“体育超市”模式对大学生三项心理指标影响的对比研究

采用文献资料法、心理测量法、数理统计法等多种研究方法,对当代大学生三项心理健康指标(智力、创造力和人格)进行了对比研究,旨在初步阐明参与、未参与"体育超市"模式选课对当代大学生心理活动及心理健康的影响。研究结果表明,"体育超市"模式选课对当代大学生的智力、创造力没有明显影响,而对人格等心理健康指标有显著性影响。"体育超市"模式在大学生体育选课中全面开展是一种科学的、必然的选择。

“体育超市”——体育课程改革信息化的选择

改革开放以来,我国的体育教育信息化水平不断提高,传统课程模式与信息技术的结合日趋紧密,我国先后颁布了《关于开展国家教育体制改革试点的通知》《教育信息化2.0行动计划》《〈体育与健康〉教学改革指导纲要(试行)》,现代体育课程体系的改革取得了阶段性的进步,“体育超市”式选课模式也逐步成为课程改革信息化的应然选择,本课题通过查阅文献、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对现有的体育课程模式进行分析整理,结合高校现有的体育课程选课模式,将传统课程管理中的选课、教学模式设计成为“超市”式的全新模式,该模式能使“实然”的传统体育课程模式更快的向“应然”的信息化模式发展,同时更为有效激发学生参与体育运动的兴趣,拓宽学生体育课程选择空间,合理分配教学资源,对学生身心健康发展和教学质量的提升有明显的促进作用。

The necessary humanistic embodiment in the philosophy, theory and mode of College English teaching

Operationalizing physical literacy through sport education

Physical literacy （PL）, as embodied within physical education （PE）, has been vaunted as having increasing importance as a disposition for students of all abilities to establish lifelong adherence to physical activity. The purpose of this paper was to provide a discussion of how the pedagogical features of a contemporary pedagogical model, Sport Education （SE）, may be used to operationalize PL in PE and what empirical evidence currently exists to validate this claim. Substantial empirical evidence exists that the attributes associated with the development of PL （Whitehead, 2010） can be operationalized in PE with the effective implementation of the model. SE has distinct pedagogical features which positively contribute to many of the dimensions of PL and can further an individuals＇ journey towards greater PL and having an embodied self within PE. That stated, there remains concern that the context for this embodiment remains too narrow to be viewed as a panacea for the development of lifelong physical activity. SE must be developed as a connective specialism if these PL attributes are to transform the motivation and confidence for individuals to capitalize on their innate physical potential and make a more significant contribution to the quality of life.

In this research paper, we conduct research on the flexible yoga training mode based on Yin and Yang theory of dialectical thinking pattern. Yoga become modem young people are increasingly keen on sports exercise program, at the same time, as more ferocious originated in India yoga culture, even beyond the native of the popularity of the tai chi culture in China, in view of this kind of social cultural phenomenon, the author think it is necessary to carry out the two of fitness culture contrast research, to more deep understanding from angle of culturology of tai chi chuan and the Indian yoga in development in our country, as well as the similarities and differences of inheritance, development and research of its better to provide theoretical reference. We discuss the combination of the cutures and propose the flexible yoga training mode which is innovative.

Analysis on the Teaching Model of Physical Education in Colleges based on Interactive Teaching Method and Participatory Teaching Method

In this paper, we conduct research on the teaching model of physical education in colleges based on interactive teaching method and participatory teaching method. Campus sports culture is a combination of basic social culture and sports culture in the campus group products, with cultural characteristics. System science is to provide the comprehensive approach for us, whether it is system engineering or operations research, whether the system analysis and network planning, the system provides the scientific research methods are first in the whole system of standing height above, students through the independent thinking, listening carefully, hands-on operation, active speech and other explicit behavior, and while constantly internalized teaching content and enrich their knowledge structure. Under this basis, this paper proposes the new idea of the teaching model of the physical education in colleges based on interactive teaching method and participatory teaching. Situational Sports Teaching Model and Its Application

Research on the current situations and countermeasures of the swimming elective course in colleges and universities in Chengdu

In college physical education, swimming elective course is one of the important contents of college physical education. By analyzing the current situation of the college swimming elective course in Chengdu city, the author of this article found that the characteristics of the elective courses of the college students are that the elective courses are diversified, showing the non competitive characteristics. And the author analyzes the characteristics of the swimming elective course, how to better combine with the implementation, and further discusses how to further carry on the reform of the PE teaching, and construct the elective course of the type of the sports club teaching mode. Using the questionnaire survey, the mathematical statistics and other methods, the author analyzes and researches on the status of the teaching of the swimming elective course in 7 universities in Chengdu. The results show that in the current teaching of the swimming elective course, there are some problems existing in the setting of the teaching goals and the curriculum contents, the present situation of the teams of teachers, the guarantee of the teaching materials and the teaching evaluation and other aspects. Aiming at these problems, the author puts forward the reasonable suggestions and the countermeasures, to make the teaching of the swimming elective course more perfect, and also to provide referential significance for the teaching reform of the swimming elective course in the colleges and universities in Chengdu.
