定量磁共振成像在关节软骨中的应用研究进展

在临床上,关节软骨损伤是一种常见病,其发生发展可由外伤、骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis, OA)以及剥脱性骨软骨炎等原因造成,而且这种损坏发生后很难修复。关节软骨损伤主要表现为关节疼痛及功能障碍,关节软骨的损伤以及退变都不同程度地发生在老年人及长期剧烈运动的人群中。关节镜检查被认为是诊断关节软骨病变的金标准。但由于其有创检查的性质,对检查者的技术水平要求很高,且无法深入了解软骨的内部情况。定量磁共振成像(quantitative magnetic resonance imaging, qMRI)既可显示软骨形态学变化,又可以定量评估软骨的生化成分,由于该技术具有无创、良好的软组织分辨力、多参数、多平面成像的优势,它能以非侵入性的定量测量来敏感地监测软骨的微细变化,提供可靠和可重复的成像生物标志物。

China top brand strategy and innovation

The Chinese economy appears the double-restraint characteristic at present stage including mainly resources restraint and market restraint. With the policy of reform and opening up, and especially after accelerating the two fundamental changes put forward by central government, the transformation of the economic growth mode achieved positive progress in China. There was still no brand from China mainland belonging to the 100 top world valuable brands according to Business Weekly of America in 2006. By 2007, a total of 1957 China top brand, 10 world famous China top brand are awarded in china to form a powerful enterprise group. But how to assess a brand is still troublesome. This paper shows the evolution of the policy and discusses the dilemma expecting the advice from the domestic and abroad.

Measurement and Evaluation of Efficiency of Regional Technical Innovation Jiangsu Province

The target system was built to evaluate the efficiency of technical innovation for 13 cities and three regions in Jiangsu province based on the data envelopment analysis. This paper comparatively analyzed the efficiency of innovation and scaling return for each region in Jiangsu province. The projection analysis on production frontier face for inefficient regions was also performed. Evolving rules and regional difference of technical innovation system of Jiangsu province were explored. Some important results and suggestion were obtained.

Theoretical Perspective of Social Entrepreneurship： A Study of Determinants of Social Entrepreneurship in the Context of Saudi Arabia

The present paper discusses the different theories on entrepreneurship in general and social entrepreneurship in particular to investigate the different determinants of social entrepreneurship in the context of Saudi Arabia. The present research is a conceptual study. The data were collected to analyze the entrepreneurship theories in Saudi Arabia＇s context. The data related to entrepreneurship spirit, perception of society towards entrepreneurship, and other macroeconomic indicators are collected from different research journals, websites of different corporate houses, and government sources to analyze the social entrepreneurship theories, such as failure thesis, interdependence theories, welfare state theory, supply-side theory, entrepreneurship education, etc.. The theoretical hypothesis of interdependence theory, entrepreneurship spirit, and general education and the theoretical analysis of this paper in light of Saudi Arabia are in line with the theory. But the hypothesis generated out of failure thesis theory, welfare state theory, entrepreneurship education, and individualistic and collective society culture is not in line with these theories.

Standards of Economic Growth to Apply Creative Projects

This study theoretically showed the importance of standards economic growth to apply creative projects to avoid loss cost and efforts. There is problem of complexity environment to understand real economic growth. Companies and government can affect economic. There is a need to make standards to control steps of economic growth as result to accounting gaps, economic gaps, and financial analysis gaps. Standards must face negative affection of speculation, government involving in economic, developing tool. Evaluating must be built up to real market price and also standards must build trust to support developing. Searcher recommended linking economic growth with real growth of producing and ways to get real market price to evaluate company assets, liabilities, and net profit after tax for all users as factors show growth in company to growth economic units which are successful by applying creative projects.

Reflection on Enterprise Standardization Innovation under New Circumstances

Nowadays with the developmental theme of ＂knowledge economy and information network＂, technical standards increasingly become a vital means of the economic globalization competition. In the global market strategy of ＂whoever sets standards wins the market＂, it is the technological leaders that as relevant standards developers take the initiative on the world market. Therefore, from mainly addressing the universality and interoperatability of product parts in the past, technical standards have been respected as the new technical concept and gradually become the commanding height of the industry competition.

