中国现代化背景下的“税专”与“关校”

在历史的变革中,任何新旧交替并非是"非此即彼"的。"税专",是在民族主义影响下近代中国民族觉醒和积贫积弱的中国社会艰难地迈向现代化的产物;是20世纪初中国社会危机四伏的情况下,体制内外变革呼声不断高涨的情况下应运而生的,"税专"开创了海关办高等教育之先河。"关校"经历了曲折发展的艰难过程,税专办学的宝贵经验和光荣传统,值得借鉴、继承和发扬光大。今日之"关校"实际是在继承"税专"办学,办好学校为海关服务的历史文脉。

A Discussion of University Personnel Agency from the Perspective of All Participators

This thesis makes an analysis of the influence of the implementation of university personnel agency on three participators of universities, agency, and agency personnel. It is pointed out those personnel agency of the current period is mainly transforming fi＇om ＂personnel relations agency＂ to ＂household register relation affiliation＂ in terms of initial system design intention. Finally, it proposes that we should further improve the existing university personnel agency system, so as to eliminate the adverse effects on all parties.

A Stable Switch Method Based on Fusion in Uncalibrated Visual Servoing

Stable switch control between multiple cameras for uncalibrated visual servoing was studied. Switch images based on fusion were presented to get the continuous dynamic image Jacobian matrix among robots and distributed visual sensors. The designed fusion algorithm is suitable to have dynamically adjustable fusion weights, and the fusion structure was analyzed. Simulations and experiments without any knowledge of mobile robots and uncalibrated visual sensors show that the method has higher adaptability than the traditional instant switch control method. The method can enhance the system stability at the switching process.

Nurse trainees' perception of effective clinical instructor characteristics

Objectives:Clinical education and experience in the clinical environment play an important role in shaping the clinical experience.Effective clinical teaching improves the clinical practice of the nursing trainees which in turn improves the quality of patient care.It mandates for the clinical instructor with desired qualities,to have a positive influence in clinical education.This study examined nurse trainees'perceptions of clinical instructor characteristics.Methods:The current study was conducted in a multi-cultural tertiary setting using a cross-sectional descriptive design.Using convenience sampling,302 trainees were chosen as participants for the study,and there were 296 respondents.The data were collected from the participants using the Nursing Clinical Teacher Effectiveness Inventory(NCTEI)tool.Results:The findings of the study revealed that the clinical instructors have scored high in personality(scoring percentage=84.0%)and relatively low in teaching ability(scoring percentage=81.3%).Also,the overall perception was almost the same among all the trainees though there was a slight variation in their rating of each dimension.Conclusions:Nursing trainees indicated the instructors as having good personality and relatively low teaching ability.This mandates the clinical instructors in the clinical environment to empower themselves in this area of improvement.This helps the teaching institutions to consider all the domains of effective clinical instructor characteristics while recruitment and also organize programs giving emphasis on building and developing these characteristics to create effective instructors.

Observed Relationship between Surface Freshwater Flux and Salinity in The North Indian Ocean

Using 10-year (2001 10) monthly evaporation, precipitation, and sea surface salinity (SSS) datasets, the relationship between local freshwater flux and SSS in the north Indian Ocean (NIO) is evaluated quantitatively. The results suggest a highly positive linear correlation between freshwater flux and SSS in the Arabian Sea (correlation coefficient, R=0.74) and the western equatorial Indian Ocean (R=0.73), whereas the linear relationships are relatively weaker in the Bay of Bengal (R=0.50) and the eastern equatorial Indian Ocean (R=0.40). Additionally, the interannual variations of freshwater flux and SSS and their mutual relationship are investigated in four sub- regions for pre-monsoon, monsoon, and post-monsoon seasons separately. The satellite retrievals of SSS from the Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity (SMOS) and Aquarius missions can provide continuous and consistent SSS fields for a better understanding of its variability and the differences between the freshwater flux and SSS signals, which are commonly thought to be linearly related.

Emotional Intelligence and Belief in Just World Among Engineering Students

The present study is an attempt to find out relation between emotional intelligence and Belief in Just World （BJW） among engineering students of Pune city. The sample consisted of 217 second year engineering students from various engineering colleges of Pune city. Emotional intelligence was measured with the help of one of the popular measures of emotional intelligence developed by Schutte et al. in 1998 （SE1S）. BJW was measured with the help of General Belief in a Just World scale by Dalbert et al. in 1987. Pearson＇s Product moment correlation was used to find out correlation between BJW and emotional intelligence and test was used to find out gender differences on the variables of the study. Obtained results showed a significant positive correlation between BJW and emotional intelligence. The results demonstrated sex differences in general belief in a just world and also on emotional intelligence. Implications of the study in the light of engineering course have been discussed.

