目的观察五色六味方治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及可能作用机制。方法 78例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。对照组口服拉米夫定片,每次100mg,每日1次;治疗组在对照组基础上加服五色六味方颗粒剂,每日1剂,两组疗程均为48周... 目的观察五色六味方治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及可能作用机制。方法 78例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。对照组口服拉米夫定片,每次100mg,每日1次;治疗组在对照组基础上加服五色六味方颗粒剂,每日1剂,两组疗程均为48周。于治疗前及治疗24周、48周时检测患者乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA载量观察阴转率,以及外周血白细胞介素17(IL-17)、FOXP3水平和辅助性T细胞17/调节性T细胞(Th17/Treg)值。结果治疗组治疗24周、48周时HBV DNA阴转率分别为80.77%、92.30%,对照组分别为57.70%、69.23%,治疗组治疗后各时间点HBV DNA阴转率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗48周时IL-17、FOXP3水平及Th17/Treg值较本组治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗24周、48周时IL-17、FOXP3水平及Th17/Treg值均低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。结论五色六味方联合拉米夫定片可明显减轻慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏炎症、增强抗病毒效力,其机理可能与调节Th17/Treg平衡有关。 展开更多

郭店楚简中与《五行》篇倡言"仁义礼智圣"五种德行不同,《六德》篇主张"圣智仁义忠信"六种德行。《五行》篇重在从内在化、普遍化、性情化的方向去理解并处理德行问题,而《六德》篇强调德行的角色化、社会化。这是... 郭店楚简中与《五行》篇倡言"仁义礼智圣"五种德行不同,《六德》篇主张"圣智仁义忠信"六种德行。《五行》篇重在从内在化、普遍化、性情化的方向去理解并处理德行问题,而《六德》篇强调德行的角色化、社会化。这是两种不同的德行伦理,或者说,《五行》属于德行伦理,《六德》属于角色伦理,显示出早期儒家伦理内部包含了不同的发展取向。《六德》应早于《五行》,但其思想既体现了早期德行论的特点,也体现了早期角色伦理的特点。从文化继承的角度说,德性伦理因其普遍化性格,比较容易处理其继承的问题。而角色伦理中与特定时代特定社会的特殊性相联结的成分,在现代人的继承时就必须加以明确扬弃,要区别角色伦理中"纯粹是地方性、历史性的东西"和"具有普遍意义,要求普遍遵循的东西",在此基础上来进行创造性的继承。 展开更多

Precipitation anomalies in the first raining season of southern China were analyzed,with the suggestion that there are obvious interannual variation of peak values.In the raining season,the general tendency of precipitation is not obvious and the anomalous oscillation is multi-scale.Corresponding to years of more or less precipitation in the raining season,there are sharply opposite distribution across the nation in the simultaneous periods.In addition,by studying the distribution of correlation between anomalous precipitation in southern China in the first raining season and SSTA over offshore waters of China in the preceding period (June ~August of the previous year),a sensitive zone of waters has been found that has steady effect on the precipitation of southern China in the season.Discussions are also made of the sensitive period,its simultaneous SSTA and subsequent anomalous circulation field in relation to precipitation anomalies and simultaneous circulation field in the first raining season of southern China.In the last part of the work,relationship between the SSTA in the sensitive zone and global SSTA is analyzed.A possible mechanism by which SSTA in offshore Chinese waters affects the precipitation anomalies in the first raining season of southern China is put forward. 展开更多

Hexagonal porous Nb2O5 was synthesized for the first time via a facile solid-state reaction.The structure and electrochemical properties have been optimized through tuning heating temperature.X-ray diffraction results indicate that pseudo hexagonal Nb2O5(TT-Nb2O5)and orthorhombic Nb2O5 have been synthesized at different temperatures.Hexagonal sheet and porous structure of Nb2O5 were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and N2-adsorption-desorption isotherms.The as-prepared TT-Nb2O5(heated at 600℃)shows the best performance with a remarkable charge capacity of 178 mA∙h/g at 0.2C,which is higher than that of T-Nb2O5.Even at 20℃,TT-Nb2O5 offers unprecedented rate capability up to 86 mA∙h/g.The high rate capacity is due to pseudocapacitive Li+intercalation mechanism of TT-Nb2O5.The reported results demonstrate that Nb2O5 with good crystal structure and high specific surface area is a powerful composite design for high-rate and safe anode materials. 展开更多

