构建“向学”、“享学”的母语课堂

学习的主体是儿童,学习的本体是母语.一次南京市小学语文学科带头人教学研讨活动展示课上,教师紧扣年段目标,围绕识字、阅读和学习运用语言文字的主线,删繁就简,让学生在40分钟内经历学习过程,实践言语活动,构建了“向学”、“享学”的母语课堂.

“享学”:提升儿童体育核心素养的有效途径

"享学",指的是学生享受学习的过程,并在学习过程中保持一种快乐、积极、主动的状态。以"享学"为体育课堂教学目标,能帮助教师提高体育教学的实效性。具体应从以下几方面入手:创新课堂,秉持儿童视角;趣味任务,提升儿童实践能力;多元并举,激发参与热情;激励评价,兼蓄树立自信;融入文化,拓展学生视野。由此来提升学生的体育核心素养是行之有效的。

基于核心素养培养要求,建构小学数学“享学课堂”

“享学课堂”是每个学生和教师心驰神往的课堂。随着时代发展,面对小学当下的教育背景,学校和教师都越来越注重培养孩子们的核心素养。基于义务教育课程改革要求,数学核心素养的培养成为小学数学深度研究和探讨的问题,教师应该先弄清核心素养的内涵,再有的放矢地去培养学生的关键能力与品格,只有这样才能建构成功的“享学课堂”。本文主要从基于核心素养培养要求,建构小学数学“享学课堂”做出探究,望提出有效见解。

初中体育“享学式”课堂的建构

文章认为,建构"享学式"课堂,能对学生的身心进行全面、持续的培养。"想学"能激发学生体育学习的动力,"享学"能盘活学生体育学习的生命力,"向学"能催生学生体育学习的内驱力。体育"享学式"课堂的建构能有效提升学生的体育学习力,发展学生的体育核心素养。

Interaction behavior recognition from multiple views

This paper proposed a novel multi-view interactive behavior recognition method based on local self-similarity descriptors and graph shared multi-task learning. First, we proposed the composite interactive feature representation which encodes both the spatial distribution of local motion of interest points and their contexts. Furthermore, local self-similarity descriptor represented by temporal-pyramid bag of words(BOW) was applied to decreasing the influence of observation angle change on recognition and retaining the temporal information. For the purpose of exploring latent correlation between different interactive behaviors from different views and retaining specific information of each behaviors, graph shared multi-task learning was used to learn the corresponding interactive behavior recognition model. Experiment results showed the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with other state-of-the-art methods on the public databases CASIA, i3Dpose dataset and self-built database for interactive behavior recognition.

Tripartite Arbitrary Two-Qutrit Quantum State Sharing

A tripartite scheme for securely sharing an arbitrary unknown two-qutrit state is proposed, where two generalized Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger （GHZ） states serve as the quantum channel linking the three legitimate parties. The quantum information （i.e., the arbitrary unknown two-qutrit state） from the sender can be split in such a way that it can be reconstructed deterministically by any agent via a proper unitary operation provided that both agents collaborates together. Moreover, the generalization of the tripartite scheme to more-party case is also outlined.

Best Practices and Innovative Scenarios of Integrated Patient Data Management to Improve Continuity of Care and Scientific Research

Clinical data have strong features of complexity and multi-disciplinarity. Clinical data are generated both from the documentation of physicians＇ interactions with the patient and by diagnostic systems. During the care process, a number of different actors and roles （physicians, specialists, nurses, etc.） have the need to access patient data and document clinical activities in different moments and settings. Thus, data sharing and flexible aggregation based on different users＇ needs have become more and more important for supporting continuity of care at home, at hospitals, at outpatient clinics. In this paper, the authors identify and describe needs and challenges for patient data management at provider level and regional- （or inter-organizational-） level, because nowadays sharing patient data is needed to improve continuity and quality of care. For each level, the authors describe state-of-the-art Information and Communication Technology solutions to collect, manage, aggregate and share patient data. For each level some examples of best practices and solution scenarios being implemented in the Italian Healthcare setting are described as well.

