从中国联通混合所有制改革看国资管理模式的转变

文章通过分析当前国企改革的发展历程,梳理了传统国资委模式和汇金模式的背景、特征、以及模式中存在优势和劣势,继而以联通的混合所有制改革为例,深入分析和探讨了当前混合所有制改革中所面临的问题与挑战。由此,提出了未来国资管理的模式可能会走向多家国资股权共同管理的国有企业改革方向。

学校内部管理体制的变革及其哲学思考

改革学校教学工作,坚持科学管理育人,这是“解放思想,实事求是”的思想路线和“创立社会主义市场经济体制”的实践对学校的客观要求。发挥年段优势,提高整体效应,改“教研组办公制”为“年段组办公制”,这是自1985年以来我校所探求的一个课题。我们正在完善和发展这项改革经验。 一、缘自“传统模式”理性的判断与推想。 “不利”的判断:教研组办公制是传统模式,它的最大缺陷是不利于年段、班主任、科任老师共同开展教学和教育工作;不利于迅速反映和处理学生中的存在问题;不利于及时商量和解决教师里的可行性建议;不利于通知和落实学校布署的具体任务。 “有利”的推想:以“年段组办公制”代替“教研组办公制”,有利于加强教师对学生的直接管理和全面负责;有利于年段教师协同合作、提高学生的思想觉悟和学习成绩;有利于促进各学科教师之间的知识渗透和情感交流;有利于学校领导的工作安排和检查落实。

UWB channel modeling for indoor line-of-sight environment

SV/IEEE 802.15.3a model has been the standard model for Ultra-wide bandwidth (UWB) indoor non-line-of-sight (NLOS) wireless propagation,but for line-of-sight (LOS) case,it is not well defined. In this paper,a new statistical distribution model exclusively used for LOS environment is proposed based on investigation of the experimental data. By reducing the number of the visible random arriving clusters,the model itself and the parameters estimating of the corresponding model are simplified in comparison with SV/IEEE 802.15.3a model. The simulation result indicates that the proposed model is more accurate in modeling small-scale LOS environment than SV/IEEE 802.15.3a model when considering cumulative distribution functions (CDFs) for the three key channel impulse response (CIR) statistics.

Artificial intelligence meets traditional Chinese medicine: a bridge to opening the magic box of sphygmopalpation for pulse pattern recognition

Artificial intelligence(AI) aims to mimic human cognitive functions and execute intellectual activities like that performed by humans dealing with an uncertain environment. The rapid development of AI technology provides powerful tools to analyze massive amounts of data, facilitating physicians to make better clinical decisions or even replace human judgment in healthcare.Advanced AI technology also creates novel opportunities for exploring the scientific basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and developing the standardization and digitization of TCM pulse diagnostic methodology. In the present study, we review and discuss the potential application of AI technology in TCM pulse diagnosis. The major contents include the following aspects:(1) a brief introduction of the general concepts and knowledge of TCM pulse diagnosis or palpation,(2) landmark developments in AI technology and the applications of common AI deep learning algorithms in medical practice,(3) the current progress of AI technology in TCM pulse diagnosis,(4) challenges and perspectives of AI technology in TCM pulse diagnosis. In conclusion, the pairing of TCM with modern AI technology will bring novel insights into understanding the scientific principles underlying TCM pulse diagnosis and creating opportunities for the development of AI deep learning technology for the standardization and digitalization of TCM pulse diagnosis.

Droplet transition for plasma-MIG welding on aluminium alloys

The synchronous acquisition system of droplet image inspection and arc electric signals were established and the droplet transition characteristics of aluminum alloys were researched in the plasma-MIG welding process.Typical droplet transition modes include globular transfer mode,short circuiting transfer mode,metastable spray transfer mode and projected transfer mode.The result indicates that MIG droplet transfer frequency and droplet transfer modes are changed by introducing the plasma arc in the plasma-MIG welding process compared with the MIG welding on the aluminum alloys,which broadens the range of welding parameters when the stable welding process proceeds.The metastable spray transfer and projected transfer mode are proved to be the most optimal modes by comparing the stability of electronic signal,droplet transition,weld appearance and weld penetration.

Research on Asynchronous Transfer of DTV Video Signal

Digital TV (DTV) video signal transmission over ATM network is emphasized on.Some important problems are introduced about TV video signals asynchronous transfer to network application client, and the idea of video transfer design is discussed. The contents mainly include the DTV video streams asynchronous transfer topology, compressed coding adopted ATM network, asynchronous transfer efficiency and some problems of DTV video transmission in ATM network .

The application of situational teaching method based on the Chinese linguistic literature

The teaching properties and the teaching modes of the Chinese linguistic literature compared with the other courses have certain particularity, and in the course teaching, we should give full play to the subjectivity of the students, but also play the practicability of the course teaching through the construction of students＇ knowledge slructures and the shape of their ideology. The author thinks that contemporary Chinese language and literature teaching should break the limitation of the traditional teaching mode, and we should guide the students to play the subjective consciousness and the consciousness of the emotional experience of the course learning in the cross-national literature and artistic context with various forms and rich contents, and help the students easily and autonomously integrated into the Chinese language and literature teaching.

