To realize automatic modeling and dynamic simulation of the educational assembling-type robot with open structure, a general dynamic model for the educational assembling-type robot and a fast simulation algorithm are ...To realize automatic modeling and dynamic simulation of the educational assembling-type robot with open structure, a general dynamic model for the educational assembling-type robot and a fast simulation algorithm are put forward. First, the educational robot system is abstracted to a multibody system and a general dynamic model of the educational robot is constructed by the Newton-Euler method. Then the dynamic model is simplified by a combination of components with fixed connections according to the structural characteristics of the educational robot. Secondly, in order to obtain a high efficiency simulation algorithm, based on the sparse matrix technique, the augmentation algorithm and the direct projective constraint stabilization algorithm are improved. Finally, a numerical example is given. The results show that the model and the fast algorithm are valid and effective. This study lays a dynamic foundation for realizing the simulation platform of the educational robot.展开更多

Results The AUC_(0-12), AUC_(0-∞), K_e, t_(1/2), MRT after a single dose of 2 000 mgoxiracetam were 256.26 ± 16.84 μg·mL^(-1)·h, 276.74 ±18.11 μg·mL^(-1)·h, 0.18 ±0.03 h^(-1),3.84±0.64 h, and 4.39 10.39 h, and after multiple doses of oxiracetam were 259.36 ±25.43μg·mL^(-1)·h, 285.59 ±27.38 μg·mL^(-1)·h, 0.17 ±0.04 h^(-1), 4.14 ± 0.82 h, and 4.87 ±0.69 h, respectively. Conclusion The pharmacokinetic parameters of oxiracetam do not differremarkably after single and multiple intravenous administration and there is accumulation in serumafter 2 000 mg multiple intravenous administration once a day fof 7 d.展开更多

The upwind Osher scheme is used for the spatial discretisa...The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to investigate the aerodynamic characteristics of the seat/occupant with windblast protection devices. The upwind Osher scheme is used for the spatial discretisation. The detached-eddy simulation (DES) based on the Spalart-Allmaras one-equation turbulence model is ap- plied to the detached viscous flow simulation behind the seat/occupant, with Mach numbers 0.6 and 1.2 at attack angles between --10 and 30°, and at two sideslip angles of 0 and 15°, respectively. The aerodynamic characteristics of seat/occupants with and without windblast protection devices are calculated in cases of the freestream Mach numbers 0. 8 and 1.6, attack angles from 5 to 30°, and three sideslip angles of 0, --20 and --50°, respectively. Results show that simulation results agree well with experimental data. And the occupant is efficiently protected by windblast protection devices.展开更多

[Results] The resource constraints have a "squeeze" effect on the demographic dividend, and employment pressure is shown in terms of the population opportunity window; the labor market segmentation, the ir- rational industrial structure, the backward curriculum and employment concept are the main factors affecting employment and labor shortage. [Conclusion] The way to solve this dilemma must be removed from the division of labor market, the adjust- ment of industrial structure, the setting of university specialty, the change of em- ployment concept of university graduates as well as the improvement of the quality of labor.展开更多
Neural network models of mechanical properties prediction for wrought magnesium alloys were improved by using more reasonable parameters, and were used to develop new types of magnesium alloys. The parameters were con...Neural network models of mechanical properties prediction for wrought magnesium alloys were improved by using more reasonable parameters, and were used to develop new types of magnesium alloys. The parameters were confirmed by comparing prediction errors and correlation coefficients of models, which have been built with all the parameters used commonly with training of all permutations and combinations. The application was focused on Mg-Zn-Mn and Mg-Zn-Y-Zr alloys. The prediction of mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Mn alloys and the effects of mole ratios of Y to Zn on the strengths in Mg-Zn-Y-Zr alloys were investigated by using the improved models. The predicted results are good agreement with the experimental values. A high strength extruded Mg-Zn-Zr-Y alloy was also developed by the models. The applications of the models indicate that the improved models can be used to develop new types of wrought magnesium alloys.展开更多

Methods A Phenomenex Luna C_(18) column(250 mm x 4.6 mm ID, 5 μm) was utilized. Water containing 0.005% formic acid (A) and acetonitrilecontaining 0.005% formic acid (B) were used as gradient eluents. UV spectra were recorded in range195 - 400 nm. Both positive and negative ion ESI modes were used. Results The constituents inNotoginseng were well separated and detected. Fourteen compounds were identified by comparing theirretention time and ESI-MS data with those obtained from the reference compounds. Forty-one compoundswere deduced by data analysis of MS and literature; among them, yesanchinosides-H and -E,chikusetsusaponin-L_5, malonyl-ginsenoside-R_(g_1), the isomers of notoginsenosides-J, -A, -R_1, -G,-R_2, and ginsenoside-Rh_3 were discovered in Notoginseng for the first time. Conclusion Thismethod gives high sensitivity and good separation, and is suitable for identifying the constituentsin Notoginseng. This result is helpful for further phytochemical research on Notoginseng. Based onthis result, further quality control can be studied.展开更多

METHODS RBCC3bRR,RBCICRR and serum CIC levels were measured in 42 patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B at ac- tive and convalescence stages. RESULTS RBCC3bRRs at the active/acute stage of various hepatitis were decreased.They were 13,54%±5,23% in AH, 7.61%±4.12% in AFH,and 16.18%±6.10% in CH, respectively,all of which were lower than those in normal persons (18.12%±3.91% ).At the quiescent/recovery stage of various hepatitis,the RBCC3bRRs were increased significantly.The changes of RBCICRR and serum CIC level were contrary to those of RBCC3bRR. CONCLUSIONS RBC immunoadherence function is decreased in acute and chronic hepatitis.The decrease is in direct proportion to the severity of the diseases.展开更多

CONCLUSIONS RBC immunoadherence function is decreased in acute and chronic hepatitis.The decrease is in direct proportion to the severity of the diseases.
