[Method] The recombinant inbred line population F 2 derived from the cross of shen 137/02-50 was used to do the simple sequence repeats (SSRs) and QTL analysis. [Result] The 2 parents showed good polymorphisms. Three loci were detected on chromosome 1, chromosome 6 and chromosome 9, accounting for 41.2% of total phenotypic. [Conclusion] This study provided theoretical basis for using molecular marker to assist the breeding of storage durable maize varieties. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim of this study was to explore the effects of storage temperature on pasting properties of brown rice.[Method] Rapid viscosity analyzer was used to determine the viscosity of brown rice under different storage temperatures(30,25,20 and 15 ℃).[Result] The peak viscosity value increased with storage time prolonging.The higher the storage temperature was,the more rapidly the increasing of peak viscosity value;different storage temperatures and storage time showed significant effects on peak viscosity value of brown rice;the difference on peak viscosity value of brown rice under different storage temperatures was significant.The hot viscosity value of brown rice stored under 30 and 25 ℃ gradually increased with the storage time prolonging;and storage time and storage temperature showed significant effects on hot viscosity value;there was extremely significant difference on hot viscosity value of brown rice under 30,25 and 20,15 ℃.The breakdown value showed a first increasing and then decreasing trend with the storage time prolonging;storage temperature and storage time had extremely significant effect on the breakdown value of brown rice;the breakdown value of brown rice among each storage temperature was extremely significant.The final viscosity of brown rice increased with storage time prolonging.The higher the temperature was,the higher the increasing rate of final viscosity;storage time and temperature showed extremely significant effect on the final viscosity of brown rice;the difference on final viscosity among different storage temperature treatments was extremely significant.The changes on setback value of brown rice under different storage temperature treatments were different with the storage time prolonging;and the storage temperature showed extremely significant effect on the setback value of brown rice.[Conclusion] The study had provided theoretical basis for the storage of brown rice. 展开更多

The development of unconventional resources, such as shale gas and tight sane gas, requires the integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge to resolve many engineering problems in order to achieve economic production levels. The reservoir heterogeneit3 revealed by different data sets, such as 3D seismic and microseismic data, can more full3 reflect the reservoir properties and is helpful to optimize the drilling and completioT programs. First, we predict the local stress direction and open or close status of the natura fractures in tight sand reservoirs based on seismic curvature, an attribute that reveals reservoi heterogeneity and geomechanical properties. Meanwhile, the reservoir fracture network is predicted using an ant-tracking cube and the potential fracture barriers which can affec hydraulic fracture propagation are predicted by integrating the seismic curvature attribute anc ant-tracking cube. Second, we use this information, derived from 3D seismic data, to assis in designing the fracture program and adjusting stimulation parameters. Finally, we interpre the reason why sand plugs will occur during the stimulation process by the integration of 3E seismic interpretation and microseismic imaging results, which further explain the hydraulic fracure propagation controlling factors and open or closed state of natural fractures in tigh sand reservoirs. 展开更多

In this paper, the current situation and development of grain storage technology and facility for Chinese farmers were presented. And a series of policy and research work for reducing the losses of farms' grain storage was introduced. The large scale farmers are now developing quickly in China, the new storage warehouse and mechanized facility should be developed adaptively. It is well-known that barriers have a significant impact on the production performance of horizontal wells developed in a bottom water drive reservoir. In most cases, reservoir barriers are semi-permeable. Based on previous research on impermeable reservoir barrier, a mathematical flow model was derived for a horizontal well of a bottom water drive reservoir with a semi-permeable barrier. Besides, analytical equations were also presented to calculate critical parameters, such as production rate,pressure and potential difference. The effects of barrier, well and reservoir parameters on our model results were further investigated.The results show that the larger the barrier size is or the higher the barrier location is, the higher the critical production rate and potential difference of a horizontal well are. When the barrier permeability equals the formation permeability or the barrier width equals zero, the critical production rates converge to the values same to that of the case with no barrier. When the barrier permeability equals zero, the problem is regarded as a case of impermeable barrier. This model can be applied to predicting horizontal wells' critical production parameters in reservoirs with semi-permeable barriers. 展开更多

