“分流培养”与“梯度实践”:体育类院校新闻专业人才培养创新模式研究

媒体融合背景下,传媒生态发生剧烈变迁,体育新闻传播业界发展日趋智能化、网络化及互动化。这促使体育新闻教育面临新形势。现阶段,体育新闻传播类人才能力培养出现转向,人才能力由采、写、编、评、播能力,移动传播时代拍摄、剪辑、后... 媒体融合背景下,传媒生态发生剧烈变迁,体育新闻传播业界发展日趋智能化、网络化及互动化。这促使体育新闻教育面临新形势。现阶段,体育新闻传播类人才能力培养出现转向,人才能力由采、写、编、评、播能力,移动传播时代拍摄、剪辑、后期等能力,围绕活动策划和媒体运营的综合能力这三个方面构成。为弄清体育类院校新闻专业在应对媒介生态变革,具体在人才培养方面开展了何种改革创新实践,为体育新闻教育事业积累优秀案例样本,文章选取南京体育学院新闻专业为研究对象,通过实地考察法、案例分析法,系统考察相关实践。研究认为,南京体育学院新闻专业摸索出“分流培养”与“梯度实践”的特色人才培养模式有效应对了上述变迁。“梯度实践”是指根据新闻专业学生本科成长的不同阶段,分批次、有针对性地设计和设置循序渐进式的实践环节;“分流培养”是指新闻专业学生在新媒体实务、体育影视制作、体育赛事解说三个方向自主选择一个发展方向,并有针对性地选修相应课程及实践环节。通过该改革举措,可以强化南京体育学院应用型本科建设发展定位,创新南京体育学院新闻专业人才能力构成与社会需求匹配度,为精准、高质量培养体育院校新闻传播人才提供一定的创新参考。 展开更多

AIM: To analyze the upregulated CD133 expression in tumorigenesis of primary colon cancer cells. METHODS: Upregulated CD133 expression in tumorigenesis of colorectal cancer cell lines (Lovo, Colo205, Caco-2, HCT116 and SW620) was analyzed by flow cytometry. Human colon cancer tissue samples were stained with anti-human CD133. SW620 cells were sorted according to the CD133 expression level measured by fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Spheroids of colorectal cancer cells were cultured with the hanging drop. Expression of CD133 and Lgr5 in spheroids of colorectal cancer cells and monolayer culture was detected by RT-qPCR. Spheroids of colorectal cancer cells were analyzed using anti-human CD133 with immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: CD133 antigen was expressed in colorectal cancer cell lines (Lovo, Colo205, Caco-2, HCT116 and SW620) as well as in primary and metastatic human colon cancer tissues. However, the CD133 was differently expressed in these cell lines and tissues. The expression levels of CD133 and Lgr5 were significantly higher in spheroids of parental, CD133hi and CD133-cells than in their monolayer culture at the mRNA level (P < 0.05). Immunohistochemical staining of spheroids of CD133-cells showed that CD133 was highly expressed in colorectal cancer cell lines. CONCLUSION: Upregulated CD133 expression plays a role in tumorigenesis colorectal cancer cells, which may promote the expression of other critical genes that can drive tumorigenesis. 展开更多

The highly-efficient dry separation technique using a gas-solid fluidized bed is very beneficial for increasing coal grade and optimizing the utilization of coal resources.The size distribution of the solid medium(e.g.,magnetite powder) used in this technique is one of key factors that influences fluidization and separation performance.It is,therefore,urgent to prepare medium in a way that operates at low cost and high efficiency.Grinding experiments were performed using a planetary ball mill equipped with a frequency converter.The effect of fed mass,rotation frequency of the mill,grinding time and the ball-size ratio on grinding performance was investigated.The grinding parameters were optimized by numerical calculations using Artificial Neural Network(ANN) in Matlab.A regression equation for predicting the yield of the desired product(i.e.,0.3~0.15 mm magnetite powder) is proposed.The maximum yield of 0.3~0.15 mm particles was 47.24%.This lays a foundation for the industrial-scale production of the solid medium required for separation with a magnetite-powder fluidized bed. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the electrophysiological proper- ties of differentiation of rat bone marrow-derived stromal stem cells (rBMSCs) to neuron-like cells in vitro by edaravone, a new type of free radical scavenger. Methods: Stromal stem cells were separated from rat bone marrow with Ficoll-Paque reagent and expanded in different culture medium in vitro, rBMSCs were induced by edaravone containing serum-free L-DMEM. Morphologic observation and Western blot analysis including the expression of Nav1.6, Kvl.2, Kv1.3, Cav1.2 were performed, and whole patch-clamp technique was used. Results: Cyton contraction and long processes were shown in differentiated stromal stem cells. Navl.6, Kvl.2, Kv 1.3 and Cav 1.2 were expressed in both differentiated and undifferentiated ceils. However, the expression of channel proteins in differentiated cells was up-regulated. Consistently, their resting potential and outward currents were also enhanced in the differentiated cells, which was especially significant in the outward rectifier potassium current. Conclusion: In vitro, neuron-like cells derived from rBMSCs, induced by edaravone, possess electrophysiological properties of neurons. 展开更多
