Resistance Evaluation of Part of Leading Rice Varieties to Rice Blast in Guangxi Province

In order to determine the resistance of leading rice varieties to rice blast in Guangxi, three natural induction rice blast nurseries were established in Cenxi, Sanjiang and Yongfu. The resistance of the 45 leading rice varieties in Guangxi to rice blast was determined under conditions of spray inoculation and natural induction at seedling stage. The results showed that resistance frequencies of the 45 leading rice varieties ranged from 8.33% to 94.44%. Among the 45 tested varieties, there were 8 varieties of which the resistance frequencies were all higher than 80%, accounting for 17.78%; there were 11 varieties of which the resistance frequencies ranged from 50% to 80%, accounting for 24.44%; the resistance frequencies of the remaining varieties were all lower than 50%, accounting for 57.78% of the total tested varieties. The twoconsecutive-year determination results showed none of the 45 leading rice varieties showed resistance to rice blast. In 2010, there were 26, 12 and 7 varieties that were moderately sensitive, sensitive and greatly sensitive to rice blast respectively, accounting for 57.78%, 26.67% and 15.56% of the total tested varieties. In 2011, there were 16, 23 and 12 varieties that were moderately sensitive, sensitive and greatly sensitive to rice blast respectively, accounting for 35.56%, 51.11% and 13.33%. The overall resistance of the 45 leading rice varieties trended to be decreased year by year. So in rice production, they should be selected properly. 展开更多

To illustrate how firms and customers co-create value in business to business (B2B) e-commerce, an integrated value co-creation model is proposed based on information systems (IS) application capabilities from the relational view. IS application capabilities, relational assets, customer agility and relational value are constructed and tested by empirical analysis. The empirical research tests and verifies the mediating effect of customer agility, and the interactions of IS application capabilities and relational assets, as well as their effect on relational value. This model expands the research framework of value co-creation in service dominant logic, and reveals the mechanism of how f'n'ms and customers co-create value in B2B e-commerce based on IS application capabilities, which provides the basis for further theory development and a practice guide. 展开更多

To improve the navigation accuracy of an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), a novel terrain passive integrated navigation system (TPINS) is presented. According to the characteristics of the underwater environment and AUV navigation requirements of low cost and high accuracy, a novel TPINS is designed with a configuration of the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS), the terrain reference navigation system (TRNS), the Doppler velocity sonar (DVS), the magnetic compass and the navigation computer utilizing the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) to fuse the navigation information from various navigation sensors. Linear filter equations for the extended Kalman filter (EKF), nonlinear filter equations for the UKF and measurement equations of navigation sensors are addressed. It is indicated from the comparable simulation experiments of the EKF and the UKF that AUV navigation precision is improved substantially with the proposed sensors and the UKF when compared to the EKF. The TPINS designed with the proposed sensors and the UKF is effective in reducing AUV navigation position errors and improving the stability and precision of the AUV underwater integrated navigation. 展开更多

China's emergency laws have emerged as a result of dealing with crises. China's emergency laws have emerged as a result of dealing with crises. They comprise laws and regulations, emergency plans, and military regulations, and define three exceptional or emergency states: war, emergency and emergency response, with the aim of constructing a comprehensive integrated system based on the specialized division of labor. In practice, however, emergency plans take the place of laws and regulations and provide the fundamental normative basis for tackling emergencies, with government and the military playing the dominant role. Developing out of necessity and possessing temporary applicability, China's emergency laws are characterized by authorization and prevention. Integrating emergency law with the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, formulating basic law for emergency situations and improving the specific mechanisms of emergency law should be regarded as major steps in its future development. 展开更多

