目的 观察强力五虎合剂联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月在宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院儿科二病区住院的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿104例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组... 目的 观察强力五虎合剂联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月在宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院儿科二病区住院的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿104例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各52例。对照组予注射用阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服强力五虎合剂治疗,2组均7 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为88.46%(46/52),显著高于对照组的75.00%(39/52),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间,咳嗽、喘息、咳痰消失时间,体征(肺部啰音、咽及扁桃体红肿)消失时间以及住院时间显著短于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总不良反应发生率为13.47%(7/52),治疗组为1.92%(1/52),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强力五虎合剂联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证疗效较好,可明显改善患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to clone and analyze the cDNA of ATPase β subunit gene from Eleutherococcus senticosus.[Method] A pair of homologous primers was designed according to the chloroplast ATPase β subunit gene sequences of the known species;then the gene cDNA of E.senticosus were amplified by RT-PCR and compared with that of the known species;its structure was predicted finally.[Result] 1 099 bp of ATPase beta subunit cDNA of E.senticosus which encodes 366 amino acids was amplified by RT-PCR.Sequence comparison and structure prediction showed that amino acids encoded by the ATPase beta subunit gene of E.senticosus shared the highest homology,up to 96.41% with that of Oryza sativa.In the secondary structure,the protein contained 171 alpha helixes accounting for 46.72%,53 extended strands accounting for 14.48%,27 beta sheets accounting for 7.38% and 115 random coils which took up 31.42%.The amino acids 262-271 were the symbolic site of ATPase β subunit.The whole peptide chain had no obvious hydrophobic region and was primarily confirmed as a hydrophilic protein.[Conclusion] The cNDA of ATPase β subunit gene cloned from E.senticosus in this study will provide reference for learning the effect of energy metabolism on secondary metabolism,structure and function of ATPase in E.senticosus. 展开更多

A novel capacitive microwave MEMS switch with a silicon/metal/dielectric as a membrane is fabricated successfully by bonding and etching-stop process. Its principal, design, and fabricating process are described in detail. A patterned dielectric layer, Ta2O5, with dielectric constant of 24 is reached. Experiment results show this novel structure,where the switch's dielectric layer is not prepared on the transmission line, features very low insertion loss. The insertion loss is 0.06dB at 2GHz and lower than 0.5dB in the wider range from De up to 20GHz,especially when the transmission line metal is only 0. 5μm thick. 展开更多

Multidecadal Trends in Large-Scale Annual Mean SATa Based on CMIP5 Historical Simulations and Future Projections 被引量:4

Based on observations and Coupled Model lntercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) results, multidecadal variations and trends in annual mean surface air temperature anomalies (SATa) at global, hemispheric, and hemispheric land and ocean scales in the past and under the future scenarios of two representative concentration pathways (RCPs) are analyzed. Fifteen models are selected based on their performances in capturing the temporal variability, long-term trend, multidecadal variations, and trends in global annual mean SATa. Observational data analysis shows that the multidecadal variations in annual mean SATa of the land and ocean in the northern hemisphere (NH) and of the ocean in the southern hemisphere (SH) are similar to those of the global mean, showing an increase during the 1900-1944 and 1971-2000 periods, and flattening or even cooling during the 1945-1970 and 2001-2013 periods. These observed characteristics are basically reproduced by the models. However, SATa over SH land show an increase during the 1945-1970 period, which differs from the other hemispheric scales, and this feature is not captured well by the models. For the recent hiatus period (2001-2013), the projected trends of BCC-CSM1-1-m, CMCC-CM, GFDL-ESM2M, and NorESM1-ME at the global and hemispheric scales are closest to the observations based on RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 scenarios, suggesting that these four models have better projection capability in SATa. Because these four models are better at simulating and projecting the multidecadal trends of SATa, they are selected to analyze future SATa variations at the global and hemispheric scales during the 2006-2099 period. The selected multi-model ensemble (MME) projected trends in annual mean SATa for the globe, NH, and SH under RCP4.5 (RCP8.5) are 0.17 (0.29) ℃, 0.22 (0.36) ℃, and 0.11 (0.23) ℃-decade-1 in the 21st century, respectively. These values are significantly lower than the projections of CMIP5 MME without model selection. 展开更多