[Method] A kind of compound beverage was prepared with winter jujube and peanut meal, and its antioxidative activity was detected and its best storage conditions were determined. [ Result] The capacity of the compound beverage stored for 20 d to scavenge · OH, DPPH · and nitroso was the highest at freeze conditions, then followed by the refrigeration conditions, room temperature storage and sunlight. The total reducing capacity of the products was the highest under freezing conditions while the lowest under sunlight when some active components were destroyed. [ Conclusion] It is the best to store the compound beverage of winter jujube and peanut meal at freeze conditions and better at the refrigeration conditions. Nitrogen-controlled atmosphere has been internationally recognized as a green grain storage technology.This study used Jiangsu ordinary late japonica rice as the test material and investigated the effects of different nitrogen concentrations(88%,93%,and 98%)and different storage temperatures(10,20,and 30℃)on the rice quality indexes during nitrogen-controlled atmosphere storage.The results showed that the water content of rice in different nitrogen-controlled atmosphere groups fluctuated between 12.85%~13.15%at 20℃,which was significantly lower than that in the control group.High-concentration nitrogen-controlled atmosphere treatment(93%and 98%)effectively slowed down the fatty acid value,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and electrical conductivity of rice,and also significantly inhibited the rapid increase in the final viscosity and water absorption of rice starch,while the changes in the peak viscosity and attenuation value of rice were not significantly different from those of the control group.Meanwhile,the impacts of controlled atmosphere storage with 98%nitrogen concentration on the water content,fatty acid value,MDA content,electrical conductivity,gelatinization characteristics,and water absorption of rice at 10,20,and 30℃were studied.It was found that all quality parameters,except the MDA content,changed most gently at 10℃.In conclusion,the combined treatment of nitrogen-controlled atmosphere storage(98%)and low temperature(10℃)can effectively delay the quality deterioration of ordinary late japonica rice. 展开更多

The proposed algorithm uses binary codes and pixels inside an image. The zipped file is used before it is converted to binary codes to maximize the storage of data inside the image. By applying the proposed algorithm, a system called Steganography Imaging System (gig) is developed. The system is then tested to see the viability of the proposed algorithm. Various sizes of data are stored inside the images and the Peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) is also captured for each of the images tested. Based on the PSNR value of each images, the stego image has a higher PSNR value. Hence this new steganography algorithm is very efficient to hide the data inside the image. 展开更多

Banyuwangi is one of the citrus centers in East Java, Indonesia with an estimated 27.7 million metric tons produced with growth in 12.804 hectares. The quality of the citrus will be decreased when the retention of storage is too long because of the physiological changes postharvest. The object of the research is to determine the relevancy of shelf life and quality of the citrus. The research was conducted at Laboratory of Mechanization and postharvest in AIAT East Java and the citrus was obtained in Banyuwangi. This experiment used randomized block design as the method, which the factors are temperature of storage (room temperature 27 ~C and cold temperature 15 ~C) and storage time (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 days) with five replication. The physical parameters in this research are weight, texture, flesh color and skin and the chemical parameters include sugar and acid content. The result of the chemical analysis showed that storage temperature had significant effect on sugar content, but did not have significant effect of acid contents. The storage life time have correlation with sugar and acid contents. Citrus that are storage in refrigerator produce a higher sugar content (14, 20 ~brix), but the acid contents are same. The longer that citrus is stored the highest the sugar content. The highest acid content in citrus is storage for 10 days (0, 30%). The physical analysis showed that storage temperature affects the weight of citrus, but does not affect the texture and color citrus skin. The result showed that citrus which stored in refrigerator is higher than the others. Storage 20 days at room temperature and storage lifetime has no effect on fruit flesh color. The brightness of the surface (L) that is storage 20 days in room temperature has a same value with citrus that is storage in refrigerator. 展开更多

Based on the impact of the stress perturbation effect created by simultaneous propagation of multiple fractures in the process of simultaneous hydraulic fracturing, a thorough research on the mechanism and adaptation of simultaneous fracturing of double horizontal wells in ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs was conducted by taking two adjacent horizontal wells(well Yangping-1 and well Yangping-2 located in Longdong area of China Changqing Oilfield) as field test wells. And simultaneous fracturing optimal design of two adjacent horizontal wells was finished and employed in field test. Micro-seismic monitoring analysis of fracture propagation during the stimulation treatment shows that hydraulic fractures present a pattern of complicated network expansion, and the well test data after fracturing show that the daily production of well Yangping-1 and well Yangping-2 reach105.8 t/d and 87.6 t/d, which are approximately 9.4 times and 7.8 times the daily production of a fractured vertical well in the same area, respectively. Field test reflects that simultaneous hydraulic fracturing of two adjacent horizontal wells can enlarge the expansion area of hydraulic fractures to obtain a lager drainage area and realize the full stimulation of ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs in China Changqing oilfield. Therefore, simultaneous fracturing of two adjacent horizontal wells provides a good opportunity in stimulation techniques for the efficient development of ultra-low permeability reservoirs in China Changqing oilfield,and it has great popularization value and can provide a new avenue for the application of stimulation techniques in ultra-low permeability reservoirs in China. 展开更多

