目的探讨补中益气汤合增液汤加减治疗功能性便秘气阴两虚证的临床疗效。方法将该院于2019年1月—2021年12月收治的80例功能性便秘气阴两虚证患者纳入研究,采用随机对照法将所选患者进行分组,分为治疗组及对照组各40例。其中治疗组患者... 目的探讨补中益气汤合增液汤加减治疗功能性便秘气阴两虚证的临床疗效。方法将该院于2019年1月—2021年12月收治的80例功能性便秘气阴两虚证患者纳入研究,采用随机对照法将所选患者进行分组,分为治疗组及对照组各40例。其中治疗组患者应用补中益气汤合增液汤加减治疗,150 mL/次,每日2次。对照组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片5 mg/次口服,每日3次。2组均以4周为1个疗程,比较治疗前后便秘主要症状评分、便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分变化情况,并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果药物干预前,两组患者临床症状包括大便性状、排便间隔、排便困难、排便不尽症状评分及腹部症状、直肠症状、大便症状、PAC-SYM量表总分评分对比,差异无统计学意义,均P>0.05;经药物干预后,两组患者大便性状、排便间隔、排便困难、排便不尽症状评分及腹部症状、直肠症状、大便症状、PAC-SYM量表总分评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,均P<0.05。观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤合增液汤加减治疗功能性便秘气阴两虚证具有较好临床效果,能够显著缓解大便干燥症状,改善患者生存状态,且具有不良反应小、患者认可度高等优势,是值得广泛应用的方案之一。 展开更多

目的探讨补肾增膜方对薄型子宫不孕症患者子宫内膜血液流变学、容受性、性激素水平及自然妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月于医院就诊的93例薄型子宫内膜伴不孕患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将纳入研究的病例分为... 目的探讨补肾增膜方对薄型子宫不孕症患者子宫内膜血液流变学、容受性、性激素水平及自然妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月于医院就诊的93例薄型子宫内膜伴不孕患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将纳入研究的病例分为中药联合组和对照组。患者于月经周期第5天开始口服戊酸雌二醇片,中药联合组在口服戊酸雌二醇片的同时服用补肾增膜方进行治疗,两组患者均连续治疗3个月经周期。疗程结束后进行为期1年的随访。对比两组患者疗效情况,中医证候积分情况,妊娠率,子宫内膜厚度,子宫内膜类型,全血高、低切黏度,全血还原黏度,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞沉降率,促卵泡成熟激素(FSH),孕酮(P)以及雌二醇(E_(2))含量。结果中药联合组疗效分级情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分及中医证候积分总分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且中药联合组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);中药观察组随访期间内妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中药联合组子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),中药联合组A型子宫内膜比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中药联合组全血高、低切黏度,全血还原黏度,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞沉降率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);中药联合组血清FSH含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),中药联合组血清P、E2含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾增膜方对薄型子宫不孕症患者疗效较好,可有效增厚患者子宫内膜,改善子宫内膜容受性,促进妊娠,同时提高血清孕激素和雌二醇含量,改善子宫内膜血液流变学。 展开更多

In order to filter signal effectively according to selective center frequency, a voltage-controlled dynamic band-pass filter with gain compensation was designed based on voltage-controlled gain wideband amplifier VCA810. The transfer function of the filter was analyzed and gain compensation voltages were given through tests; besides, a system was designed, including the gain compensation circuit and the control voltage circuit, etc. Center frequency will change from 1 kHz to 20 kHz according to control voltage on condition that bandwidth of the filter remains constant. The designed system has the advantages of simple structure, low noise, stable performance and convenient adjustment. 展开更多

Responses of Photosynthetic Pigment, Phenol and Total Saponin Contents of Panax notoginseng to Supplemental UV-B under Field Conditions

[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the content changes and their correlations of the photosynthetic pigment,phenols,including total phenols,total flavonoids and anthocyanins,and total saponins of the one-year-old P.notoginseng plants under supplemental UV-B stress in fields.[Method] The one-year-old plants were irradiated by UV-B in field for 1 min per day,and the plants under the UV-B lamp were regarded as a circle center,achieving an annular leaf-sampling.The photosynthetic pigment,phenols and total saponins of the leaves were determined spectrophotometrically.[Result] With the increase of sampling radius,the supplemental UV-B intensity decreased significantly,the contents of chlorophyll (Chl) a,Chl b,Chl (a+b),carotenoid (Car) and total photosynthetic pigment (Chl+Car) of the leaves increased extremely significantly,the Chl a/b and total phenol content (TPC) decreased extremely significantly,but the Chl (a+b)/Car changes were not significant.The contents of total flavonoids,anthocyanins and saponins all increased due to the increasing of UV-B,displaying dose effects.The UV-B intensity was positively correlated with the Chl a/b,and negatively with the Chl a,Chl b,Chl (a+ b),Car and (Chl+Car) contents; and the two of TPC,total flavonoid content (TFC),total anthocyanin content (TAC) and total saponin content (TSC) were positively correlated,all reaching extremely significant level.The UV-B intensity was positively and significantly correlated with the total flavonoid content (TFC),negatively and significantly with the Chl (a+b)/Car,and positively and insignificantly with the TPC,TAC and TSC.[Conclusion] For one-year-old plants of P.notoginseng,UV-B can decrease the contents of the Chl a,Chl b,Chl (a+b),Car and (Chl+Car) and increase the Chl a/b and TPC,and,furthermore,induce the increases of the TFC,TAC and TSC in a dose-dependent manner.However,UV-B can hardly change the Chl (a+b)/Car.The supplemental UV-B of well-suited dose might be one of the effective measures to improve the TSC of P.notoginseng. 展开更多

