刘勰在提出“四同四异”的时候是通过《楚辞》与经典进行比较的,这里是可以体现出他宗经的思想,既然“宗经”就不能离开六义的批评标准,符合六义的刘勰肯定是赞同的,反之不然,所以用“六义”这个标准来评价“四同四异”,是符合刘勰的态... 刘勰在提出“四同四异”的时候是通过《楚辞》与经典进行比较的,这里是可以体现出他宗经的思想,既然“宗经”就不能离开六义的批评标准,符合六义的刘勰肯定是赞同的,反之不然,所以用“六义”这个标准来评价“四同四异”,是符合刘勰的态度的。我们通过分析可以得知“四同”与“六义”是完全符合的,所以刘勰对于“四同”的态度肯定是褒扬的;而同时“四异”是与“六义”相悖的。所以刘勰对于四异的态度是贬斥的。但如果刘勰对于“四异”是贬义的,这里就出现了两个问题,一个就是“四异”的贬义是否与刘勰对《楚辞》评价为“虽取熔经意,亦自铸伟辞”的说法矛盾。再就是刘勰在《辨骚篇》主张“酌奇而不失贞”,这里的“奇”是否就是指的是“四异”?解决了这两个问题,就更加明确刘勰对于“四异”的态度了。 展开更多

Identification of Quantitative Trait Loci (QTLs) Affecting Yield and Fiber Properties in Chromosome 16 in Cotton Using Substitution Line 被引量:12

Gossypium hirsutum L. and G. barbadense L. are the two cultivated tetraploid species of cotton. The first is characterized by a high yield and wide adaptation, and the second by its super fiber property. Substitution line in which a pair of intact chromosomes of TM_1 ( G. hirsutum ) were replaced by a pair of homozygous chromosomes of 3_79 ( G. barbadense ) is an excellent material for genetic research and molecular tagging. In this study, substitution line 16 (Sub 16) was used to evaluate the performance of the 16th chromosome in G. barbadense in TM_1 background. The genetic analysis using the major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model in F 2∶3 family revealed that there might exist 2 QTLs respectively for boll size, lint percentage, lint index, fiber length and the first fruit branch node, 1 QTL for fiber elongation and flowering date, and no QTL for seed index, fiber strength and Micronaire in chromosome 16. However, 9 QTLs (LOD (logarithm of odds)≥3.0) controlling 6 quantitative traits were significantly identified in linkage group of chromosome 16 constructed in (TM_1×3_79) F 2by interval mapping. Among them, 1 QTL for boll size, fiber length, flowering date and fiber elongation could explain 15.2%, 19.7%, 12.1%, and 11.7% phenotypic variance respectively, 2 QTLs for lint index could explain 11.6% and 41.9%, and 3 QTLs for lint percentage could explain 8.7%, 9.6% and 29.2% phenotypic variance respectively. One unlinked SSR marker was associated with one QTL respectively for boll size and flowering date and they could explain 1.60% and 4.63% phenotypic variance. The traits associated significantly with chromosome 16 from Sub 16 were boll weight, lint percentage, lint index, fiber length, fiber elongation and flowering days. 展开更多

The pitting potentialshifted negatively as either temperature orBu^n 4NBr concentration was increased, while it increased with increasing scan rate.The corrosion current density increased with increasing temperature. The apparent activation energyof anodic dissolutionofzirconiumwas 21.88kJ/mol. The chronoamperometry revealed that increasingBu^n 4NBrconcentration shortened the incubation time for passivity breakdown and accelerated the pit nucleation and growth. The experimental results were helpfulto obtain the optimum conditions for electrosynthesis of zirconium isopropoxide. 展开更多

A regulated gene expression system would offer the unique opportunity to study the gene physiological functions at different developmental stages. For realizing gene special expression in plant anther at given time, we constructed a new system that combined tetracycline- inducible elements with TA29 promoter, a tapetum-specific promoter of tobacco. The system was tested in transient GUS assay system by electroporation (gene gun) transformation of tobacco ( Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. Winsconsin 38) anther. In the absence of tetracycline as the inducer, no GUS activity was detected. However, strong GUS expression was observed in tapetum. tissue upon tetracycline induction, and little GUS activity was found outside the tapetum. Our results suggested that gene expression can be restricted to a specific tissue at the given time under the control of this new system, and this system would be a very useful tool for both basic plant biology research and biotechnological applications. 展开更多