The surface of nanocrystals plays a dominant role in many of their physical and chemical properties.However,controllability and tunability of nanocrystal surfaces remain unsolved.Herein,we report that the surface chemistry of nanocrystals,such as near-infrared Ag_(2)Se quantum dots(QDs),is sizedependent and composition-tunable.The Ag_(2)Se QDs tend to form a stable metal complex on the surface to minimize the surface energy,and therefore the surface chemistry can be varied with particle size.Meanwhile,changes in surface inorganic composition lead to reorganization of the surface ligands,and the surface chemistry also varies with composition.Therefore,the surface chemistry of Ag_(2)Se QDs,responsible for the photoluminescence(PL)quantum yield and photostability,can be tuned by changing their size or composition.Accordingly,we demonstrate that the PL intensity of the Ag_(2)Se QDs can be tuned reversely by adjusting the degree of surface Ag^(+) enrichment via light irradiation or the addition of AgNO_(3).This work provides insight into the control of QD surface for desired PL properties. 展开更多

In this paper, the conduction band-edge non-parabolicity (NP) and the circular cross-section radius effects on hydrogenie shallow-donor impurity ground-state binding energy in zinc-blende (ZB) InGaN/GaN cylindrical QWWs are reported. The finite potential barrier between (In,Ga)N web and CaN environment is considered. Two models of the conduction band-edge non-parabolicity are taking into account. The variational approach is used within the framework of single band effective-mass approximation with one-parametric 1S-hydrogenic triaJ wave-function. It is found that NP effect is more pronounced in the wire of radius equal to effective Bohr radius than in large and narrow wires. Moreover, the binding energy peak shifts to narrow wire under NP effect. A good agreement is shown compared to the findings results. 展开更多

Delimiting ecological space scientifically and making reasonable predictions of the spatial-temporal trend of changes in the dominant ecosystem service functions(ESFs) are the basis of constructing an ecological protection pattern of territorial space, which has important theoretical significance and application value. At present, most research on the identification, functional partitioning and pattern reconstruction of ecological space refers to the current ESFs and their structural information, which ignores the spatial-temporal dynamic nature of the comprehensive and dominant ESFs, and does not seriously consider the change simulation in the dominant ESFs of the future ecological space. This affects the rationality of constructing an ecological space protection pattern to some extent. In this study, we propose an ecological space delimitation method based on the dynamic change characteristics of the ESFs, realize the identification of the ecological space range in Qionglai City and solve the problem of ignoring the spatial-temporal changes of ESFs in current research. On this basis, we also apply the Markov-CA model to integrate the spatial-temporal change characteristics of the dominant ESFs, successfully realize the simulation of the spatial-temporal changes in the dominant ESFs in Qionglai City’s ecological space in 2025, find a suitable method for simulating ecological spatial-temporal changes and also provide a basis for constructing a reasonable ecological space protection pattern. This study finds that the comprehensive quantity of ESF and its annual rate of change in Qionglai City show obvious dynamics, which confirms the necessity of considering the dynamic characteristics of ESFs when identifying ecological space. The areas of ecological space in Qionglai city represent 98307 ha by using the ecological space identification method proposed in this study, which is consistent with the ecological spatial distribution in the local ecological civilization construction plan. This confirms the reliability of the ecological space identification method based on the dynamic characteristics of the ESFs. The results also show that the dominant ESFs in Qionglai City represented strong non-stationary characteristics during 2003–2019,which showed that we should fully consider the influence of the dynamics in the dominant ESFs on the future ESF pattern during the process of constructing the ecological spatial protection pattern. The Markov-CA model realized the simulation of spatial-temporal changes in the dominant ESFs with a high precision Kappa coefficient of above 0.95, which illustrated the feasibility of using this model to simulate the future dominant ESF spatial pattern. The simulation results showed that the dominant ESFs in Qionglai will still undergo mutual conversions during 2019–2025 due to the effect of the their non-stationary nature. The ecological space will still maintain the three dominant ESFs of primary product production, climate regulation and hydrological regulation in 2025, but their areas will change to 32793 ha, 52490 ha and 13024 ha, respectively. This study can serve as a scientific reference for the delimitation of the ecological conservation redline, ecological function regionalization and the construction of an ecological spatial protection pattern. 展开更多
