翻转课堂在“人体解剖学”实验教学中的辅助作用 被引量:1

文章调查研究翻转课堂这一新型教学方式是否能提高学生学习积极性、提高教学效率。实验随机选取了山东医学高等专科学校2017级临床系六个班级,其中三个班级在人体解剖学实验课教学当中使用翻转课堂,作为实验组,另外三个班级依照常规实... 文章调查研究翻转课堂这一新型教学方式是否能提高学生学习积极性、提高教学效率。实验随机选取了山东医学高等专科学校2017级临床系六个班级,其中三个班级在人体解剖学实验课教学当中使用翻转课堂,作为实验组,另外三个班级依照常规实验课计划进行教学,作为对照组。在实验课当中选取特定章节进行翻转教学,统计分析两组学生课后作业正确率,并对实验组学生发起调查问卷。结果显示,翻转教学提高了学生课后习题正确率,受到学生的认可,对人体解剖学实验课教学起到促进作用。 展开更多

Role of color Doppler flow imaging in applicable anatomy of spleen vessels

METHODS: A total of 36 patients requiring laparoscopic ... AIM: To explore the role of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in visualization of spleen vessels and to define its value for spleen micro-invasive operation. METHODS: A total of 36 patients requiring laparoscopic splenectomy (LS) for various hematopathies and autoimmune diseases were randomly selected from April 2005 to May 2008. Anatomic types of spleen pedicle, adjacent relations between spleen vessels and pancreas, diameters of spleen artery and vein were detected and recorded by preoperative CDFI. Different operative procedures were performed according to different anatomic frameworks. The parameters were recorded by telerecording during LS and compared with those by preoperative CDFI using Chi-square test. RESULTS: Two anatomic types of spleen pedicle and four different adjacent relations between spleen vessels and pancreas were detected by CDFI. The diameters of spleen artery and vein detected by CDFI were 0.46 ± 0.09 cm and 0.85 ± 0.35 cm, respectively. There was no statistical difference between the parameters recorded by CDFI and by telerecording (X^2 = 0.250, 0.677, P 〉 0.05). LS was successfully performed following the anatomic information provided by preoperative CDFI.CONCLUSION: Different anatomic frameworks of spleen vessels can be provided by preoperative CDFI, which instructs micro-invasive operation of spleen and increase the safety of operation. 展开更多

Currents and Electric Fields Induced in Anatomically Realistic Human Models by Extremely Low Frequency Electric Fields

There is increasing public concern about biological interactions with and the potential health effects of low frequency electric and magnetic fields. Recently, the ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) has published new exposure guidelines with regard to these fields. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the calculation of the currents and electric fields induced in the human body by external electric fields at 60 Hz, using numerical human models of anatomically-realistic human bodies, and to compare those results with the basic restrictions proposed by the new guidelines. As a result, in the case that a human is exposed to an electric field of 1 kV/m at 60 Hz the short-circuit current of 18 μA flows though the ankles. Furthermore, the electric field of 40 mV/m in the nervous tissue of the adult model is induced by exposure to external electric fields at the reference level, which is enough smaller than the basic restrictions established in the ICNIRP guidelines for occupational exposure. 展开更多
