课程游戏化中幼儿园教师专业发展的实践路径——以遂宁市船山区北辰街幼儿园“五学”课程为例

从新时代的教育使命和北辰街幼儿园的情况来看,提升幼儿园教师专业素质具有现实的紧迫性。课程游戏化可以助推幼儿园教师专业成长,提升幼儿园教师的游戏精神。“五学”即“激学-做学-导学-互学-评学”,幼儿园游戏化课程模式以儿童主体发展为目标、情景创设为起点、操作体验为重点、师幼互动为支点、拓展迁移为亮点,通过“八法”教学,最终实现教师专业发展。

The Countermeasures Research of the Problems Existing in Five-year Higher Vocational English Teaching

As the basic course of the five-year higher vocational education, both teachers and students have been spending a great deal of efforts on English, but the effect is still unsuccessful. On the basis of many educators＇ researches in English teaching, the author presents the problems which associate with our real situation and analyzes the reasons of these problems. Then, aiming at the problems, the author takes measures in teaching reforms and researches on teaching reflections.
