In recent years, realising a "clean- state" design for the future Internet has become an important research focus. An architecture com- bining an Information-Centric Network (ICN) and Sottware-Defmed Network (SDN) (IC-SDN) has gradually attracted more attention. How- ever, the existing studies regarding IC-SDN still lack support in terms of the "network status awareness" function, resulting in unreasonable resource allocation. In this paper, we propose a new status-aware resource adaptation sche- me, i.e. a status-aware module is embedded into basic elements (Forwarding Node (FN) and Resource adaption Manager (RM)). The FNs collect the network status dynamically for the controller to reallocate network resources accor- ding to the fluctuations in environmental con- ditions. Simulation results show that, compared with the existing IC-SDN mechanism, the pro- posed scheme reduced the link bandwidth var- iance by 56% and the content delivery latency by 40%. The proof-of-concept implementation demonstrates the feasibility of our proposed sc- heme for small-scale deployment. 展开更多

To avoid this problem, we ... The standard method to construct a finite field requires a primitive irreducible polynomial of a given degree. Therefore, it is difficult to apply for the construction of huge finite fields. To avoid this problem, we propose a new method to construct huge finite fields with the characteristic p = 5 by using an Artin-Schreier tower. Utilizing the recursive basis of the Artin-Schreier tower, we define a nmltiplication algorithm The algorithm can explicitly calculate the multiplication of two elements on the top finite field of this tower, without any primitive element. We also define a linear recurrence equation as an application, which produces a sequence of numbers, and call the new pseudorandom number generator Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) for p = 5. The experircental results show that our new pseudorandom number generator can produce a sequence of numbers with a long period. 展开更多

This meth-od consists of two stages: element detection stage and audio scene analysis stage. In the former stage, the basic audio elements are modeled by the HMM models and trained by enough samples off-line, and we adaptively add or remove basic ele- ment from the targeted element pool according to the time, place and other environment parameters. In the latter stage, a data fusion algorithm is used to combine the sensory information of the same ar-ea, and then, a role-based method is employed to analyze the audio scene based on the fused data. We conduct some experiments to evaluate the per-formance of the proposed method that about 70% audio scenes can be detected correctly by this method. The experiment evaluations demonstrate that our method can achieve satisfactory results. 展开更多

Professor Cheryl Hamilton of American Tarrant County divided speeches into two types: One is informative speeches, and the other is persuasive speeches. It is obvious that the speech to actuate should be more inspired and motive than the speech to convince. So the language of the speech to actuate should have some special features. Personal pronoun is one of the basic elements of language. It is widely used in our daily speaking, and for a speaker, it is also an effective way to control the emotion of listeners. Different personal pronouns have different effects in a speech, and this thesis has analyzed the effects of personal pronouns in the speech to actuate respectively with the examples of “I Have a Dream” made by Martin Luther King and “My Education, My Future” made by Barack Hussein Obama Jr., the president of America. From the analysis, we can see the concrete role every pronoun played in the speeches of different styles, and how it impacts the success of a speech. Such an analysis and probe leads to a better understanding on the art of English speaking, which can help the learners of English make these skills in their charge. 展开更多

The alloy (AI-Cu-Mg) alloy important one dating back to the series (2xxx) where copper foundries basic element which represents the number (2), the study relied on foundries add elements boron (B) and titanium (Ti) and then use a heat treatment (homogenizing process) to improve the corrosion resistance in saline (NaC1 3.5%) of the base alloy (A1-Cu-Mg), was prepared four types of alloys (A, B, C, D) depending on the chemical composition. The results showed that the corrosion resistance in saline solution was the best resistance in the alloy (D) (A1-2% Cu-2% Mg-0.1% B-1.0% Ti) compared with the rest of bullion when an examination of corrosion of the alloy prepared after homogenizing. But by examining the surface roughness of the alloy ingot turned out that (D) is softer than the rest of the surface alloys and this is due to the addition of boron and titanium together increases surface smoothness in alloys because it works to reduce the grain size. 展开更多

Investigation of Essential or Non-essential Character of Some Hardly Known Trace Elements for Plants

The concentration distribution of essential and non-essential micro-elements of the tissues of healthy organisms shows significant difference. This fact can be used for clarification of the biological role of hardly known trace elements, as well, proving the essential or non-essential character. In case of essential elements the concentration range is rather narrow, the distribution is normal. In case of non-essential elements the interval is wide, the concentration-distribution is log-normal. Measurements and mathematical calculations were carried out for determination of the concentrations and concentration-distributions of some micro-elements, trying to clarify the essentiality or non-essential character of the investigated elements from point of view of plant physiology. Based on the measurements for radish Li and Ni seem to be non-essential trace elements, however in case of Sr the distribution curve suggests an essential character, because the concentration range is not wide. 展开更多

Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings were grown under a factorial design to measure biomass accumulation and P, Na and K concentrations of plants, with 3 different ectomycorrhizal fungus (EMF) strains (Boletus edulis, Xerocomus chrysenteron and Gomphidius viscidus) and two P treatments (with or without extra P). Growth and mineral nutrition of pine seedlings were stimulated by three EMF under salinity stress. Na concentrations were changed and plant K and P concentrations were increased significantly by EMF. Adding extra P made no difference in accumulation of seedlings biomass, and did not assist element absorption of plants. Although three strains of EMF can all enhance the tolerance of pine seedlings to salinity stress, they may utilize different mechanisms because of different performance in absorption of elements. The increased P and K accumulation and the balance of ion concentrations might be due to the enhanced tolerance of EMF-inoculated plants to saline conditions. 展开更多

In this paper, we present the theory of constructing optimal generalized helical-wave coupling dynamical systems. Applying the helical-wave decomposition method to Navier-Stokes equations, we derive a pair of coupling dynamical systems based on optimal generalized helical-wave bases. Then with the method of multi-scale global optimization based on coarse graining analysis, a set of global optimal generalized helical-wave bases is obtained. Optimal generalized helical-wave bases retain the good properties of classical helical-wave bases. Moreover, they are optimal for the dynamical systems of Navier-Stokes equations, and suitable for complex physical and geometric boundary conditions. Then we find that the optimal generalized helical-wave vortexes fitted by a finite number of optimal generalized helical-wave bases can be used as the fundamental elements of turbulence, and have important significance for studying physical properties of complex flows and turbulent vortex structures in a deeper level. 展开更多

With a strong leadership in China, it has grown to become the newest and emerging super economic power bloc of the twenty-first century. Government adoption of philosophies such as the Mandate of Heaven, putting the people first, rule by virtue and deep economic reforms has not only bolstered it's authority to rule but has fortified the ruling party position as the only legitimate ruler of the greatest populated country in the world. This article develops a perception that stability of any society can only be achieved when it is deeply rooted in the philosophical ideology of that society and pursuing the core interests of the people. This work sets out to explain and examine the nature of the Chinese Communist Party dynamics in ensuring political stability in China over the decades of its inception into the political stream of the nation state. 展开更多
