To fit the special needs of gray cast iron as a new engineering material,i.e.,higher σ b and lower HB,or lower σ b and higher HB,using the method of heat analyzing and polyparameters analytic figures,the ...To fit the special needs of gray cast iron as a new engineering material,i.e.,higher σ b and lower HB,or lower σ b and higher HB,using the method of heat analyzing and polyparameters analytic figures,the synthetic rules of carbon saturation degree,inoculation degree and mechanical properties can be exposed.The result shows that,according to the needs of the part′s mechanical properties,referring to the synthetic rules of gray cast iron,the corresponding technological measure and composition proportion can be defined,by which we will get the exact mechanical properties that could achieve the result expected completely.Thus,the casting for gray cast iron might be 'designed'from'selected'.展开更多

It was characterized by IR, UV, elemental analyses and X-ray crystallograp...A novel compound Cu(phen)(m-CBA)2 was synthesized with m-chlorobenzoic acid(m-CBA), 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) and Cu(OAc)2·H2O. It was characterized by IR, UV, elemental analyses and X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with C2/c space group, a=2.9699(4) nm, b=1.15452(2) nm, c=1.5335(2) nm, β=111.118(2)°, V=4.905 1(1) nm3, Z=8, F(000)=2 328, R1=0.072 8, wR2=0.223 4 [I2σ(I)]. Structure analysis shows that the copper center coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, two oxygen atoms from two m-chlorobenzoic acid molecules, giving a distorted squared planar coordination geometry. This novel compound shows paramagnetic interactions between copper centers.展开更多

The fitness assignment strategy is improved and a new self-adjustment scheme of is proposed. This algorithm is proved to be very efficient both computationally and in terms of the quality of the Pareto fronts produced with five test problems including GA difficult problem and GA deceptive one. Finally, SNSGA is introduced to solve multi-objective mixed integer linear programming (MILP) and mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP) problems in process synthesis.展开更多

Dempster’s rule o...Based on the framework of evidence theory, data fusion aims at obtaining a single Basic Probability Assignment (BPA) function by combining several belief functions from distinct information sources. Dempster’s rule of combination is the most popular rule of combinations, but it is a poor solution for the management of the conflict between various information sources at the normalization step. Even when it faces high conflict information, the classical Dempster-Shafer’s (D-S) evidence theory can involve counter-intuitive results. This paper presents a modified averaging method to combine conflicting evidence based on the distance of evidences; and also gives the weighted average of the evidence in the system. Numerical examples showed that the proposed method can realize the modification ideas and also will provide reasonable results with good convergence efficiency.展开更多
Considering the difference in driving parameters of buses and social vehicles on the arterial,an arterial traffic signal coordination model that takes into account social vehicles and buses on the basis of the maximum...Considering the difference in driving parameters of buses and social vehicles on the arterial,an arterial traffic signal coordination model that takes into account social vehicles and buses on the basis of the maximum bandwidth is proposed.By using the pre-set parameters of a common cycle,green/red duration and known parameters of bus dwell time distribution,link length and vehicle speed and solving the mixed-integer-linear programming and optimizing the signal offsets,the model obtains the signal control parameters of the green bands both of social vehicles and buses.Finally,taking Wangjiang Road in Hefei as an example,simulation and evaluation are carried out by VISSIM.The results show that the new model has 15.2%and 13.2%reduction in average person delay and number of stops,respectively,compared with the traditional coordinated control method.展开更多