The final R = 0.0840 and wR = 0.2289 for 2752 observed reflections (|F|2 ≥ 2|F|2). The molecular crystal structure of karounidiol shows relative stereochemistry of (3,13,14, 20)-3,29-dihydroxy-13-methyl-26-norolean-7,9(11)-diene. Phaeodactylum tricornutum is a potential livestock for the combined production of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and fucoxanthin. In this study, six marine diatom strains identified as P. tricornutum were cultured and their total lipid, fatty acid composition and major photosynthetic pigments determined. It was found that the cell dry weight concentration and mean growth rate ranged between 0.24–0.36 g/L and 0.31–0.33/d, respectively. Among the strains, SCSIO771 presented the highest total lipid content, followed by SCSIO828, and the prominent fatty acids in all strains were C16:0, C16:1, C18:1, and C20:5(EPA). Polyunsaturated fatty acids, including C16:2, C18:2, and EPA, comprised a significant proportion of the total fatty acids. EPA was markedly high in all strains, with the highest in SCSIO828 at 25.65% of total fatty acids. Fucoxanthin was the most abundant pigment in all strains, with the highest in SCSIO828 as well, at 5.50 mg/g. The collective results suggested that strain SCSIO828 could be considered a good candidate for the concurrent production of EPA and fucoxanthin. 展开更多

A series of(Ce,Cr)xO2/Nb2O5 catalysts with different(Ce,Cr)xO2 to Nb2O5 mass ratios were synthesized by the deposition-precipitation method for use in deep catalytic oxidation of 1,2-dichloroethane(DCE), which is one of the typical chlorinated volatile organic compound pollutants. The textural properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms, UV-Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The surface acidity and the redox properties were characterized by ammonia temperature-programmed desorption and H2 temperature-programmed reduction, respectively. The results show that the addition of a proper amount of(Ce,Cr)xO2 over Nb2O5 significantly improves the intrinsic catalytic activity towards the deep oxidation of DCE, and only a very small amount of C2H3Cl is detected as the byproduct of the oxidation process. Further study reveals the existence of an obvious synergistic effect between Nb2O5, with abundant strong acid sites, and(Ce,Cr)xO2, with strong oxidation sites, as the strong acid sites of Nb2O5 promote the adsorption and dehydrochlorination of DCE, while the strong oxidation sites of(Ce,Cr)xO2 contribute to the deep oxidation of the reactant, intermediates, and byproducts. 展开更多

Vanadium pentoxide(V2O5)/molybdenum trioxide(MoO 3) composites with different molar ratios of vanadium(V) to molybdenum(Mo) were synthesized via a simple electrospinning technique. The photocatalytic activity of the composites were evaluated by their ability to photodegrade methylene blue and dimethyl phthalate(DMP) under visible-light irradiation. Compared with pure V2O5 and MoO 3,the V2O5/MoO 3 composites showed enhanced visible-light photocatalytic activity because of a V 3d impurity energy level and the formation of heterostructures at the interface between V2O5 and MoO 3. The optimal molar ratio of V to Mo in the V2O5/MoO 3 composites was found to be around 1/2. Furthermore,high-performance liquid chromatographic monitoring revealed that phthalic acid was the main intermediate in the photocatalytic degradation process of DMP. 展开更多

Through the systemically research on the relationship of the three above, this paper thinks that the reuse andrecycle of circular economy is a way that the stall is mended after a sheep is lost. Although the reduction technicallycontrols the production process, it cannot solve the waste caused by blind production and excess competition. We haveexperienced variety obstacles when implementing the circular economy, whose main reason is the conflict between theindividual ration and the social ration. Therefore, only when the individual ration and social ration incline to conformity,the cooperating Nash equilibrium will be appeared. In order to realize the harmony of ecology, economy and society, wehave to explore effective evaluation theory.
