. [Conclusion] This study first accumulates data of the seed-like fruits of S. shandongensis, which provides important bases for establishing its taxonomical status and studying its germplasm. The morphological characteristics and reticulate sculpture on ektexine of the seed-like fruits S. miltiorrhiza Bge. are consistent with the previous report. The results in this study not only provide references for uncovering the genetic relationships between S. shandongensis and S. miltiorrhiza Bge., as well as the interspecific classification and identification. In addition, this study also provides new scientific proofs for the identification of Danshen species and their introduction and cultivation, genetics and breeding.展开更多

Five components(10 μmol/L)were shown to inhibit superoxide anion generation by xanthine─xanthine oxidase system. It was also demonstrated that six components( 100 μmol/L) prevented H_2O_2─induced hemolysis and MDA fonnation in mouse erythrocytes.The effects of Sal A, Sal B, Sal C and Ros A were dose dependent. In Langendorff rat heart, pretreatment with Sal A 20μmol/L significantly prevented MDA production induced by 30 min reoxygenation after 45 min anoxia.The results indicated that there were also other potent antioxidant componentts in Salvia milliorrhiza besides Dphl and Pal. The protection of Sal A against myocardial anoxiareoxygenation inury may be mainly ascribed to its oxygen free radical scavenging activity.展开更多

[Method]Organic solvent method was adopted to extract tanshinone from S. miltiorrhiza dregs and TLC was used to determine the optimum extraction solvent. The components of tanshinone were measured with HPLC. [Result]Ether was the best solvent to extract tanshinone from S. miltiorrhiza dregs. After water immersion,dry dregs of S. miltiorrhiza and Panax notoginseng were extracted with ethanol to obtain fat-soluble extracts. Then with ether as the solvent for Soxhlet extraction,the yield of crude tanshinone was 2.17%. The HPLC detection showed that the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A,methylene tanshinquinone,cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅰ were 3.62%,1.02%,2.56%,2.75% respectively. [Conclusion]The components of tanshinone in S. miltiorrhiza dregs were basically the same as tanshinone in medicine S. miltiorrhiza. S. miltiorrhiza dregs could be used as a kind of tanshinone resource,which has the value of development and utilization.展开更多

Eleven of them were depsides of R (+) β (3,4 dihydroxyphenyl) lactic acid and a caffeic acid derivative or caffeic acid dimer. Except the two known depsides, rosmarinic acid and lithospermic acid, this type of depsides has not been isolated from other plant materials before, so they were named salvianolic acid A, B, C, D, E, H, I, J and isosalvianolic acid C. Salvianolic acid F, G and przewalskinic acid A were new polyphenolic acids. Pharmacological studies of these polyphenolic acids showed potent antioxidant activities. Non-catalyzed hydrolyses of gallotannin and tara tannin in HTLW for the simultaneous preparation of gallic acid(GA) and pyrogallol(PY) are under investigation in our laboratory. In this study,the hydrolysis kinetics of gallotannin and tara tannin were determined. The reaction is indicated to be a typical consecutive first-order one in which GA has formed as a main intermediate and PY as the final product. Selective decomposition of tannin in HTLW was proved to be possible by adjusting reaction temperature and time. The present results provide an important basic data and reference for the green preparation of GA and PY.展开更多

We have systematically studied Raman spectra of Rhodamine 6G, Rhodamine 123, and Rhodamine B (RhB) molecules using density functional theory. It is found that with BP86 functional the calculated Raman spectra of cationic Rhodamine molecules are in good agreement with corresponding experimental spectra in aqueous solution. It is shown that the involvement of the counter ion, chlorine, and the specific hydrogen bonds has noticeable effects on the Raman spectra of RhB that can partially explain the observed difference between Raman spectra of RhB in solution and on gold surfaces. It also indicates that an accurate description of surface enhanced Raman scattering for Rhodamine molecules on metal surface still requires to take into account the changes induced by the interracial interactions.展开更多