Wavelet neural network aerodynamic modeling from flight data based on pso algorithm with information sharing and velocity disturbance

For the accurate description of aerodynamic characteristics for aircraft,a wavelet neural network (WNN) aerodynamic modeling method from flight data,based on improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm with information sharing strategy and velocity disturbance operator,is proposed.In improved PSO algorithm,an information sharing strategy is used to avoid the premature convergence as much as possible;the velocity disturbance operator is adopted to jump out of this position once falling into the premature convergence.Simulations on lateral and longitudinal aerodynamic modeling for ATTAS (advanced technologies testing aircraft system) indicate that the proposed method can achieve the accuracy improvement of an order of magnitude compared with SPSO-WNN,and can converge to a satisfactory precision by only 60 120 iterations in contrast to SPSO-WNN with 6 times precocities in 200 times repetitive experiments using Morlet and Mexican hat wavelet functions.Furthermore,it is proved that the proposed method is feasible and effective for aerodynamic modeling from flight data.

Quantum-Dot Spin-Based Secret Sharing in an Optical Microcavity

Two schemes of quantum secret sharing are proposed via single electron spin confined in charged QDs inside a single-sided microcavity and a double-sided microcavity, respectively. Both schemes rely on coherent photonspin interaction. The two schemes axe both deterministic and can be extended to multipartite secret sharing.

Feature selection based on mutual information and redundancy-synergy coefficient

Mutual information is an important information measure for feature subset. In this paper, a hashing mechanism is proposed to calculate the mutual information on the feature subset. Redundancy-synergy coefficient, a novel redundancy and synergy measure of features to express the class feature, is defined by mutual information. The information maximization rule was applied to derive the heuristic feature subset selection method based on mutual information and redundancy-synergy coefficient. Our experiment results showed the good performance of the new feature selection method.

The use of Flipped classroom in adult English education

flipped classroom as a new form of teaching, has became popular worldwide. ＂Flipped classroom＂ , from Salman Khan, is an occasional teaching method, after Khan and others＇ promotion and testing for the significance of today＇ s flipped classroom. Compared with the traditional teaching, it has broken through the traditional classroom limitation, reconstruction teaching structure reflects the advantages of the new teaching ideas. While flipping the classroom includes the implementation of pre-class design, well-made video and other aspects, but the most critical elements of it are still teachers. Teachers should establish a new teaching philosophy, and constantly improve the ability to implement flipped classroom, put emphasis on students＇ learning skills. On this basis, the article also rose that in flipped classroom teachers should pay attention to the role of teachers, they need information technology support, cause changes in teaching evaluation and promote the integration of high-quality teaching resources sharing and other aspects. The adult of non-English majors generally have poor English skills, but because of different age, memory, social experience, taking what teaching methods, and doing what teaching activities to achieve the teaching content and the expected effects of prescribed syllabus is an important issue in front of us, the author in view of the current situation, uses the existing conditions, and takes the teaching methods to help adult students improve their English communication skills, to meet the needs of the 21st century.

A Theoretical Scheme for Multiparty Multi-particle State Sharing

A theoretical scheme for multiparty multi-particle state sharing is proposed. After she introduces auxiliary particles and Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen （EPIC） pairs, the sender （Alice） performs Hadamard （14） gate operations and Controlled-NOT （CNOT） gate operations on them. Subsequently, the sender leaves one particle sequence and distributes the rest particles to the other participants. And then, the sender makes Bell-state measurements on her particles and publishes the measurement outcomes via the classical channel to realize the quantum state sharing among the others. Only the simple operations are used to realize quantum state sharing. The sender may increase or decrease the number of the participants by changing the number of the auxiliary particles.

An Exploratory Study of University X＇s State of Readiness： Scholarship of Teaching, Shared Governance and Change Management

In this paper we first explore what scholarship of teaching （SOT）, shared governance and change management means, both in terms of the way that is represented in the literature and the way that is understood by academic staff themselves. From this information we derive qualitative and quantitative interpretation which captures the variations found in the literature and empirical studies. In the final section we illustrate how the state of readiness in the three areas is in place for the development of the SoT, shared governance, and change management in University X.

