They are turning to pile foundations to solve t...Complexity and implementation of design norms in Cameroon required a proven foreign expertise, but nowadays local engineers are mastering modern construction techniques. They are turning to pile foundations to solve the problem of construction sites on weak soils. The objective of this work is to present the trend of the country pile-driving capacity of some foundations design and construction companies. The proposed analytical method is based on Finite Element Method and on the theory of wave＇s propagation and transmission along the pile taking into account experimental data on the construction site. The proposed method is validated through recorded data during the construction of the Mungo Bridge in Cameroon, and obtained analytical results are in agreement with experimental results.展开更多

This serious food safety issue is being addressed in different countries not only in terms of their biological and clinical ch...Over the last two decades, food allergens are being recognized as one of the food hazards. This serious food safety issue is being addressed in different countries not only in terms of their biological and clinical characteristics, but also in terms of various standards of allergen management in food industries. This abnormal immune response caused by food allergens affects the quality of life especially in children and influences their overall health and retards normal growth, along with they suffer from ailments like eating disorders, depression, sometimes even death which is the most adverse impact of food allergy. Every country has their own set of guidelines to deal with the food allergens especially developed countries, food allergen guidelines is not well documented in developing countries. FAO/WHO is providing assistance to developing countries in strengthening their food safety guidelines. The Codex Alimentarius was formulated by the two organizations FAO/WHO in the year 1960; it is a collection of food standards in a integrated, codified style, together with associated material such as codes of hygiene and good manufacturing practices that should be followed by industries during various production stages of a food item. In both developed and developing nations, the Food Chemical Codex or the Codex Alimentarius aims to protect public health and implement fair trade practises for the trading of food items.展开更多
Global governance largely grows out of the externalities in state governance. At present, global governance and state governance are integrated into a kind of ＂holistic governance＂ based on their interaction and int...Global governance largely grows out of the externalities in state governance. At present, global governance and state governance are integrated into a kind of ＂holistic governance＂ based on their interaction and interpenetration. Our understanding of their interplay can be traced back to ideas that developed from ancient Greek and Roman times to the early 20th century. More recently, from the second half of the 20^th century, theories of the interaction between global and state governance essentially revolved around the externalities in state governance and efforts to overcome those externalities by designing an ideal world. Today, the interaction between global and state governance is of great practical significance, serving to inspire the establishment of a global order based on sharing, integration and symbiotic harmony. However, we should also be aware that this interaction may be converted by great powers to the service of their own interests. At present, China can help reshape the global governance order of the 21st century by strengthening its own development, promoting benign interaction between global and state governance, actively harnessing the potential of its state governance capacity and sharing its experience and ideas.展开更多

State policies are integrated with state law, and the laws and legal interpretations formulated by the National People＇s Congress and its Standing Committee, judicial interpretations, administrative regulations, autonomous regulations and special regulations, administrative rules and other regulatory documents are forms of expression of state policies. Different rules for adjudication apply depending on the different vehicles of state policy.