Objective This study aimed to compare the mechanisms and efficacies of five formulas that improve blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Methods(1)A network pharmacology method was used to determine the targets of ...Objective This study aimed to compare the mechanisms and efficacies of five formulas that improve blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Methods(1)A network pharmacology method was used to determine the targets of five formulas that promote circulation and remove blood stasis.Compounds of the five formulas,namely Danshen Yin(丹参饮,DSY),Huoluo Xiaoling Dan(活络效灵丹,HLXLD),Shixiao San(失笑散,SXS),Taohong Siwu Tang(桃红四物汤,THSWT),and Xuefu Zhuyu Tang(血府逐瘀汤,XFZYT),were retrieved from the Traditonal Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database(TCMSP),the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of CAS,and the TCM Integrated Database.Drug target network was constructed by searching the Swiss Target Prediction database and the STITCH database.The target network of stasis was extracted from the PharmGKB database,the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM)database,the Genetic Association Database(GAD),and the Therapeutic Target Database(TTD).Candidate targets were determined using protein-protein interaction(PPI)network extension and topology selection.Thereafter,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis was used to determine the differentiation of the mechanism of the five formulas.(2)Animal experiments were conducted to explore the efficacies of the five formulas in treating blood stasis.Seventy New Zealand rabbits were exposed to high-fat feeding+epinephrine injection to construct a blood stasis syndrome model.The rabbits were evenly divided into control,model,DSY,HLXLD,SXS,THSWT,and XFZYT groups.The latter five groups were orally administered the corresponding formulas[DSY:3.92 g/(kg·d),XFZYT:7.10 g/(kg·d),SXS:1.12 g/(kg·d),HLXLD:5.60 g/(kg·d),THSWT:4.48 g/(kg·d)].Serum lipid and blood rheology were analyzed,and pathology slices were observed.Results(1)A total of 269,358,288,370,and 376 candidate targets of DSY,HLXLD,SXS,THSWT,and XFZYT were obtained among which were 232 shared candidate targets.Fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis were the biological processes common to the five formulas.HLXLD,SXS,DSY,and THSWT regulated lipolysis in adipocytes,and XFZYT,HLXLD,SXS,and THSWT regulated the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway and complement and coagulation cascades.HLXLD,SXS,and XFZYT regulated the HIF-1 signaling pathway,DSY regulated the cGMP-PKG signaling pathway,HLXLD reduced platelet activation,SXS regulated the calcium signaling pathway,and XFZYT regulated the PPAR signaling pathway.(2)In the animal experiments,the values of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),TC/HDL,and TG/HDL in each group decreased,among which the ones seen in XFZYT,HLXLD,and SXS groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).XFZYT presented the best effect,followed by HLXLD and SXS.XFZYT and HLXLD decreased apolipoprotein B100(apoB100)and increased apolipoprotein A1/apoB100(P<0.05).XFZYT decreased all the values of hematocrit(HCT),plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity(WBV);HLXLD and SXS affected HCT;and DSY and THSWT regulated WBV(P<0.05).All the five formulas decreased the values of optical density and area of plaque,among which XFZYT and HLXLD showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjusting fluid shear stress and alleviating the injury of endothelial cells might be the common mechanisms by which the five formulas promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Different formulas also have unique targets,which may provide guidance for clinical drug selection.By regulating different indices,the five formulas can regulate blood lipid and hemorheology,improve the state of blood stasis,and decrease the degree of aortic plaque in the blood stasis model rabbits.XFZYT and HLXLD had higher efficacies than DSY,THSWT,and SXS.展开更多
A reverse-phase HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous separation and determination of five bioactive phenolic acids,yunnaneic acid E,rosmarinic acid,lithospermic acid,salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A...A reverse-phase HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous separation and determination of five bioactive phenolic acids,yunnaneic acid E,rosmarinic acid,lithospermic acid,salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A in eight different samples of Salvia yunnanensis collected in Yunnan Province.For comparison,the sample of Salvia miltiorrhiza was included. All the samples were extracted for 60 min with 50%methanol in an ultrasonic bath.The optimal separation was achieved on a YMC-Pack Pro C18 column,with a gradient of 0.1%(v/v) phosphoric acid and acetonitrile,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and at a detection wavelength of 280 nm.The separation was obtained within 65 min for five bioactive phenolic acids.All calibration curves showed good linearity(r^2〉0.999) within test ranges.The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 5%for intra- and inter-day assays.The mean recovery of the method was in the range from 97%to 104%,with RSD less than 5%.This assay was successfully applied to the quantitative determination of five bioactive phenolic acids in nine resource samples. The results showed that the developed HPLC assay was suitable for the quality control of S.yunnanensis and it can be used to differentiate S.yunnanensis from S.miltiorrhiza.展开更多