Adsorption Rate Models for Multicomponent Adsorption Systems

Three adsorption rate rnodels are derived for multicomponent adsorption systems under either pore diffusion or surface diffusion control. The linear driving force (LDF) model is obtained by assuming a parabolic intraparticle concentration profile. Models Ⅰ and Ⅱ are obtained from the parabolic concentration layer approximation. Examples are presented to demonstrate the usage and accuracy of these models. It is shown that Model Ⅰ is suitable for batch adsorption calculations and Model Ⅱ provides a good approximation in fixed-bed adsorption pro-cesses while the LDF model should not be used in batch adsorption and may be considered acceptable in fixed-bed adsorption where the parameter Ti is relatively large.

＂Half-a-Day＂ Syndrome： A Mode of Internalization of Vocational and Technical Education by the Youths in the 20th Century Nigeria

This research focused on ＂half-a-day＂ as a mode of internalizing vocational and technical education by the youths in Nigeria. It traced the origin of ＂half-a-day＂ linking it with the ingenuity of the youths to make the formal education that they have acquired operational. It also discussed the traditional education with its apprenticeship system as being modified through the ＂half-a-day＂ syndrome. The study is historical and descriptive therefore, social survey method was employed using unscheduled interview and consulting relevant literature. It was discovered that, apart from the failure of the educational system due to lack of proper infrastructure, the youths, especially those from the lower class, have reasoned that the salaries from the white-collar jobs may not be enough to sustain them. It is, therefore, recommended, among others, that： Government can institutionalise the ＂half-a-day＂ as a form of summer school and certify both the centres of learning and learners.

A Sri Lankan Development Communication Model： Use of Traditional Forms of Communication

This paper explores the potentials of traditional forms of communication in rural development communication. Experimenting a local development communication model that can be used at the grass-root level communication at the community development programs in Sri Lanka is the research objective. This study is a participatory research. Live participatory observation, impact analysis using a questionnaire and direct interview tools were used to analyze the impact of the creative model. This research study was experimented at Rasnayakapura divisional secretariat, Sri Lanka from 2004 to 2005. Results suggest that the traditional forms of communication can be utilized as a useful instrument in the rural community programs more than the dominant use of mass media and conventional use of small group communication. Forms of traditional communication are rich in communication because of their closeness to rural life, credibility, Utilization of familiar signs ＆ symbols, Participation of the same community, collective presentation, Utilization of past experiences, plot and the stories from their own life and psychological understanding （attraction, attention, rationality）. Communicating a message through entertainment was the practice of this model. Finally impact analysis confirmed the success of the model.

Heat resistance and water protection effectiveness for large single-pane fireproof glass

The effects and heat transfer mode of water film and sprinkler system on the heat-resistant property associated with the insulation of a fireproof glass were investigated. In the experiments, fireproof glass with a size of 3 300 mm （height）×2 200 mm （width） ×12 mm （thickness） was exposed to an oil pool fire with a power of approximately 1.4 MW. The experimental results show that the application of the water film or sprinkler system on the glass can effectively resist the intensive heat from the fire in the test due to the absorption of latent heat. The permitted period of integrity and insulation with a water film and a sprinkler system could be extended to 60 min. It should be noted that the temperature of the glass surface Can be kept under 60℃in a 60 min test. The experimental results suggest that it is feasible to substitute fireproof glass with water film for a fireproof door as long as the water film or sprinkler system can work stably and water can cover the whole surface of the frreproof glass.

The Lack of Afterlife and Its Effects on Chinese Economic Behavior

It is widely recognized that each culture has a specific effect on the economic development. Based on Chinese culture which can be characterized as lack of afterlife, the pattern of Chinese economic development has distinctive features relative to the economy of the Western world, even to that of Japan and Korea. This paper argues that culture influences economic development through two paths： One is that some cultural factors, as certain institutions, have effects on cost, especially transaction costs. Another point is that culture forms people＇s preferences and influences people＇s choices. With the influences of Chinese culture, Chinese have a weak sense for legal obedience and strong inclination for ＂free riding＂, this would increase social transaction costs. The family centered tradition of Chinese society results in Chinese features such as being good at individual struggles but poor at cooperation, the alienation between civil society and government, a strong sense for competition and a weak sense for legal obedience, seeing material wealth as important and neglecting scientific innovation. Translation of Chinese Opera Proverbs From the Perspective of Intertexuality Theory

Due to China＇s ever-expanding opening-up, sustained rapid economic growth, and its rising international status, the sharp rise in demand of national consciousness has outstripped the original operation model. Chinese renaissance can not only be understood as a catalyst for globalization, but it does also enlarge the global village by opening new economic, political, diplomatic, intellectual, and artistic horizons. Our government pays more attention to publicize and preserve traditional culture. Therefore, it becomes an urgent task about how to do research and mining, preserve fine traditional Chinese culture, and enhance the international cultural communication. Rhymed opera proverb as an important part of Chinese opera culture mirrors the ideology and culture in China. The opera proverb is responsible for both inheriting the tradition and developing the ancient art. The biggest challenge is translation which is carrier of culture. Through good translation, we will gain a better understanding of the quintessence of our tradition and of the living embodiment of China and Chinese culture. This paper is intended to study opera proverb translation from the viewpoint of ＂intertextuality＂. The author believes that translation is a type of transforming activity intertextualized with language, text, and culture. Intertextuality theory is applied to investigate the process of translation. Intertextuality will be of great help to the translation of opera proverbs, which means not only to explore and transfer the literal meaning of the source text, but also to interpret and expound the cultural meaning. Only if a translation is reliable and makes sense of traditional culture can our culture be known and appreciated by the world.
