高考试题“地方特色”解读——2005年语文卷（浙江）特色阐释

随着不少省份高考自主命题，在命题时如何凸现地方色彩，是一件很不简单的事。比较多的意见认为地方色彩应当是本省作家写的作品或外省作家反映本省景色的作品，在我看来，这样理解地方特色，其实是狭隘地方主义的体现。它应该包含三层内涵，即命制试题的选料或试题要符合或反映本省现实，能拷问本省的时风，起引领作用；命制试题的要求要适合本省考生有所为，命制试题的目的能检测出本省考生实际水平：命制试题的终极目标要有利于本省的基础教育发展。

基于智力城镇化的特色小镇产业培育探索——以辽宁通远堡镇为例

我国城镇化正处于劣势的体力城镇化阶段,特色小镇作为新型城镇化的主力军,体力化威胁仍不可避免。为缓解特色小镇体力化困境,文章基于智力城镇化的相关理论,以辽宁通远堡镇为例,围绕特色产业展开智力化培育的探索。结合链式产业思维,以智力投入、智力主体、智力产出三大环节为基础,以智力要素创新性地打造智力链条,构建可持续的特色产业,带动城镇化转型升级,以期为辽宁省乃至全国特色小镇培育提供借鉴。

Vehicle Detection in Still Images by Using Boosted Local Feature Detector

Vehicle detectition in still images is a comparatively difficult task. This paper presents a method for this task by using boosted local pattern detector constructed from two local features including Haar-like and oriented gradient features. The whole process is composed of three stages. In the first stage, local appearance features of vehicles and non-vehicle objects are extracted. Haar-tike and oriented gradient features are extracted separately in this stage as local features. In the second stage, Adabeost algorithm is used to select the most discriminative features as weak detectors from the two local feature sets, and a strong local pattern detector is built by the weighted combination of these selected weak detectors. Finally, vehicle detection can be performed in still images by using the boosted strong local feature detector. Experiment results show that the local pattern detector constructed in this way combines the advantages of Haar-like and oriented gradient features, and can achieve better detection results than the detector by using single Haar-like features.

Research on Urban Tourism Image Positioning:A Case Study of Dengfeng in Henan Province

Aiming at facilitating the research of urban tourism image positioning,this paper summarizes the domestic and abroad theories on urban tourism image and analyzes its significance for cities.With Dengfeng as an example,its goal is to boost development of Dengfeng tourism,which is an excellent tourism city in China.This paper presents its current urban tourism developing situation,positions its tourism image,concludes the plan of image brand and proposes promotional slogans based on the analysis of Dengfeng tourism local features,its core elements and perceptions of visitors.

Anatolia peninsula that is a bridge between Asia and Europe has become a house for many diverse nations and settlement for over centuries because of its unprecedented strategic location above mentioned. And this allowed the peninsula to have different cultural features in almost every period of history. In Anatolia that has a very dynamic history, one of the most important element changing in time is the name of places. Despite the fact that there is not a precision in the change of names, it is generally related with the language used by prevailing public.

On Beijing Dialect Translation from the Perspective of Domestication and Foreignization --A Case Study of Shi Xiaojing＇ s English Version of Luotuo Xiangzi

In Lao She＇s works, the use of the Beijing dialect has a strong local characteristic, and readers can fully appreciate the essence of old Beijing＇ s flavor. His famous work Luotuo Xiangzi has embodied the characteristics of Beijing, that is why it is popular among both the public and mmslators. Threrfore, it is significant to study the English translation of Luotuo Xiangzi. Shi Xiaojing has the background of living abroad, and she has also been influenced by Chinese culture. So, her translation ofLuotuo Xiangzi is worth analyzing. This paper will analyze some examples of Beijing dialect in Shi Xiaojing＇s English Version of Luotuo Xiangzi by using the theory of domestication and foreignization to make a summary and to identify deficiencies.

The libraries, especially the university libraries, are the important gathering places of the human cultural knowledge and the inheritance, which usually house some important and rare historical literature books and materials. Especially the local university libraries in the minority agglomeration regions collect the cultural resources with the local ethnic characteristics, so the local university libraries should have the better geographical advantages and the advantages of the subject resources to give full play to the unique functions and values to study and inherit the local cultural protection.

Preliminary Study on Planting Direction of Flood Land at Different Altitudes——a Case Study in Xiaojiang Valley, Yunnan

Flood land, with abundant light, heat, and water resource, is an important potential land resource to resolve the situation of the limited arable land in mountain areas in Xiaojiang Valley, Dongchuan, Yunnan. It will have a great significance on the development of local characteristic agriculture and the settlement of poor moun- tain immigrants that how to develop and protect the flood land in a scientific, effec- tive and sustainable way. In this paper, flood land of Xiaojiang Valley is divided into three zones （higher zone is 1 600-1 300 m, medium zone is 1 300-1 000 m, low- er zone is 1 000-700 m） according to different elevations. Through field survey, in situ measurement, sampling analysis and ＂3S＂ technology, the area and soil nutri- ent characteristics of flood land at different altitudes are tested and analyzed sys- tematically. And also according to the climatic characteristics in different elevations of flood land, the research analyzed and investigated the growing conditions of flood land in different elevations in Xiaojiang Valley, and then discussed how to develop and cultivate reasonably and effectively in flood land. All the work is intended to provide beneficial reference for the development and cultivation of flood land in mountain areas.

Local discrimination scheme for some unitary operations

It has been shown that for two different multipartite unitary operations U_1 and U_2, when tr(U_1~?U_2) = 0, they can always be perfectly distinguished by local operations and classical communication in the single-run scenario. However, how to find the detailed scheme to complete the local discrimination is still a fascinating problem. In this paper, aiming at some U_1 and U_2 acting on the bipartite and tripartite space respectively, especially for U_1~?U_2 locally unitary equivalent to the high dimensional X-type hermitian unitary matrix V with trV = 0, we put forward the explicit local distinguishing schemes in the single-run scenario.