The main antioxidant constituents were characterized by spec- troscopic analysis as salvianolic acids. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) quantification also showed the enhanced content of salvianolic acid B after fermentation. Tanshinone ⅡA(TSⅡA) is the major bioactive constituent of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,a Chinese herbal medicine,which has protective effects on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MIR) injury.However,the cardioprotect...Tanshinone ⅡA(TSⅡA) is the major bioactive constituent of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,a Chinese herbal medicine,which has protective effects on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MIR) injury.However,the cardioprotective effects of TSⅡA as well as its clinical use were limited due to its poor water solubility.The objective of this study was to evaluate whether Tanshinone ⅡA derivative(TD),a new water soluble compound synthesized by TSⅡA and N-Methyl-D-Glucamine,had protective effects on MIR injury and what the related mechanism was.The cardioprotective effects of TD were evaluated and compared with TSⅡA in a rat MIR model.The results show that pretreatment with TD significantly alleviated inflammatory infiltration and exhibited antioxidant effect in MIR injury by reducing the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and malondialdehyde(MDA),decreasing expression of nuclear factor-κ-gene binding(NF-κB) and upregulating expression of heme oxygenase(HO-1),but having no effect on the content of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and m RNA expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD-1).Thus,our study reveals that TD exerted significant protective effects on MIR injury through attenuating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the interaction between hydrophilic lithospermic acid B and lipophilic tanshinone Ⅱ A in rats.METHODS:A reliable high-performance liquid chromatography method was adopted for simultaneous deter...OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the interaction between hydrophilic lithospermic acid B and lipophilic tanshinone Ⅱ A in rats.METHODS:A reliable high-performance liquid chromatography method was adopted for simultaneous determination of lithospermic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A in rat plasma,through which the pharmacokinetic interaction between lithospermic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A by intravenous injection was investigated.RESULTS:The simultaneous intravenous injection of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B significantly altered the pharmacokinetic parameters of both compounds when compared with the individual intravenous administration of each compound.The area under the concentration-time curve of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B increased by 18.35 and 59.31%,respectively.The mean retention time of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B increased,respectively,from 9.3 to 32.8 h and20.2 to 49.1 h.The concomitant use of tanshinoneⅡ A magnified the volume of distribution at steady state(V_(ss)) and time for the drug in the plasma to reduce the highest concentration by half(t_(1/2)) of lithospermic acid B,while at the same time the V_(ss) and t_(1/2)of tanshinone Ⅱ A changed significantly in the presence of lithospermic acid B.CONCLUSION:Lithospermic acid B and tanshinone D A interact with each other following simultaneous intravenous injection in rats and this observation may expand the clinical use of Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae).展开更多

The thermal conductance of the interface between Al and SiO_2 logarithmically decreases with an increase in the concen- tration of the Rhodamine 6G solution. This study reveals that heat transport efficiency across an interface can be conveniently manipulated according to the demand of thermal engineering by introducing organic moleculars between both sides of the interface.展开更多

文摘High temperature liquid water(HTLW) has drawn increasing attention as an environmentally benign medium for organic chemical reactions,especially acid-/base-catalyzed reactions. Non-catalyzed hydrolyses of gallotannin and tara tannin in HTLW for the simultaneous preparation of gallic acid(GA) and pyrogallol(PY) are under investigation in our laboratory. In this study,the hydrolysis kinetics of gallotannin and tara tannin were determined. The reaction is indicated to be a typical consecutive first-order one in which GA has formed as a main intermediate and PY as the final product. Selective decomposition of tannin in HTLW was proved to be possible by adjusting reaction temperature and time. The present results provide an important basic data and reference for the green preparation of GA and PY.
文摘Danshen, the rhizome of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, has been used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treatment of various diseases. Tanshinone IIA (TSA) is one of the main active components of Danshen, which has multiple bioactivities. This article reviews the research progress of TSA in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, anti-inflammatory and immune, anti-tumor, liver protection, neuroprotection. It provides more ideas for the clinical application of TSA and the development of drug resistance.

