“休闲农业与乡村旅游”课程思政建设探索与实践

专业课程是高校人才培养的核心阵地,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。文章以“休闲农业与乡村旅游”课程为例,从优化设计课程教学目标、科学合理安排教学内容、综合运用多种教学手段、构建科学有效评价考核机制4个方面进行了课程思政建设探索与实践,总结具体做法和教学思考,并将专业课程教学与思想政治教育有机融合,达到了课程思政建设的预期目标。

发展休闲农业拓展环境友好型农业

Plan and Practice of Ecological and Leisure Agricultural Demonstration Park ——A case of Xiangtian Village in Jin'an County

With Xiangtian Village, Jin＇an County as an example, development objec- tive and functional orientation of ecological and leisure agricultural demonstration park were described in detail, based on which a characteristic and promising plan of the park was proposed.

Research on Development of Leisure Agriculture in Beijing Suburb

Leisure agriculture in Beijing suburb enjoys a promising prospect with wide customer sources and policy supports. The research performed analysis on man- agement status and employees of leisure agriculture-oriented industrial parks in Daxing District by questionnaire survey in order to seek development strategies and promote transformation and updating of leisure agriculture in Daxing District. The re- sults showed that there are some problems in leisure agricultural parks in terms of software or hardware and some suggestions are proposed, including environment updating, product updating, brand updating, industry structure updating, scale updat- ing, organization updating, and talent updating, in order to promote social brand and improve economic profits of leisure agriculture in Daxing District.

Tropical Leisure Agro-tourism in the Context of Constructing International Tourism Island in Hainan

The construction of Hainan International Tourism Island creates a promising prospect for the development of its tropical leisure agro-tourism, and the latter will contribute a lot to the former in the fields of economy, ecology and culture. The present situation and development prospects of tropical leisure agro-tourism in the context of constructing International Tourism Island in Hainan are introduced in this study, SWOT analysis of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan is conducted, causes of imperfect tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island are elaborated such as insufficient understanding and investment, fragile infrastructure and lack of overall tourism planning despite its abundant tropical agricultural resources, marine resources, forest resources and ecological resources as well as convenient transportation. Combining with the opportunities and challenges in developing tourism industry, targeted strategies are proposed for promoting the tropical leisure agro-tourism, that is, enhancing understanding about leisure agro-tourism; determining the target and orientation of tourism planning through basic classification, properly defining functional divisions and spatial layout; improving relevant laws and regulations about tourism industry; attaching more importance in attracting alien investment; fully developing the tropical, marine, green and ecological features of tropical leisure agro-tourism in Hainan Island; cultivating resources, scenic spots and products of different types respectively in tourism development, especially culturing typical products; protecting ecological environment, implementing sustainable development of tourism industry; making innovations in marketing, accurately subdividing tourism market.

The Design of Modern Tropical and Recreational Agricultural Concept Park Based on Google Sketchup

Based on the requirements that Hainan has unique natural conditions and humanistic environment, using Google Sketchup as the development tool, a conceptual park of modern tropical recreational agriculture was preliminarily designed. The development mode of featured and recreational agriculture in Hainan was discussed, in order to search for a better and more humanistic development mode of recreational agriculture in Hainan.

Development of Leisure Agriculture in Hainan

Through in-depth analysis, this paper proposed development planning of leisure agriculture in Hainan. The layout included orderly development and overal planning, connection of three expressways and middle area for recreation and the rest for sightseeing; the site selection should develop depending on central cities, relying on major projects and famous mountains or landscapes; the connotation in-volved exploitation of farming culture, presenting national customs of indigenous people, highlights given to island and coasts and emphasizing tropic agriculture. What＇s more, the suggestions were proposed to advance leisure agriculture of Hainan, including to formulate scientific planning to lead leisure agriculture develop-ment, to give policy supports and enterprise management, to improve promotion and broadening market and to enhance education and improve industry quality. On basis of lots of data and examples, the research enriched the content of leisure agricul-ture in Hainan, which is conductive to development of Hainan leisure agriculture, and of significance for construction of leisure agriculture sites and supports of the agriculture by government.

Bottleneck of Modern Agricultural Development and Countermeasures in Qinzhou in the Context of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

The situation of agriculture in Qinzhou was introduced firstly.And then,the bottleneck of the development of modern agriculture in Qinzhou was pointed out,which including considerable effects of natural disasters,insufficient agricultural investment,backward infrastructure,inadequate agricultural ST innovation and promotion,low industrialization,incomplete agricultural chain,poor capacity in resisting market risks,and lagged manpower resources in rural areas.Finally,the countermeasures were proposed for development of Qinzhou＇s modern agriculture,including defining the characteristics of agricultural products,formulating scientific agricultural planning,strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation,training and on-site guidance,cultivation and brand strategy of agricultural leading enterprises,establishing agricultural disaster prevention mechanism and vigorously developing ecological agriculture tourism.

The Development and Communicative Strategy of Recreational Farm Industry （RFI）： A Case Analysis of Taiwan

Farm tourism with recreational farm industry （RFI） is often considered as an economic alternative for farmers who are facing decreasing profits and might require another form of revenue. Compared with other industries, the most obvious advantage and benefit of RFI are not only economic incentives but environmental sustainability. Due to the increase in governmental income and global economic recession, RFI became an important way to broaden profit base for many governments. Recently, the successful RFI development in Taiwan is well-known. This research discussed the situation and main advantages of RFI, and mainly reviews RFI development/communicative strategies in Taiwan as a case study. This research finds the key success factors are： building the single window service scheme, development of creative value, build up the marketing routes of leisure industries scheme, improve the quality and service of recreational farming products scheme, and putting into series advertisement.

Study on Status Problems and Development Strategies of Leisure Farm in Shandong Province

Shandong Province has its own advantage in leisure farm development aspect. But in development, it still exists the phenomenon of single product, insufficient development depth, lacking of unified planning of leisure farm, professional talent shortage and leisure farm development not obtaining local cognition. The development of Shandong Province family farm should increase the support of the government guidance, strengthen scientific planning and design, innovate Shandong leisure farm brand image and implement leisure farm talent development strategy, in order to promote the healthy development of Shandong Province leisure farm.
