It is shown that the periodicity and weakening surge is caused by the interaction between the self-excitation of the resonant circuit and transferred electron oscillation of the switch. This method resolves the problem of directly measuring the transient characteristics of PCSS in nonlinear mode. The curve of transient voltage shows that the average electric field of PCSS in the lock-on period is always higher than the Gunn threshold, and increases monotonically. By comparing the transient power curves of the PCSS and the electrical source,it is demonstrated directly that the power shortage leads to the PCSS from the lock-on state into the selfturnoff state,so a controllable turnoff of the PCSS in lock-on by changing the distribution of the circuit power is predicted.展开更多

A ferroelectric Sr0.7Ba0.3Nb2O6 (SBN‐70) semiconductor with a low ferro‐paraelectric phase transition (65℃) was studied. This paper reports a comparative study of non-resonant and resonant photoionization of D2 induced by VUV circularly polarized synchrotron radiation at SOLEIL at the level of the molecular frame photoelectron angular distributions (MFPADs). We use the vector correlation method which combines imaging and time-of-flight resolved electron-ion coincidence techniques, and a generalized formalism for the expression of the Ⅰ(χ, θe, Фe) MFPADs, where χ is the orientation of the molecular axis with respect to the light quantization axis and (θe, Фe) the electron emission direction in the molecular frame. Selected MFPADs for a molecule aligned parallel or perpendicular to linearly polarized light, or perpendicular to the propagation axis of circularly polarized light, are presented for dissociative photoionization (DPI) of D2 at two photon excitation energies, hv=19 eV, where direct PI is the only channel opened, and hv=32.5 eV, i.e. in the region involving resonant excitation of Q1 and Q2 doubly excited state series. We discuss in particular the properties of the circular dichroism characterizing photoemission in the molecular frame for direct and resonant PI. In the latter case, a remarkable behavior is observed which may be attributed to the interference occurring between undistinguishable autoionization decay channels.展开更多

The whole device structures are exposed in two steps. Holes constituting the photonic crystal lattice and defects are first exposed with a small exposure step size (less than 10nm). With the introduction of the additional proximity effect to compensate the original proximity effect, the shape, size, and position of the holes can be well controlled. The second step is the exposure of the access waveguides at a larger step size (about 30nm) to improve the scan speed of the EBL. The influence of write-field stitching error can be alleviated by replacing the original waveguides with tapered waveguides at the joint of adjacent write-fields. It is found experimentally that a higher exposure efficiency is achieved with a larger step size;however,a larger step size requires a higher dose.展开更多

The spectrum and fine spectrum at the surface of specimen are studied. Firstly, PTCDA molecules assemble at the defects to form lots of three-dimensional island-like PTCDA crystal nucleuses, and then by the action of delocalized big π bond, two adjacent layers of PTCDA molecules overlap to some extent and finally island-like structure forms. PTCDA molecules of benzene ring combine with Si atoms at the defects, and that of acid anhydride radicals combine with Si atoms at the perfect fraction of the surface. In the course of combination, although the structure of benzene ring doesn't change, the chemical reaction of acid anhydride radicals and Si occurs to break off C=O bond in acid anhydride, and then C-Si-O and silicon oxide might be produced.展开更多

The expressions of the optical forces concerned with the Kerr effect, which affects the refractive index of the medium, are presented. The distribution of the optical forces in the trapping region is simulated and discussed. The results show that the stability of the tweezers depends on the nonlinear coefficient of refractive index, and the optical tweezers could be broken down with a critical value of the nonlinear coefficient of refractive index of the surrounding medium, or with a critical value of the laser intensity, duration of laser pulse, and radius of beam waist. Moreover, these results give us the explanation the stability of the optical tweezers used for the trapped object as biological molecule embedded in the fluid, which is sensitive with Kerr effect.展开更多

文摘Using renewable energy to drive carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)electrochemically into chemicals with high energy density is an efficient way to achieve carbon neutrality, where the effective utilization of CO_(2) and the storage of renewable energy are realized. The reactivity and selectivity of CO_(2)RR depend on the structure and composition of the catalyst, applied potential, electrolyte, and pH of the solution.Besides, multiple electron and proton transfer steps are involved in CO_(2)RR,making the reaction pathways even more complicated. In pursuit of molecular-level insights into the CO_(2)RR processes,in situ vibrational methods including infrared,Raman and sum frequency generation spectroscopies have been deployed to monitor the dynamic evolution of catalyst structure,to identify reactive intermediates as well as to investigate the effect of local reaction environment on CO_(2)RR performance. This review summarizes key findings from recent electrochemical vibrational spectrosopic studies of CO_(2)RR in addressing the following issues:the CO_(2)RR mechanisms of different pathways, the role of surface-bound CO species, the compositional and structural effects of catalysts and electrolytes on CO_(2)RR activity and selectivity. Our perspectives on developing high sensitivity wide-frequency infrared spectroscopy, coupling different spectroelectrochemical methods and implementing operando vibrational spectroscopies to tackle the CO_(2)RR process in pilot reactors are offered at the end.
文摘Basing on the necessary condition for the trapping dielectric particle by the Gaussian beam, the Kerr effect in the tweezers with the nonlinear particle or the nonlinear medium is proposed to concern. Moreover, these results give us the explanation the stability of the optical tweezers used for the trapped object as biological molecule embedded in the fluid, which is sensitive with Kerr effect.
