以甜樱桃砧木"吉塞拉"扦插苗为试材,分析了喷施浓度为0.08、0.16、0.32g·L^(-1)代谢型抗蒸腾剂黄腐酸对其光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及水分利用效率的影响,并对"吉塞拉"绿枝扦插苗的移栽成活率进行了研究... 以甜樱桃砧木"吉塞拉"扦插苗为试材,分析了喷施浓度为0.08、0.16、0.32g·L^(-1)代谢型抗蒸腾剂黄腐酸对其光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及水分利用效率的影响,并对"吉塞拉"绿枝扦插苗的移栽成活率进行了研究。结果表明:喷施黄腐酸可显著降低叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率,提高植株的水分利用效率,且黄腐酸浓度越高效应越显著。与清水对照相比,喷施0.08、0.16、0.32g·L^(-1)的黄腐酸,使移栽成活率分别提高了4.0、8.3、6.7个百分点。上述结果表明喷施代谢型抗蒸腾剂黄腐酸能通过调节气孔开度而减少水分损失,且以0.16g·L^(-1)黄腐酸的效果最好,可提高"吉塞拉"扦插苗的移栽成活率。 展开更多

以甜樱桃砧木"吉塞拉6号"(G6)、"吉塞拉5号"(G5)、Y1和B5的1a生盆栽实生苗为试材,探讨了不同浓度NaCl处理对其光合指标的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫影响了"吉塞拉"砧木的光合色素含量、光合参数和叶绿素荧光... 以甜樱桃砧木"吉塞拉6号"(G6)、"吉塞拉5号"(G5)、Y1和B5的1a生盆栽实生苗为试材,探讨了不同浓度NaCl处理对其光合指标的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫影响了"吉塞拉"砧木的光合色素含量、光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数。随着NaCl处理浓度增加和处理时间延长,各试材的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、实际原初光能转化效率(ΦPSII)和表观电子传递速率(ETR)显著下降,其中B5的下降趋势相对平缓。盐胁迫对"吉塞拉"砧木的效应既有处理间差异,又有品种间差异。轻中度盐胁迫(3‰NaCl和6‰NaCl处理前中期)并未明显抑制各试材的PSII活性,重度盐胁迫导致各试材PSII受损,光合受到抑制。比较而言,B5的抗盐性优于其它3种试材。 展开更多

Preliminary Report on the Introduction of Zaodaguo/Rootstock Gisela 5 into Chaoyang,Liaoning

The results showed Gisela 5 flowered as early ... The sweet cherry Zaodaguo/rootstock Gisela 5 was introduced from Insti- tute of Fruit Tree Research in Shandong Province in 2009. It was planted in sun- light greenhouse. The results showed Gisela 5 flowered as early as 2 years after transplanting and a small part fruited. In the 3~ to 5~ year, the annual productions reached 1 125, 2 940 and 6 300 kg/hm2 correspondingly. The main technical mea- sures for early good harvest included planting high-quality seedlings, reasonable fer- tilizer and water management, appropriate tree shape, reasonable pruning, reason- able regulation of temperature and humidity, protecting flowers and fruits, pest con- trol, etc. 展开更多

The study considers the morphological and physiological behaviour of self-rooted sweet cherry CV (Cultivar) 'Hedelfinger' wild type (H) and somaclonal (HS) grafted on 'Gisela 6' and 'Colt' rootstock. The somaclonal showed reduced vegetative vigour without any variation of the natural tree's architecture. The rootstock 'Gisela 6' caused change in genotype habitus inducing a spreading shape, while 'Colt' increased trunk diameter and height. Fruit quality and size were not affected by genotype nor rootstock. 'Gisela 6', from these preliminary data, had proved the most suitable rootstock for both genotypes since it reduced the tree size and vigor and induced early bearing and the production of a greater number of fruiting spurs. 展开更多
