古代哈萨克地区和中原殷周社会都几乎同时经历过用“金”制作的生产工具、生活器具 .——青铜器——时期。当古代哈萨克和中原殷周社会的生产、经济发展由曾经相似转向差异、不同后 ,社会生产力的发展方向也发生了偏转 ,因而导致生产工... 古代哈萨克地区和中原殷周社会都几乎同时经历过用“金”制作的生产工具、生活器具 .——青铜器——时期。当古代哈萨克和中原殷周社会的生产、经济发展由曾经相似转向差异、不同后 ,社会生产力的发展方向也发生了偏转 ,因而导致生产工具的使用范围及提升水平也发生了变化 :前者逐渐走向萎缩 ,后者逐渐走向进步。所以反映在哲学中 :“四素”说中无“金”,“五行”说中有“金”——因为古代朴素唯物主义世界观 (本体论 )是对人的改变自然界以满足人自身物质生活需要的实践活动的认识。 展开更多

Eighteen mineral elements in the samples of 13 famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province were measured via related instruments. The results showed, of all the 18 measured samples, that the contents of K, P, S, Ca and Mg were relatively higher( 〉1 500 mg/kg) in famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province, while those of Ba, Cr, V, Co and Se were relatively lower( 〈 10 mg/kg) ; compared to common green tea, the famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province contained higher contents of K, Zn, P, Na, Ni, Cu, S, Se and Co(0.38% -115.65% higher than that in common green tea), and lower contents of Mg, Mn, AI, Ca, V, Rb, Fe and Cr(7.20% -46.67% lower than that in common green tea); of the 13 tested tea varieties, Hongyanyingchun, Yongchuanxiuya and Qingchengxueya were rich in mineral elements, while Yuchengyunwu and Yuqiancha lacked in mineral elements. The re- suits show that Hongyanyingchun, Yongchuanxiuya and Qingchengxueya are the elites in the famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province. 展开更多

It was found that in the ovule development period of tetraploid R. pseudoacacia from 15 d after coronal opening, the levels of growth-promoting endogenous hormones in abortive ovules were lower than those in normal ovules, and the level of a growth-inhibiting hormone was always higher than those in normal ovules, indicating that ovule abortion of tetraploid R. pseudoacacia might be related to abnormal endogenous phytohormones in ovules. This study laid a foundation for further study on highly sterile phenomenon of tetraploid R. pseudoacacia seeds. 展开更多

Conversion of cellulose into platform chemical 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) in water-tetrahydrofuran (THF) co-solvents under acidic condition was studied. 38.6% of HMF was obtained with low cellulose concentration of 2.4wt%, but levulinic acid (LA) and solid humins became the main products with high cellulose concentration. The soluble byproducts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography/multiple stage tandem mass spec-trometry, and chemicals with formula of C9H16O4、 C10H14O4、 C11H12O4、C12H10O5 and C12H16O8 were detected. THF could participate in the reaction via ring-opening into 1,4-butanediol followed by esterification with LA into C9H16O4 or etherification with HMF into C10H14O4. C11H12O4 was formed by esterification of HMF with LA, C12H10O5 was formed by self-etherification of HMF, while C12H16O8 was formed by acetalization of HMF with glucose. Self-etherification of HMF and etherification of HMF with 1,4-butanediol were identified as two main side reactions. 展开更多

A regulated gene expression system would offer the unique opportunity to study the gene physiological functions at different developmental stages. For realizing gene special expression in plant anther at given time, we constructed a new system that combined tetracycline- inducible elements with TA29 promoter, a tapetum-specific promoter of tobacco. The system was tested in transient GUS assay system by electroporation (gene gun) transformation of tobacco ( Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. Winsconsin 38) anther. In the absence of tetracycline as the inducer, no GUS activity was detected. However, strong GUS expression was observed in tapetum. tissue upon tetracycline induction, and little GUS activity was found outside the tapetum. Our results suggested that gene expression can be restricted to a specific tissue at the given time under the control of this new system, and this system would be a very useful tool for both basic plant biology research and biotechnological applications. 展开更多