In the present work, a novel heterogeneous photo-Fenton catalyst was prepared by iron and cerium pillared bentonite. The catalyst Fe-Ce/bentonite was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) methods. It is found that Fe and Ce intercalate into the silicate layers of bentonite successfully. Tetracycline was removed by heterogeneous photo-Fenton reaction using the catalyst in this work. The effects of different reaction systems, hydrogen peroxide concentration, initial pH, catalyst dosage, UV power and introduction of different anions on degradation were investigated in details. The stability of catalyst was investigated through recycling experiment. The results show that removal rate of tetracycline is 98.13% under the conditions of 15 mmol/L H202, 0.50 g/L catalyst dosage, initial pH 3.0, 11 W UV lamp power and 60 min reaction time. However, the removal rate decreases after adding some anions. The hydroxyl radical plays an important role in heterogeneous photo-assisted Fenton degradation of tetracycline. Exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene (exo-TCD) is an important high-energy fuel. Silicotungstic acid (SiW) immobilized on H-type β zeolite (Hβ) at room temperature were used to prepare the Hβ zeolite catalysts with different SiW contents. Catalytic performances of the catalysts were investigated during the preparation of exo-TCD via isomerization of endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene (endo-TCD). The properties of catalysts were characterized by XRD, temperature pro- grammed desorption of ammonia (NHa-TPD), FT-IR, and N2-adsorption techniques. SiW was highly dispersed on the surface of Hβ zeolite, and the 10% SiW/Hβ zeolite catalyst had the highest amount of weak acidity among all SiW/Hβ zeolite catalysts. The influence of different factors on isomerization reaction was investigated. At a reaction temperature of 240 ℃, a n(cyclohexane) / n(endo-TCD) ratio of 10, a m(catalyst)/m(endo-TCD) ratio of 0.3, an initial pressure of 1.0 MPa, and a reaction time of 1.5 h in the presence of 10% SiW/Hβ catalyst calcined at 400 ℃, the conversion of endo-TCD reached up to 92.0%, with the yield of exo-TCD equating to 51.0%. 展开更多

As the rapid development of aviation industry and newly emerging crowd-sourcing projects such as Flightradar24 and FlightAware,large amount of air traffic data,particularly four-dimension(4D)trajectory data,have become available for the public.In order to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of results,data cleansing is the first step in analyzing 4D trajectory data,including error identification and mitigation.Data cleansing techniques for the 4D trajectory data are investigated.Back propagation(BP)neural network algorithm is applied to repair errors.Newton interpolation method is used to obtain even-spaced trajectory samples over a uniform distribution of each flight’s 4D trajectory data.Furthermore,a new method is proposed to compress data while maintaining the intrinsic characteristics of the trajectories.Density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)is applied to identify remaining outliers of sample points.Experiments are performed on a data set of one-day 4D trajectory data over Europe.The results show that the proposed method can achieve more efficient and effective results than the existing approaches.The work contributes to the first step of data preprocessing and lays foundation for further downstream 4D trajectory analysis. 展开更多

Constructing Z-scheme heterojunction to improve the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers of photocatalysts has gained extensive attention.In this work,we fabricated a novel Z-scheme MoO3/Bi2O4 heterojunction photocatalyst by a hydrothermal method.XPS analysis results indicated that strong interaction between MoO3 and Bi2O4 is generated,which contributes to charge transfer and separation of the photogenerated carriers.This was confirmed by photoluminescence(PL)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)tests.The photocatalytic performance of the as-synthesized photocatalysts was evaluated by degrading rhodamine B(RhB)in aqueous solution under visible light irradiation,showing that 15%MoO3/Bi2O4(15-MB)composite exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity,which is 2 times higher than that of Bi2O4.Besides,the heterojunction photocatalyst can keep good photocatalytic activity and stability after five recycles.Trapping experiments demonstrated that the dominant active radicals in photocatalytic reactions are superoxide radical( O2-)and holes(h+),indicating that the 15-MB composite is a Z-scheme photocatalyst.Finally,the mechanism of the Z-scheme MoO3/Bi2O4 composite for photo-degrading RhB in aqueous solution is proposed.This work provides a promising strategy for designing Bi-based Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts for highly efficient removal of environmental pollutants. 展开更多

Molecular dynamics simulations on octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX) at 303-383 K and atmospheric pressure are carried out under NPT ensemble and COMPASS force field, the equilibrium structures at elevated temperatures were obtained and showed that the stacking style of molecules don't change. The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) values were calculated by linear fitting method. The results show that the CTE values are close to the experimental results and show anisotropy. The total energies of HMX cells with separately increasing expansion rates (100%-105%) along each crystallographic axis was calculated by periodic density functional theory method, the results of the energy change rates are anisotropic, and the correlation equations of energy change-CTE values are established. Thus the hypostasis of the anisotropy of HMX crystal's thermal expansion, the determinate molecular packing style, is elucidated. 展开更多

The aneuploid with isochromosome or telochromosome is ideal material for exploring the position of centromere in lingkage map. FOr obtaining these aneuploids in rice, the primary trisomics from triplo-1 to triplo-12 and the aneuploids derived from a triploid of indica rice variety Zhongxian 3037 were carefully investigated. From the offsprings of triplo-10, a primary trisomic of chromosome 10 of the variety, an isotetrasomic "triplo-10-1" was obtained. Cytological investigation revealed that a pair of extra isochromosomes of triplo-10-1 were come from the short arm of chromosome 10. In the offsprings of the isotetrasomic, a secondary trisomic "triplo-10-2" 5 in which the extra- chromosome was an isochromosome derived from the short arm of chromosome 10, was identified. With the isotetrasomic, secondary trisomic, primary trisomic and diploid of variety Zhongxian 3037, different molecular markers were used for exploring the position of the centromere of chromosome 10. Based on the DNA dosage effect, it was verified that the molecular markers G1125, G333 and L169 were located on the short arm, G1084 and other 16 available molecular markers were on the long arm of chromosome 10. So the centromere of chromosome 10 was located somewhere betweenG1125 and G1084 according to the RFLP linkage map given by Kurata et al[1]. The distance from G1125 to G1084 was about 3.2cM. 展开更多