The sequence of the densification and hydrocarbon charging of the Xu2 reservoir in the Anyue–Hechuan area of Central Sichuan Basin is discussed.The diagenetic sequence is considered a time line to determine the historical relationship between the densification process and the hydrocarbon charging of the Xu2 reservoir in the study area:Early diagenetic stage B(the first stage of hydrocarbon charging,which was about 200–160 Ma ago,with a porosity of about 20%,consolidated and not tight)→middle diagenetic stage A(the second stage of hydrocarbon charging,which was about 140–120 Ma ago,with a porosity of 10%–20%and relatively tight)→middle diagenetic stage B(the third stage of hydrocarbon charging,which was about 20–5 Ma ago,with a porosity of 6%–10%and tight;However,fractures have developed).The study results prove that large-scale hydrocarbon charging and accumulation completed before the densification of the Xu2 reservoir,showing that the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Fm unconventional tight reservoir in the Sichuan Basin is prospective for exploration. 展开更多

Cold break tomato paste was processed at 104 ℃ or 112℃, aseptically filled into 5 liter bags, and stored at 21 ℃ and 33 ℃. Level of Browning Index, Furosine, and HMF was monitored in the aseptic cold break tomato paste during the storage time. Browning Index, Furosine, and HMF significantly increased in the aseptic cold break tomato paste during storage at 33℃, and there was linear correlation between Browning Index and Furosine (or HMF). At the lower storage temperature of 21℃, no significant increases were observed. Effects of the process temperature on Browning Index, Furosine, and HMF of aseptic cold break tomato paste were less significant than the storage temperature. 展开更多

Distributive characteristics of reservoirs and exploration potential associated with intrusive rocks of Yingcheng Formation in Yingtai rift depression, NE China

Petroleum geologists have paid great attentions to the volcanic reservoirs of Songliao Basin in NE Chi- na. There are plenty of subvolcanic rocks in the Songliao Basin accompanying the Early Cretaceous Yingeheng Formation. The logging data show the good reservoir potential of these intrusive rocks but the distribution char- acteristics and formation mechanisms of these reservoirs are not clearly understood. Based on the previous stud- ies by using coring, cuts and logging data of Yingtai rift depression, the reservoirs' characteristics of intrusive rocks are presented. There are two types of intrusive rocks namely the syenodiorite-porphyrite and diabase which occur as laccolith and/or sill, both having the characteristics of low gamma and high density with little primary porosity and permeability. The prevalent reservoir porosity is the secondary porosity, such as spongy/cavernous pore, tectonic fracture. The laboratory data of porosity of diabase can reach 6.7%, but the permeability is less than 0.6 x 10-3μm2, median pressure is high, indicating that the pore throat of this kind reservoir is small. The maximum logging porosity is about 12%. The change of porosity does not correlate to the buried depth. It is the major significant differences in the distributive characteristics compared to the normal sedimentary rock reservoirs. Most of intrusive rocks underwent alteration diagenesis whilst some were subjected to precipitation diagenesis. The spongy and cavernous pore can be formed during the alteration processes of plagioclase to illite and pyroxene to chlorite. The secondary porosity is greatly correlated with the alteration intensity of matrix, pla- gioclase and pyroxene. There are pyroxenes and more plagioclases in diabase, which cause the higher alteration intensity than the syenodiorite-porphyrites in the same acid fluid. So the porosity of diabase is higher than that of syenodiorite-porphyrites. The top or/and bottom part of intrusive rocks develop the higher porosity. Because those parts are easy to contact formation fluid, and the shrink fractures give the more surface for reaction be- tween fluid and rock. The porosity of intrusive rocks is same to the volcanic rocks in Yingtai rift depression and Xujiaweizi rift depression which bear the prolific gas. It suggests good reservoir potential. Intrusive rocks are hosted by the dark mudstone which indicates semi-deep and deep lake facies belt. 展开更多