文摘Rhodamine molecules are one of the most used dyes for applications related to Raman spectroscopy. We have systematically studied Raman spectra of Rhodamine 6G, Rhodamine 123, and Rhodamine B (RhB) molecules using density functional theory. It is found that with BP86 functional the calculated Raman spectra of cationic Rhodamine molecules are in good agreement with corresponding experimental spectra in aqueous solution. It is shown that the involvement of the counter ion, chlorine, and the specific hydrogen bonds has noticeable effects on the Raman spectra of RhB that can partially explain the observed difference between Raman spectra of RhB in solution and on gold surfaces. It also indicates that an accurate description of surface enhanced Raman scattering for Rhodamine molecules on metal surface still requires to take into account the changes induced by the interracial interactions.
文摘In the study, Southwest peony varieties group of Paeonia suffruticosa "Hongdan Lan" were analyzed, test was mainly divided into two parts, one is the nature of the low temperature, through the external environment is mainly (temperature, light) gibberellin and nutrition solution regulation, on the Tianpeng peony florescence control technological research. The second is to explore the flower forcing peony after anthesis regeneration technique. The main research results: comprehensive gibberellin peony flower induction of morphological and physiological indexes, such as gibberellin concentration of 150 mgFL and 200 mg/L the effect of flower induction was better than the other treatments; gibberelin (GA3) breaking the dormancy of the peony to blossom ahead of time has the promoter action, also has certain effect on nutritional growth; to premature flowering the abscisic acid (ABA) has opposite effect; whereas auxin (IAA) and corn (ZT) effect was not obvious; rejuvenation results showed that after a year of conservation and managemental measures, flower induction after the flower of peony played a very important role in the restoration. After the winter flower induction, peony flowerpot of soil hardening, through the soil replacement, repair of roots, flower peony recovery showed a very significant effect.

文摘Objective This study aimed to compare the mechanisms and efficacies of five formulas that improve blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Methods(1)A network pharmacology method was used to determine the targets of five formulas that promote circulation and remove blood stasis.Compounds of the five formulas,namely Danshen Yin(丹参饮,DSY),Huoluo Xiaoling Dan(活络效灵丹,HLXLD),Shixiao San(失笑散,SXS),Taohong Siwu Tang(桃红四物汤,THSWT),and Xuefu Zhuyu Tang(血府逐瘀汤,XFZYT),were retrieved from the Traditonal Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database(TCMSP),the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of CAS,and the TCM Integrated Database.Drug target network was constructed by searching the Swiss Target Prediction database and the STITCH database.The target network of stasis was extracted from the PharmGKB database,the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM)database,the Genetic Association Database(GAD),and the Therapeutic Target Database(TTD).Candidate targets were determined using protein-protein interaction(PPI)network extension and topology selection.Thereafter,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analysis was used to determine the differentiation of the mechanism of the five formulas.(2)Animal experiments were conducted to explore the efficacies of the five formulas in treating blood stasis.Seventy New Zealand rabbits were exposed to high-fat feeding+epinephrine injection to construct a blood stasis syndrome model.The rabbits were evenly divided into control,model,DSY,HLXLD,SXS,THSWT,and XFZYT groups.The latter five groups were orally administered the corresponding formulas[DSY:3.92 g/(kg·d),XFZYT:7.10 g/(kg·d),SXS:1.12 g/(kg·d),HLXLD:5.60 g/(kg·d),THSWT:4.48 g/(kg·d)].Serum lipid and blood rheology were analyzed,and pathology slices were observed.Results(1)A total of 269,358,288,370,and 376 candidate targets of DSY,HLXLD,SXS,THSWT,and XFZYT were obtained among which were 232 shared candidate targets.Fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis were the biological processes common to the five formulas.HLXLD,SXS,DSY,and THSWT regulated lipolysis in adipocytes,and XFZYT,HLXLD,SXS,and THSWT regulated the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway and complement and coagulation cascades.HLXLD,SXS,and XFZYT regulated the HIF-1 signaling pathway,DSY regulated the cGMP-PKG signaling pathway,HLXLD reduced platelet activation,SXS regulated the calcium signaling pathway,and XFZYT regulated the PPAR signaling pathway.(2)In the animal experiments,the values of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),TC/HDL,and TG/HDL in each group decreased,among which the ones seen in XFZYT,HLXLD,and SXS groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).XFZYT presented the best effect,followed by HLXLD and SXS.XFZYT and HLXLD decreased apolipoprotein B100(apoB100)and increased apolipoprotein A1/apoB100(P<0.05).XFZYT decreased all the values of hematocrit(HCT),plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity(WBV);HLXLD and SXS affected HCT;and DSY and THSWT regulated WBV(P<0.05).All the five formulas decreased the values of optical density and area of plaque,among which XFZYT and HLXLD showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjusting fluid shear stress and alleviating the injury of endothelial cells might be the common mechanisms by which the five formulas promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Different formulas also have unique targets,which may provide guidance for clinical drug selection.By regulating different indices,the five formulas can regulate blood lipid and hemorheology,improve the state of blood stasis,and decrease the degree of aortic plaque in the blood stasis model rabbits.XFZYT and HLXLD had higher efficacies than DSY,THSWT,and SXS.

