Iterative Learning Control With Incomplete Information： A Survey

Abstract--This paper conducts a survey on iterative learn- ing control （ILC） with incomplete information and associated control system design, which is a frontier of the ILC field. The incomplete information, including passive and active types, can cause data loss or fragment due to various factors. Passive incomplete information refers to incomplete data and information caused by practical system limitations during data collection, storage, transmission, and processing, such as data dropouts, delays, disordering, and limited transmission bandwidth. Active incomplete information refers to incomplete data and information caused by man-made reduction of data quantity and quality on the premise that the given objective is satisfied, such as sampling and quantization. This survey emphasizes two aspects： the first one is how to guarantee good learning performance and tracking performance with passive incomplete data, and the second is how to balance the control performance index and data demand by active means. The promising research directions along this topic are also addressed, where data robustness is highly emphasized. This survey is expected to improve understanding of the restrictive relationship and trade-off between incomplete data and tracking performance, quantitatively, and promote further developments of ILC theory. A Heterogeneous Information Fusion Deep Reinforcement Learning for Intelligent Frequency Selection of HF Communication

The high-frequency(HF) communication is one of essential communication methods for military and emergency application. However, the selection of communication frequency channel is always a difficult problem as the crowded spectrum, the time-varying channels, and the malicious intelligent jamming. The existing frequency hopping, automatic link establishment and some new anti-jamming technologies can not completely solve the above problems. In this article, we adopt deep reinforcement learning to solve this intractable challenge. First, the combination of the spectrum state and the channel gain state is defined as the complex environmental state, and the Markov characteristic of defined state is analyzed and proved. Then, considering that the spectrum state and channel gain state are heterogeneous information, a new deep Q network(DQN) framework is designed, which contains multiple sub-networks to process different kinds of information. Finally, aiming to improve the learning speed and efficiency, the optimization targets of corresponding sub-networks are reasonably designed, and a heterogeneous information fusion deep reinforcement learning(HIF-DRL) algorithm is designed for the specific frequency selection. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm performs well in channel prediction, jamming avoidance and frequency channel selection.

The study of the influence of network resources on English Teaching under the background of informatization

As an international language, English plays an extremely important role, and it has become the lingua franca of the world. For a long time, inefficiency exists in teaching or learning. This not only illustrates the importance of English teaching but also shows its difficult nature, the main reason is our bad English language teaching environment, there is a lack of communication in English language environment, however, the network information and the development of modern multimedia technology has greatly improve the English teaching environment. How to use the Internet information and multimedia technologies to create English learning environment, to optimize English teaching methods and to improve the quality of English teaching.

Researches on the teaching based on the applied linguistics