Research on the Management Mechanism of Teachers in Public Security Colleges and Universities Based on Psychological Contract

In today＇s management of the teaching staff of public security colleges and universities, the research on the Psychological Contract problem is not only beneficial to the management and estimation of the teachers, but also has an important role in the coordination and stability of the whole system of public security colleges and universities. Based on the theory of Psychological Contract, this paper expounds the basic understanding and research value of Psychological Contract, and puts forward the measures to cultivate teachers＇ good character and understanding, and as well as coordinate teachers＇ needs, effectively change teachers＇ attitude and actively promote the establishment of good interpersonal relationship to explain the research on the Management Mechanism of Teachers in Public Security Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Psychological Contract.

Performance Calibration of Articulated Arm Coordinate Measuring Machine

This paper presents the method for the performance calibration of AACMM （articulated arm coordinate measuring machines） according to ASME B89.4.22 Standard. The growing use of this class of measurement equipment has been accompanied by an absence of authorized laboratories to provide calibration certificates for its performance. Due to ASME B89.4.22 and VD12617-9 are nowadays the unique standards in the field of AACMM verification, IK4 Tekniker has compared both of them in order to develop internal test procedures to yield reliable performance calibration results. As a result, IK4 Tekniker has been recognized by the Spanish Accreditation Body （ENAC） in the field of AACMM calibration. Internal test procedures and uncertainty evaluation analysis have been developed as well as ENAC certificated reference test equipments have been acquired to ensure a suitable AACMM calibration process.

Hybrid weighted symbol-flipping decoding for nonbinary LDPC codes

A hybrid decoding algorithm is proposed for nonbinary low-density parity-check （LDPC） codes, which combines the weighted symbol-flipping （WSF） algorithm with the fast Fourier trans- form q-ary sum-product algorithm （FFT-QSPA）. The flipped position and value are determined by the symbol flipping metric and the received bit values in the first stage WSF algorithm. If the low- eomplexity WSF algorithm is failed, the second stage FFT-QSPA is activated as a switching strategy. Simulation results show that the proposed hybrid algorithm greatly reduces the computational complexity with the performance close to that of FFT-QSPA.

Research on the Cultivation of Avocation Interest Relationship and Enhancement in the Sports Teaching and Sports Training

In this paper, we conduct related research on the cultivation of avocation interest relationship and enhancement in the sports teaching and sports training. When studying initiative, even if encounter difficulties, will try hard to overcome which have the good mood. School physical education is the foundation of our socialist undertakings of physical culture and sports, sports teaching is an important part of school physical education. We firmly believe that through the reform according to the proposed methodology, the performance of the classes will be optimized.

Interaction Between Massive and Massless Gravitons by Perturbing Topological Field Theory

We test the Wu gauge theory of gravity with massive gravitons in the perturbing topological field theory framework.We show that the computation of the correlation function between massive and massless gravitons is reported up to 4-loop and appears to be unaffected by radiative correction.This result ensures the stability of the linking number between massive and massless gravitons with respect to the local perturbation,a result with potential wider applications in cosmology.

A new method for instant correction of numerical weather prediction products in China

This paper presents a new correction method, "instant correction method(ICM)", to improve the accuracy of numerical prediction products(NPP) and provide weather variables at grid cells. The ICM makes use of the continuity in time of the forecast errors at different forecast times to improve the accuracy of large scale NPP. To apply the ICM in China, an ensemble correction scheme is designed to correct the T213 NPP(the most popular NPP in China) through different statistical methods. The corrected T213 NPP(ICM T213 NPP) are evaluated by four popular indices: Correlation coefficient, climate anomalies correlation coefficient, root-mean-square-errors(RMSE), and confidence intervals(CI). The results show that the ICM T213 NPP are more accurate than the original T213 NPP in both the training period(2003–2008) and the validation period(2009–2010). Applications in China over the past three years indicate that the ICM is simple, fast, and reliable. Because of its low computing cost, end users in need of more accurate short-range weather forecasts around China can benefit greatly from the method.

Top Quark Polarization and Spin Correlation in the Littlest Higgs Model with T-Parity at the ILC

In the framework of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity （LHT）, we study the top quark spin correlation and polarization at the International Linear Collider （ILC）. We find that the top quark polarization asymmetry δPt and the left-right asymmetry δALR can respectively reach -35% and -37.5% for s = 500 GeV and s = 1000 GeV via e＋e- collision, which can reach the observable level at the ILC. By contrast, the spin correlation δC is smaller. The correlation behaviors of these observables at the e＋e- collision and the yy, collision will be helpful to distinguish different models and test the LHT model at the ILC.