An electrochemically reduced graphene oxide sample, ERGO_0.8v, was prepared by electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide (GO) at -0.8 V, which shows unique electrocatalytic activity toward tetracycline (TTC) detection compared to the ERGO-12v (GO applied to a negative potential of-1.2 V), GO, chemically reduced GO (CRGO)-modified glassy carbon electrode (GC) and bare GC electrodes. The redox peaks of TTC on an ERGO-0.8v-modifled glass carbon electrode (GC/ERGO-0.8v) were within 0-0.5 V in a pH 3.0 buffer solution with the oxidation peak current correlating well with TTC concentration over a wide range from 0.1 to 160 mg/L Physical characterizations with Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), Raman, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies (XPS) demonstrated that the oxygen-containing functional groups on GO diminished after the electrochemical reduction at -0.8 V, yet still existed in large amounts, and the defect density changed as new sp2 domains were formed. These changes demonstrated that this adjustment in the number of oxygen-containing groups might be the main factor affecting the electrocatalytic behavior of ERGO. Additionally, the defect density and sp2 domains also exert a profound influence on this behavior. A possible mechanism for the TTC redox reaction at the GC/ERGO-0.8v electrode is also presented. This work suggests that the electrochemical reduction is an effective method to establish new catalytic activities of GO by setting appropriate parameters. 展开更多

The results showed that nine elements, such as P, K, Ba, Mn, Cu, were significantly different among varieties, others did not. Black tea varieties usually contain high contents of Cu and K. In this study, a 2D BiOI nanosheet/1D BiPO4 nanorod/fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) composite electrode with a p-n heterojunction structure was prepared by a two-step electrodeposition method. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and electrochemical testing were used to characterize its composition, crystal morphology, and optical properties. The Bi- OI/BiPO4/FTO composite electrode has higher photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) activity for the degradation of tetracycline than pure BiPO4 and BiOI. The PEC activity of the composite was 1.98 times and 2.46 times higher than those of the BiOI/FTO and BiPO4/FTO electrodes, respectively. The effects of the working voltage and BiOI deposition time on the degradation of tetracycline were investigated. The optimum BiOI deposition time was found to be 150 s and the optimum working voltage is 1.2 V. Trapping experiments showed that hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and superoxide radicals (·O2-) are the major reactive species in the PEC degradation process. The BiOI/BiPO4/FTO composite electrode has good stability, and the tetracycline removal efficiency remains substantially unchanged after four cycles in a static system. A novel p‐n heterostructure photocatalyst m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl was successfully synthetized through a facile ion‐etching method.Via adjusting the added volume of HCl solution,a series of different ratios of composite photocatalysts were obtained.The as‐prepared samples of physical,chemical and optical characteristics were examined by X‐ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy,selected‐area electron diffraction,Fourier transform infrared absorption,Raman microscope,N2 adsorption‐desorption,X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV‐vis spectrum technologies.The photocatalysts showed high degradation rate and complete mineralization ability for methyl orange and tetracycline solution under visible light.The reaction rate constant of m‐Bi2O4/BiOCl for methyl orange was 52.28 times higher than that of BiOCl.The characterization presented a good stability of materials.Furthermore,the photocurrent response test certified that the heterostructure effectively accelerated the separation and migration of photo‐generated carries.The scavenger experiments evidenced that hole(h+)and superoxide radical(?O2?)were the primary active radicals.A possible photocatalytic mechanism was proposed.This work provided an alternative photocatalyst applied to water environmental remediation. 展开更多

Since the discovery of the tetracycline in 1953, numerous natural andsemisynthelic tetracyclines have been reported with broad spectrum antibacterial activity .Doxycycline 1 and minocycline 2 are semisyn-thetic second-generation tetracyclines that exertanti-inflammatory effects. These effects appear completely separate and distinct fromtheirantimicrobial actio. Minocycline and doxycycline are absorbed rapidly and show higher brainpenetrability than other tetracyclines. During recent years, doxycycline and minocycline have shownto have neuroprotective effects in models of global and focal ischemia . The neuroprotective effectsare assumed to result from the inhibition of microglia activation. Furthermore, from an in vitrostudy, it was reported that minocycline induces neuroprotection against NMDA-induced neurotoxicityby inhibiting p38 MAP ki-nase activity in microglia .