We have demonstrated that DHA and EPA induced calcium increase respectively via cPLA2 (cytosolic phospholipase A2) type lVc and calcium independent iPLA2 (phospholipase A2) type VI. Intracellular calcium increases via PLC (phospholipase C) pathway and leads to a calcium effiux and further SOC (stored operated calcium) channels activation. An abundant increase in intracellular calcium will induce exocytosis of neurotransmitters into the extracellular medium. Our results suggest that DHA and EPA induced calcium signaling, and should be implicated in the transmission of lipid gustatory information to afferent nerve fibers, as shown previously with linoleic acid. 展开更多

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of anthropogenic pollution on DNA damage and the fatty acid profile of the bottom dweller fish (Cirrhinus mr^gala), collected from the River Chenab, in order to assess the effect of the toxicants on the quality of the fish meat. The levels ofCd, Hg, Cu, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cr and Sn and of phenols from this river were significantly higher than the permissible limits set by the USEPA. Comet assays showed DNA damage in Cirrhinus mr^gala collected from three different sampling sites in the polluted area of the river. Significant differences were observed for DNA damage through comet assay in fish collected from polluted compared to control sites. No significant differences were observed for DNA damage between farmed and fish collected from upstream. The micronucleus assay showed similar trends. Fish from the highly polluted sites showed less number of fatty acids and more saturated fatty acids in their meat compared to fish from less polluted areas. Several fatty acids were missing in fish with higher levels of DNA in comet tail and micronucleus induction. Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5n-3) was found missing in the fish from polluted environment while it was found in considerable amount in farmed fish 7.8±0.4%. Docosahexaenoic acid (22:6n-3) also showed significant differences as 0.1±0.0 and 7.0±0.1% respectively, in wild polluted and fanned fishes. 展开更多

We employed high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method coupled with diode array detector (DAD) for the determination of seven major bioactive compounds (forsythoside A, specnuezhenide, phillyrin, schisandrin, schisantherin A, deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B) in Liuwei Wuling tablet (LWWLT). The HPLC baseline separation was carried out on an Inertsil ODS-3 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) at 25 ℃ with a gradient elution system composed of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Calibration curves for seven compounds showed good linear regressions, with correlation coefficients exceeding 0,999 within the tested concentration range. The limits of detection and quantification of each compound were in the range of 0.03-0.28 μg/mL and 0.11-0.87μg/mL, respectively. The relative standard deviation values of precision, stability and repeatability were less than 2.34%. The average recovery of all seven constituents ranged from 96.71% to 103.9%. The validated quantification method was successfully applied for the analysis of 10 batches of commercial LWWLT from Shandong Shibo Jindu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. These results would make foundations for quality control and the further pharmacology study of LWWLT. 展开更多

Microorganisms provide both beneficial and harmful effects to human beings. Beneficial effects come from the symbiotic relationship that exists between humans and microbiota, but then several human illnesses have turned some friendly microbes into opportunistic pathogens, causing several microbial-related diseases. Various efforts have been made to create and utilize antimicrobial agents in the treatment and prevention of these infections, but such efforts have been hampered by the emergence of antimicrobial resistance. Despite extensive studies on drug dis- covery to alleviate this problem, issues with the toxicity and tolerance of certain compounds and continuous microbial evolution have forced researchers to focus on screening various phytochemical dietary compounds for antimicrobial activity. Linolenic acid and its derivatives (eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid) are omega-3 fatty acids that have been studied due to their role in human health, being important for the brain, the eye, the cardiovascular system, and general human growth. However, their utilization as antimicrobial agents has not been widely appreciated, perhaps due to a lack of understanding of antimicrobial mechanisms, toxicity, and route of administration. Therefore, this review focuses on the efficacy, mechanism, and toxicity of omega-3 fatty acids as alternative therapeutic agents for treating and preventing diseases associated with pathogenic microorganisms. 展开更多