The IR spectroscopic data indicate the tautomeric transformations of typical aprotonic organic fluids such as methane halides with gross formulas CHX3 (X = Cl, Br), CH2X2 (X = CI, Br, I) and CCl4 at normal conditions. These transformations lead to the appearance in molecules of activated hydrogen atoms similar in the spectral behaviour to the bounded proton. The classical analysis of IR bands in 5000-600 cm^-1 region, for studied samples and their deuterated derivatives, proves the existence in the presented organic fluids of hydrogen and dihydrogen bonds. This bonding promotes the formation of supramolecular structure in methane halides. The mechanism of unusual binding in liquid phase in terms of common knowledge for the basic chemical properties of the examined compounds is discussed. 展开更多

The purification and separation of durene from the mixture containing durene isomers were studied.Since the boiling points of tetramethyl benzene isomers are very close but their melting points are of great differences,static melt crystallization was applied to separate and purify durene from its isomers.Crystallization experiments were carried out under various operating conditions.The effects of cooling rate,crystallization temperature,sweating temperature and sweating time on the yield and purity of crystal were investigated.Orthogonal experimental design method was adopted to analyze the factors that may affect the yield of durene.Under the optimal crystallization conditions,the purity of durene could reach as high as 99.06%with the yield of 75.3%through one crystallization process.By fitting purification data based on sweating time in isothermal operations,the purification rate coefficient was obtained. 展开更多

This study examines gender differences in rural laborers‘ employment patterns in the mountainous and upland areas of Sichuan, China. The analysis employs both representative survey data of 400 households and geographical data. Multinomial logistic regression models are used to analyze the influences of gender, among other factors, on employment decisions of rural males and females, where the factors considered include personal, household, community natural environmental characteristics. Dividing laborers into four categories, we find that the proportions of males who participating in on-farm, pluriactive, and off-farm work, and unemployment were 24.41%, 28.64%, 46.27%, and 0.68% respectively, while that of females who participating in on-farm, pluriactive, and offfarm work, and unemployment were 43.20%, 13.95%, 30.95%, and 11.90% respectively. As to individual characteristics, age(AGE) and physical condition(PHY) effects appeared to be more pronounced for men, while education(EDU) and marital status(MAR)effects appeared to be more pronounced for women. Regarding household and community characteristics, the effects of the presence in the household of children aged 6-(CHI), number of persons in the household(POP), and labor force(LAB), per capitaincome in village(INCV), and the development status of village enterprises(ENT) on women were greater than that on men. In addition, the presence in the household of elderly individuals aged 65+(OLD) and time to reach the nearest township(TIME) are shown to have opposite impacts on men and women. While the presence in the household of pupils(PUP) and per capital gross value of industrial output(GVIO) was found to be irresponsive to men and women taking pluriavtivity and off-farm job. With respect to natural environments characteristics, the effects on men were opposite of those on women. Unemployment of women was found to be particularly responsive to household characteristics. A multinomial regression approach is undertaken to analyze rural males‘ and females‘ decisions of the four employment patterns considered, an approach that reveals considerable heterogeneity that is concealed by the dichotomous approach employed in most previous studies. The study thus contributes to our understanding of rural employment patterns and gender difference in mountainous and upland areas. 展开更多

Kinetic parameters are obtained, which comprise chain propagation rate constant, kp, and partial rate constants, k3 and k4 + k5, propagation orders with respect to monomer and active species concentrations, α and β, real activation energy, E, as well as partial activation energies, E3 and E4+5 and so on. The relationship between the microstruc-ture of polyisoprene and the ratio of [THF]/[n-BuLi] has been investigated. On the basis of the studies mentioned above, a reasonable mechanism of the anionic polymerization of isoprene in THF is proposed. 展开更多

In this study,we used remotely sensed data,GIS modeling,and statistical methods to evaluate the damage caused by the Wenchuan Earthquake (May 12,2008) to the giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) habitat in the World Nature Heritage Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuary (WHSGPS) in China.A landscape ecological analysis found increases of landscape heterogeneity,complexity,and fragmentation in the giant panda habitat after the earthquake.A terrain analysis found that slope and elevation are directly associated with the distribution of the damaged areas.As slope and elevation increase,the size of the damaged area keeps increase until to a peak,and then starts to drop.The total area of the damaged vegetation in our study area is 114.26 km 2,accounting for 3.78% of the study area;30.46% of that 114.26 km 2 is located in the Core Zone of WHSGPS.There are 18.57km 2 of the damaged vegetation located in the identified suitable giant panda habitat,accounting for 1.75% of the total area of suitable giant panda habitats in the study area.Based on these findings,we conclude that the Wenchuan Earthquake does not have significant impact on the WHSGPS as a whole. 展开更多