Taking the Paleogene system developed along the east slope belt of Chengdao as an example the concepts of sequence stratigraphy and sedimentary sequenc are applied. A new research method likened to a way ''to get a melon by following the vine'' is proposed to determine the direction for exploring within un-drilled or less-drilled areas. This is the process: ''the characteristics of the sequence boundary ? the forming mechanism of the stratigraphic sequence ? the conditions of oil and gas accumulation ? the distribution zones of oil and gas''. The relationship between the dynamic mechanism of stratigraphic sequence and the forming conditions for oil and gas accumulation establishes that the tectonic disturbance of the slope belt has significant responses as denudation and deposition. Above the stratigraphic sequence boundary there are large scale sand bodies of the low stand system tract (LST) that have developed in the low swelling slope belt and its deep depression. Below the sequence boundary there are the remaining sand bodies of the high stand system tract (HST). On the slope there is a convergence of mudstone layers of the extended system tract (EST) with the mudstone of the underlying strata, which constitutes the screening conditions for the reservoir of the down slope and deep depression. The distribution regularities in preferred sand bodies on the surface of the sequence boundary, and in the system tract, indicate the ordering of oil-gas deposits. From the higher stand down to the depth of the slope there are, in order, areas where exploration was unfavorable, major areas of stratigraphic overlap of oil-gas reservoirs, unconformity screened oil-gas reservoirs, and, finally, sandstone lens oil-gas reservoirs. The low swelling slope belt of Chengdao was tectonically active, which is typical for a continental rift basin. The methodology and results of the present paper are significant for the theory and practice of predicting subtle reservoir and selecting strategic areas for exploration. 展开更多

Cereal grains are stored to preserve the product from storing to consuming without any quality loss. The choice of the most suitable and economical store has great importance on storage period of cereals under consideration of climate conditions, types of grain and transportation facility. The aim of present study was to give information about different cereal storage methods and discuss the most preferable technique for stock keepers. There are five main storage methods for the cereals, i.e., bulk storage, storage in underground pit, storage in bags, storage in sheds and storage in silos. Each has many advantages and disadvantages. Grains are usually preserved as bulk stack in horizontal stores. Nowadays, the storage underground is not preferred in cereal industry. For long-term storage period, cereals are unfavorable when stored as bulk in bags. Location, moisture content and sufficient ventilation are important factors for cereals stored in sheds. The most preferred storage technique in plants is to keep the products in silos. Steel and galvanized silos are the most common ones when compared with the others. In recent years, convention of storage techniques for grains has been advanced with the innovations, such as aeration, refrigerated storage, modified atmospheric storage and hermetic storage systems. 展开更多

In this article, we mainly analysis the soil carbon storage of the alpine grassland under different land uses in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The samples of this investigation include six experimental fields which are fenced mowing grassland, artificial grassland, winter and spring grazing meadowland, summer and autumn mild grazing land, summer and autumn moderate grazing pasture and summer and autumn severe grazing land and seven soil layers included 0 cm-5 cm, 5 cm-10 cm, 10 cm-20 cm, 20 cm-30 cm, 30 cm-50 cm, 50 cm-70 cm and 70 cm-100 cm. The results show that the soil carbon storage in different soil layers will gradually reduce and the difference was remarkable (P 〈 0.05). What is more, the soil carbon storage of alpine grassland under different land uses has following sequence: winter and spring grazing grassland 〉 summer and autumn mild grazing land 〉 artificial grassland 〉 summer and autumn moderate grazing meadowland 〉 summer and autumn severe grazing pasture 〉 fenced mowing meadow, and the significant difference between them is remarkable (P 〈 0.05). 展开更多

Common denominator and one of the goals in the "storage" of many, even different, commodities (agricultural, etc.) is their protection against invasion by biological pests; protection of objects of cultural heritage deposited in museums, galleries, archives and other institutions of a similar type is one of the specific case. The present article is an overview of basic (potential) biological pests of some "storage" commodities (with emphasis on the protection of objects of cultural heritage) as well as methods used for their detection. In the final section, a modular system of the ongoing assessment of the environmental characteristics of depositaries and exhibitions (including "biological") is briefly presented; its advantage is the possibility of on-line monitoring of the evaluated parameters (temperature, humidity, lighting, etc.) including the detection of presence of crawling and airborne insects. 展开更多
