These achievements have paved the way for China to enhance the quality and efficiency of growth in the new normal. China's future growth prospects are highly correlated with the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020). For the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China is committed to maintaining an annual growth rate of no less than 6.5%, which is both necessary for China to build an all-round, well-off society before 2020 and consistent with the characteristics of China's current economic development stage. Meanwhile, efforts must be made to give prominence to consumption, investment, and export as drivers of growth while continuing to improve labor and capital input and efficiency which is vital to mid- and long- term economic development.展开更多

In the teleportation scheme Bell state measurements (BSMs) are difficult for physical realization, so we investigate another strategy using separate measurements instead of BSM based on cavity quantum electrodynamics techniques. The scheme of two-atom entangled state teleportation is a controlled and probabilistic one. For the teleportation of the three-atom entangled state, the scheme is a probabilistic one. A principal idea of eavironmental protection and ecological construction is put forward for the 11^th Five-Year Plan pertod: strensgthen the point treatment in key areas and set the main targets based on the idea. This paper establishes a framework for nature reserve development that seeks to incorporate ecotourism into its strategies. The overall purpose was to identify the information needs required for a comprehensive nature reserve that incorporates ecotourism related values. It also illustrates the utility of this framework in the context of the Wuzhishan Mountain Region of China. A literature review, the first phase of a visionary strategy and a subsequent gap analysis for available management information were undertaken in order to achieve this paper's purpose. Finally, recommendations axe pre-sented for integrating ecotourism into nature reserve development in the Wuzhishan Mountain Region.展开更多

Topological defects(including disclinations and dislocations)which commonly exist in various materials have shown an amazing ability to produce excellent mechanical and physical properties of matters.In this paper,dis...Topological defects(including disclinations and dislocations)which commonly exist in various materials have shown an amazing ability to produce excellent mechanical and physical properties of matters.In this paper,disclinations are introduced into topological nontrivial elastic phononic plates.The deformation of the lattice yielded by disclinations produces a pentagonal core with the local five-fold symmetry.The topological bound states are well localized around the boundaries of the pentagonal cores with and without hollow regions.The topological bound states immunize against the finite sizes and the moderate imperfects of plates,essentially differing from the trivial defect states.The discovery of topological bound states unveils a new horizon in topological mechanics and physics,and it provides a novel platfonn to implement large-scale elastic devices with topologically protected resonances.展开更多

Aims Fruit color polymorphisms are widespread in plants,but what maintains them is largely unclear.One hypothesis is that some morphs are preferred by dispersers while others have higher pre-or postdispersal fitness.T...Aims Fruit color polymorphisms are widespread in plants,but what maintains them is largely unclear.One hypothesis is that some morphs are preferred by dispersers while others have higher pre-or postdispersal fitness.This leads to the prediction that fruit color morphs will differ in pre-or postdispersal fitness.Methods We compared genetic and clonal diversity,mating system,morphological traits that might be associated with resistance to freezing,and germination,survival and seed production of progeny of the red and white fruit morphs in a population of a diploid,wild strawberry,Fragaria pentaphylla,from south-central China.Important Findings The red morph was much more abundant than the white but did not show higher genetic diversity as measured by observed and effective numbers of alleles,Shannon information index,or expected or observed heterozygosities.AMOVA showed that most of the genetic variation in the population was within rather than between morphs.Morphs did not differ in mating system parameters,and no significant biparental inbreeding was found in either morph.Gene flow between two morphs was high(N_(m)=6.89).Seeds of the red morph germinated about 2 days earlier and had a 40%higher rate of germination than those of the white morph,but survival of seedlings and seed production by surviving offspring did not differ between morphs.The whole postdispersal fitness of the red morph was about two times higher than that of the white morph.Red morphs had hairier petioles but not more surface wax on leaves.Overall,results showed partial evidence for difference in pre-and postdispersal fitness between fruit color morphs in F.pentaphylla.Differences in fitness independent of dispersal may thus partially account for fruit color polymorphism in all cases.展开更多