Postural control deficits identify lingering post-concussion neurological deficits

Concussion,or mild traumatic brain injury,incidence rates have reached epidemic levels and impaired postural control is a cardinal symptom.The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the linear and non-linear assessments of post-concussion postural control.The current acute evaluation for concussion utilizes the subjective balance error scoring system(BESS) to assess postural control.While the sensitivity of the overall test battery is high,the sensitivity of the BESS is unacceptably low and,with repeat administration,is unable to accurately identify recovery.Sophisticated measures of postural control,utilizing traditional linear assessments,have identified impairments in postural control well beyond BESS recovery.Both assessments of quiet stance and gait have identified lingering impairments for at least 1 month post-concussion.Recently,the application of non-linear metrics to concussion recovery have begun to receive limited attention with the most commonly utilized metric being approximate entropy(Ap En).Ap En,most commonly in the medial-lateral plane,has successfully identified impaired postural control in the acute post-concussion timeframe even when linear assessments of instrumented measures are equivalent to healthy pre-injury values;unfortunately these studies have not gone beyond the acute phase of recovery.One study has identified lingering deficits in postural control,utilizing Shannon and Renyi entropy metrics,which persist at least through clinical recovery and return to participation.Finally,limited evidence from two studies suggest that individuals with a previous history of a single concussion,even months or years prior,may display altered Ap En metrics.Overall,non-linear metrics provide a fertile area for future study to further the understanding of postural control impairments acutely post-concussion and address the current challenge of sensitive identification of recovery.

Multi-dimensional evaluation method in music creation and performance of comedy

Multidimensional Scale Evaluation Rules as a performer in the field of learning assessment is feasible, but for each dimension settings, level settings and value setting need to be developed according to the actual raters, object evaluation, the focus of the evaluation. Scores of overall dimensions use variance analysis, and the results show a significant difference. In sub-dimension score comparison, the high group and low group both got higher scores in the degree of difficulty performing works and read music accuracy. The high group and low group are different on dimensions of the lowest score. Total scores in the scale of multi-dimensional evaluation of rules are positively correlated on the scores on the improvising horizontal dimension, but the correlation is not very high level, that is not all students who is better in playing levels, and they can get higher scores on the improvising horizontal dimension. Using multi-dimensional scale scores and teacher direct evaluation rules score are significantly different for student achievement.

Characteristics and Development Modes of Standardization forChina's National High-Tech Zones:A Review

Indigenous innovation focused on the development of technical standards has become the core of China's innovation policy,since China released the "Outline of the National Program for Longand Medium-Term Scientific and Technological Development (2006-2020)" in 2006.Meanwhile,standardization issues are greatly emphasized by high-tech zones which serve as the major carriers of national economic growth as well as innovation clusters in the context of fast-growing international standardization.By means of the effective guide of the government,the standardization of high-tech zones in China now presents a wide range of operating modes.Specifically,they can be divided predominantly into the government promotion mode,the alliance collaboration mode,the research-standard-industry linkage mode,and the talent training mode,in terms of the main body of work and influence factors.

First rib fractures： not always a hallmark of severe trauma a report of three cases

According to medical literature, fracture of the first rib is quite rare and the bilateral condition is especially rare. This type of fracture is usually associated with severe intrathoracic trauma and other bony or neurovascular injuries, thus can be considered as a harbinger of major trauma. However here we present three cases of low velocity first rib fractures without any major trauma or multisystem injuries. All the three patients were treated conservatively and did well on simple analgesics and rest and had no early or late complications. It can be seen that not all the first rib fractures are associated with major trauma or multisystem injuries. There is a variant of first rib fracture with low velocity injuries which is not associated with any major complications in contrast to majority of first rib fractures associated with high velocity injuries. Causative factor of such injuries may be violent muscular contraction of scalenus anterior or serratus anterior, but not direct trauma.

Mallet finger deformities treated by buried purse-string suture

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of buried purse-string suture in the treatment of mallet finger deformities. Methods： From February 2009 to February 2010, 12 patients with closed non-fracture mallet fingers were treated by buried purse-string suture. The rupture tendons were sutured by purse-string suture with an atraumatic needle, and the knots were buried under subcutaneous tissue. External fixator was used at the extension position of the finger every night within three weeks after operation. Results： All patients were followed up for 6-12 months, mean 7 months. According to the Patel＇s evaluation criteria, 2 cases （17%） obtained excellent results, 7 good （58%）, 2 fair （17%） and 1 poor （8%）. The overall rate of the cases with excellent and good outcomes was 75%. Conclusion： Buried purse-string suture is an easy and effective way to treat mallet finger deformities, with no serious postoperative complications or no need for reoperation.