文摘A reverse-phase HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous separation and determination of five bioactive phenolic acids,yunnaneic acid E,rosmarinic acid,lithospermic acid,salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A in eight different samples of Salvia yunnanensis collected in Yunnan Province.For comparison,the sample of Salvia miltiorrhiza was included. All the samples were extracted for 60 min with 50%methanol in an ultrasonic bath.The optimal separation was achieved on a YMC-Pack Pro C18 column,with a gradient of 0.1%(v/v) phosphoric acid and acetonitrile,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and at a detection wavelength of 280 nm.The separation was obtained within 65 min for five bioactive phenolic acids.All calibration curves showed good linearity(r^2〉0.999) within test ranges.The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 5%for intra- and inter-day assays.The mean recovery of the method was in the range from 97%to 104%,with RSD less than 5%.This assay was successfully applied to the quantitative determination of five bioactive phenolic acids in nine resource samples. The results showed that the developed HPLC assay was suitable for the quality control of S.yunnanensis and it can be used to differentiate S.yunnanensis from S.miltiorrhiza.

文摘The antioxidant activities and total phenolic content of fermented Salvia miltiorrhiza with fungus Geomyces luteus were investigated. The results revealed that G. luteus fermentation could significantly improve the antioxidant activity and total phenolic content of S. miltiorrhiza. The main antioxidant constituents were characterized by spec- troscopic analysis as salvianolic acids. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) quantification also showed the enhanced content of salvianolic acid B after fermentation. The present study suggests that G. luteus fermentations are effective in the S. miltiorrhiza salvianolic acids' enrichment process.

文摘Tanshinone ⅡA(TSⅡA) is the major bioactive constituent of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,a Chinese herbal medicine,which has protective effects on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MIR) injury.However,the cardioprotective effects of TSⅡA as well as its clinical use were limited due to its poor water solubility.The objective of this study was to evaluate whether Tanshinone ⅡA derivative(TD),a new water soluble compound synthesized by TSⅡA and N-Methyl-D-Glucamine,had protective effects on MIR injury and what the related mechanism was.The cardioprotective effects of TD were evaluated and compared with TSⅡA in a rat MIR model.The results show that pretreatment with TD significantly alleviated inflammatory infiltration and exhibited antioxidant effect in MIR injury by reducing the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and malondialdehyde(MDA),decreasing expression of nuclear factor-κ-gene binding(NF-κB) and upregulating expression of heme oxygenase(HO-1),but having no effect on the content of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) and m RNA expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD-1).Thus,our study reveals that TD exerted significant protective effects on MIR injury through attenuating oxidative stress and inflammatory responses.

文摘OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the interaction between hydrophilic lithospermic acid B and lipophilic tanshinone Ⅱ A in rats.METHODS:A reliable high-performance liquid chromatography method was adopted for simultaneous determination of lithospermic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A in rat plasma,through which the pharmacokinetic interaction between lithospermic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A by intravenous injection was investigated.RESULTS:The simultaneous intravenous injection of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B significantly altered the pharmacokinetic parameters of both compounds when compared with the individual intravenous administration of each compound.The area under the concentration-time curve of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B increased by 18.35 and 59.31%,respectively.The mean retention time of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B increased,respectively,from 9.3 to 32.8 h and20.2 to 49.1 h.The concomitant use of tanshinoneⅡ A magnified the volume of distribution at steady state(V_(ss)) and time for the drug in the plasma to reduce the highest concentration by half(t_(1/2)) of lithospermic acid B,while at the same time the V_(ss) and t_(1/2)of tanshinone Ⅱ A changed significantly in the presence of lithospermic acid B.CONCLUSION:Lithospermic acid B and tanshinone D A interact with each other following simultaneous intravenous injection in rats and this observation may expand the clinical use of Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae).

文摘Interfacial thermal conductance plays a sig- nificant role in the heat transfer efficiency of nanoscale systems. The thermal conductance across Al/SiO_2 inter- faces, which is subjected to the change in concentration of sandwiched Rhodamine 6G solution, is measured with time domain transient thermoreflectance technique. The thermal conductance of the interface between Al and SiO_2 logarithmically decreases with an increase in the concen- tration of the Rhodamine 6G solution. This study reveals that heat transport efficiency across an interface can be conveniently manipulated according to the demand of thermal engineering by introducing organic moleculars between both sides of the interface.
