高校“创”文化建设的探索与实践——以东营职业学院为例

为适应“创”时代要求,打造“创”文化品牌,形成浓厚的“创”文化氛围,培养学生的创新创业素质,在政策学习和理论研究的基础上,结合东营职业学院创新创业教育实践,阐述建设“创”文化的意义,明确“创”文化的内涵,提出“创”文化建设的途径,对高校创新创业教育具有重要的指导意义和实践价值。

教师文化的变革与重构:由“适应”到“创生”

在传统学校组织模式和应试教育思想影响下,积淀形成的教师"适应"文化表现为封闭的个人主义文化、强制的捆绑主义文化和孤立的派别主义文化。教师"创生"文化实现了由"沉积"到"创建"、由"消极"到"积极"、由"规约"到"解放"、由"自在"到"自觉"的超越。"创生"视野下教师文化的变革与重构需要激发教师的文化自觉,在对话合作中寻求理解,在积极反思中开展批判,在自主自觉中进行学习,在教育研究中开拓创新。

Routes Choice of Urban Agriculture,Ecotourism and Cultural Innovation Industry Fusion

The fusion of urban agriculture, ecotourism and cultural innovation industry has been a necessary way for industry updating, value increase and income im- provement of farmers in suburbs. The methods available of the fusion are as fol- lows： corporation development and operation, led by government with an integrated plan; corporation management and development under guidance of market with sup- port from government; collective development under guidance of market and policies; individual development and operation with the model of ＂villagers participation de- pending on infrastructure provided by government＂. The four routes enjoy exclusive advantages and characters. Hence, different villages and towns should adopt the most suitable one according to local conditions for further development and management.

The role of cultural and creative industries in optimizing industrial structure under low-carbon emission constraint

In the post-financial crisis era,China is facing dual pressure from reducing carbon emissions and external demand stagnation.The industrial structure changing is in urgent needs.The cultural and creative industries can expand China's markets through creating and stimulating demands,and can reduce carbon emissions at the same time.By producing both demands and supplies,cultural and creative industries may lead the development of other industries.Since innovation plays a quite important role in the value chain,cultural and creative industries can promote the industrial upgrading and the industrial structure optimization by industrial convergence.

It Takes Two to Tango： Entrepreneurship and Creativity in Troubled Times--Vietnam 2012

This study focuses on perceived values of entrepreneurship and creativity within a turbulent environment. The initial hypothesis is that a typical entrepreneurial process carries with its ＂creativity-enabling elements＂. In a normal situation, businesses focus on optimizing their resources for commercial gains, thus perceptions about values of entrepreneurial creativity are usually vague. However, in difficult times, the difference between survival and failure may be creativity. This paper examines many previous findings on entrepreneurship and creativity, and suggests a highly possible ＂organic growth＂ of creativity in an entrepreneurial environment and reinforcing value of entrepreneurship when creativity power is present. In other words, the authors see each idea reinforcing the other. The authors survey Vietnamese firms during the chaotic year of 2012 to learn about the ＂entrepreneurship-creativity nexus＂, looking at influential cultural values, namely risk tolerance, relationship, and dependence on resources--to assess how they influence entrepreneurial decisions. A set of 137 qualified responses was obtained for this statistical examination. A categorical data analysis is performed to confirm that creativity and entrepreneurial spirit could hardly be separate, for both entrepreneurial and accomplished companies. Although the most important factor during implementation is still ＂relationship＂, business people are increasingly aware of the need of creativity/innovation in troubled times.

Discussion on the Underlying Causes of the Modem Western Culture Comparative Study

The main underlying causes of the comparison study of Chinese and Western culture are mainly cultural psychology and social development. From the perspective of cultural psychology, cultural identity and the identity of consciousness induced homeland is subjective motivation. From the development point of view of social reality, it is the inevitable response to objective requirements of dra-matic social transformation, cultural awareness promotion and cultural innovation.

Literature as a Means to Foster Tolerance and Respect

Literature need not be limited to studying the narratives of authors of other countries. Just like any other subject, literature lessons can serve to foster tolerance and respect among cultures by creating awareness in our students about the different traditions, the different history, and the different mentalities existing in other countries. In a world that is ever more globalized but ever more fragmented, in which a great technological leap has not been accompanied by a leap in tolerance and dialogue, the role of the literature teacher can be of great importance in either fostering tolerance or fostering bigotry.

教育部印发的《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》中指出:高校思想政治工作改革的主要措施就是要推动开展三全育人综合改革,着力建设一批三全育人示范区和示范校。在三全育人理念的指导下,结合学校教学改革的相关要求,玉林师范学院商学院通过五年来的不断实践与探索,充分整合学校、政府、企业、地方等资源,逐步培育出以“创+”文化节为龙头的第二课堂活动品牌,进一步提升三全育人成效,有力助推学院地方性、应用型经管类高级人才培养。

The Impact of Corporate Cultural Innovation on theEnterprise Management Innovation

Corporate Entrepreneurship in Pharma R＆D Organizational Transformations

This multiple-case study examined factors that could contribute to a richer understanding of top managers＇ perceptions on maintaining high-performance teams in Pharma R＆D. In addition, this multiple-case study investigated top managers＇ perceptions of building opportunity-based entrepreneurial culture in organizations during strategic change, considered as a critical factor for organizations during change, the results of which can be used to guide management in preventing destructive actions of business non-loyalty. Following, this multiple-case study examined the management of change within the corporate entrepreneurship literature as a means of helping organizations improve practical intelligence of defining growth goals and new enterprise growth management processes and procedures, including those relevant to change, the way they function, and formal and informal rules protecting adequacy of governance arrangements as well as the organizational culture. Participant responses to the interview question regarding capability to maintain high-performing teams resulted in themes regarding role of leadership in risk management approach, leadership development challenges, trust and commitment in inter-fLrm relationships, as being the top managers＇ perceptions and the attitudes in outsourcing R＆D industry sector since the enactment of the strategic change.

Poetic discourses in the ideological and political education

Today＇s ideological and political education is affected by the western modern rational thinking, and lacks the poetic thinking. Confucius, the founder of Confucianism, initiated the poetry teaching, and the poetic ideological and political education was prominently reflected in the Confucian ethics. Taking pine, bamboo and jade cultures as an example, they have a special value of the poetic ideological and political education. The ideological and political education should have the poetic discourses and inherit the Confucian traditional cultures.

The Interweaving of Native Culture and Traditional Healing Practices in the Treatment of Trauma Lessons Learned

The premise of this abstract focuses on lessons learned as a clinician through the process of being invited into the homes, lives and stories of trauma and incredible resilience for native survivors of Indian residential schools. Through the process of unravelling stories of past trauma with a view to recovery/freedom from symptoms, meaningful therapy requires the weaving together of traditional beliefs and practices with trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy approaches. Culturally, the relevant treatment respects traditional beliefs and focuses on their innate resiliency historically within their culture. As a clinician invited intimately through the therapeutic relationship into the lives of First Nations abuse survivors, the healing power of cultural identity was discovered along them. Similarly, the author＇s role as therapist was one of teachers, who guided them through the process of telling their stories to the peace and acceptance utilizing therapeutic techniques from an eclectic spectrum of therapeutic approaches. All the while, it should interweave their stories and native beliefs into the therapy journey. It was a process of co-creating healing through a mutual respect of the shared roles as guide, teacher, story teller and healer. Culturally, the relevant psychotherapy requires the weaving of two world views to create a basket of healing.

In this paper, we conduct survey and research on the innovativeness and characteristic of digital media under the environment of Internet and big data. Under the background of the era of rapid change, the current education system is more severe impact and challenge.