Design and Implementation of the Platform for Multimedia Resource Sharing based on Cloud Technology

This paper first reviews the current state of multimedia teaching resource sharing in China as well as the problems encountered. It then proceeds to the focus that a good way out for the dilemma is to design a platform of multimedia teaching resource sharing based on cloud service concept.

Evidential Reasoning in Air Battle Systems

Bayesian statistics assigns basic probabilities to singletons （single element sets）. The Dempster-Shafer evidence theory generalizes Bayesian statistics by assigning basic probabilities to subsets to represent evidence and to develop evidential reasoning. This paper discusses what is the strength of evidence theory. As an application of evidence theory, evidential reasoning in air battle systems is discussed. In the air battle system, evidential reasoning is applied to fuse the muitisensor iaformation and identify the type of aircraft. The effectiveness of this fusion approach is evaluated by simulated data.

The practice and reflection of providing the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services in Vocational Colleges libraries

Abstract ： Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Service is the major form for libraries to share resources.The librairies of universities or colleges can better guarantee the supply of document information ,accommodating to users＇ need for documents to the greatest extent.This article elaborates on the definition of Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery as well as their significance with a key focus on the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery practice of Oriental Vocational and Technical College in Zhejiang, meanwhile it also puts forward some suggestions on how to better practisee the service of lnterlibrary Loan and Document Delivery.

Multiparty Quantum Secret Sharing via Introducing Auxiliary Particles Using a Pure Entangled State

We propose a new multiparty quantum secret sharing protocol via introducing auxiliary particles using a non-maximally entangled （pure） two-particle state without a Bell measurement. The communication parties utilize decoy particles tO check eavesdropping. After ensuring the security of the quantum channel, the sender encodes the secret message and transmits it to the receiver by using controlled-NOT operation and von Neumann measurement. If and only if all the agents agree to collaborate, they can read out the secret message.

The Application of CLAN on Shared and Unique Words Between Leveled Storybooks

The present study aimed to investigate the application of the CLAN （Computerized Language Analysis） program in the CHILDES （Child Language Data Exchange System） on shared and unique words between storybooks. Sixty sixth-grade Chinese-speaking children at an elementary school in Taipei City were recruited. Forty-four three-level of storybooks from Kizclub were collected and analyzed. Fifteen minutes reading instruction was followed by the use of CLAN on storybooks for 25 minutes. Children were given written and spoken vocabulary tests after each cluster of storybook reading period. There were three main findings of the study. First, young EFL （English as a Foreign Language） learners＇ word learning was enhanced through multiple exposures to the shared and unique words from the storybooks. Second, word instruction in isolation prompted written and spoken word learning beyond word instruction in context and repeated reading. Third, the results had pedagogical implications on the value and feasibility of language teaching with storybooks in promoting EFL students＇ word learning by using CLAN, and the limitations of the study were provided.

Plant Protection： The Risk Mitigation of Endocrine Disrupting Pesticides Use Demands the Shared Responsibility of All within the Agricultural System

The widespread use of agrochemicals and its possible negative impacts on humans and the environment remains a highly topical and controversial issue. Of particular concern here are chemicals that can disturb an organism＇s endocrine system. Referring to the precautionary principle, the objective of the research project start2 is to develop management strategies that help reduce possible risks for httmans and the environment of endocrine active agrochemicals. As an empirical basis we combined qualitative and quantitative methods and initiated two expert dialogues. Our findings underpin the well known fact that the use of agrochemicals is complex and dependent on more than the individual attitudes of farmers. Agricultural plant protection management is the collective product of a complex agricultural system, which encompasses treatment, marketing, industry and agricultural consultation as well as agricultural teaching institutions and relevant scientific disciplines. Successful management strategies for risk reduction in the context of hormonally active agrochemicals thus need to involve all actors within this system. The paper proposes a strategy that promotes participation by enabling learning processes among these actors.