A novel wide-range CMOS variable gain amplifier (VGA) topology is presented. The proposed VGA is composed of a variable transconductor and a novel variable output resistor and can offer a high gain variation range of 80dB while using a single variable-gain stage. Temperature-compensation and decibel-linear gain characteristic are achieved by using a control circuit that provides a gain error lower than ±1.5dB over the full temperature and gain ranges. Realized in 0.25μm CMOS technology, a prototype of the proposed VGA provides a total gain range of 64.5dB with 55.6dB-linear range,a P-1dB varying from - 17.5 to 11.5dBm,and a 3dB-bandwith varying from 65 to 860MHz while dissipating 16.5mW from a 2.5V supply voltage. 展开更多

A CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor) low-dropout regulator (LDO) with 3. 3 V output voltage and 100 mA output current for system-on-chip applications to reduce board space and external pins is presented. By utilizing a dynamic slew-rate enhancement(SRE) circuit and nested Miller compensation (NMC) on the LDO structure, the proposed LDO provides high stability during line and load regulation without off-chip load capacitors. The overshot voltage is limited within 550 mV and the settling time is less than 50 μs when the load current decreases from 100 mA to 1 mA. By using a 30 nA reference current, the quiescent current is 3.3 μA. The proposed design is implemented by CSMC 0. 5 μm mixed-signal process. The experimental results agree with the simulation results. 展开更多

After ripening in autumn, the fruit is collected and dried to get its fruit, which has the effect of warming kidney and helping Yang, the effect of absorbing asthma, warming the kidney and relieving diarrhea, and treating vitiligo and alopecia. Because the clinical curative effect is exact, so it has been widely used in the treatment of clinical diseases. However, the recent reports and clinical cases reported that BuGuZhi has some toxic effects. According to domestic and foreign references, toxic effects are mainly divided into hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, phototoxicity, reproductive toxicity, and rare cases of retinal vagueness reported by clinical reports. the toxicity of BuGuZhi is summarized. The article analyzed the way of synergism and reduction of BuGuZhi, which was based on data mainly coming from the compatibility of drugs, pattern identification, constitution identification and drug processing. Aimed at the two problems of underwater imaging, fog effect and color cast, an Improved Segmentation Dark Channel Prior(ISDCP) defogging method is proposed to solve the fog effects caused by physical properties of water. Due to mass refraction of light in the process of underwater imaging, fog effects would lead to image blurring. And color cast is closely related to different degree of attenuation while light with different wavelengths is traveling in water. The proposed method here integrates the ISDCP and quantitative histogram stretching techniques into the image enhancement procedure. Firstly, the threshold value is set during the refinement process of the transmission maps to identify the original mismatching, and to conduct the differentiated defogging process further. Secondly, a method of judging the propagating distance of light is adopted to get the attenuation degree of energy during the propagation underwater. Finally, the image histogram is stretched quantitatively in Red-Green-Blue channel respectively according to the degree of attenuation in each color channel. The proposed method ISDCP can reduce the computational complexity and improve the efficiency in terms of defogging effect to meet the real-time requirements. Qualitative and quantitative comparison for several different underwater scenes reveals that the proposed method can significantly improve the visibility compared with previous methods. 展开更多

Different amounts of vitamin C were added to diets fed to juveniles (2.5+0.15 g) of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus (Selenka) in an attempt to reduce the stress response of specimens exposed to nitrite stress. A commercial feed was used as the control diet and three experimental diets were made by supplementing 1 000, 1 500, or 2 000 mg vitamin C/kg diet to control diet separately in a 45-day experiment. Sea cucumbers were exposed to three different levels (0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 mg/L) of nitrite stress for 4, 8, and 12 h at four time intervals (0, 15, 30, and 45 d). Growth of the animals was recorded during the experiment. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) (i.e. hydroxyl free radical (-OH), malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC)) and antioxidant enzyme activities (i.e., superoxide dismutase (SOD) and eatalase (CAT)) were measured. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to analyze the effect of multiple factors on ROS indices and enzyme activities. Weight gain (WG) and special growth rate (SGR) of vitamin C supplementation groups were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). The levels of-OH and MDA increased under exposure time extending and nitrite concentration increasing, whereas T-AOC level decreased. SOD and CAT activities increased at 4 h and 8 h and decreased at 12 h. During the days in which the animal consumed experimental diets, the levels of-OH and MDA decreased and that of T-AOC increased. This result suggests that diets containing vitamin C could reduce the nitrite stress response in the animals and increase their antioxidant capacity. The multifactor regression equation of growth performance, ROS indices, and duration of feeding results suggest that vitamin C supplementation of 1 400-2 000 mg/kg diet for 29-35 days could reduce effectively the effects of nitrite exposure. 展开更多

The closed loop control model was built up for compensating the springback and enhancing the work piece precision.A coupled closed loop algorithm and a finite element method were developed to simulate and correct the springback of incremental sheet forming.A three-dimensional finite element model was established for simulation of springback in incremental sheet forming process.The closed loop algorithm of trajectory profile for the incremental sheet forming based on the wavelet transform combined with fast Fourier transform was constructed.The profile of processing tool path of shallow dishing with spherical surface was designed on the basis of the profile correction algorithm.The result shows that the algorithm can predict an ideal profile of processing track,and the springback error of incremental sheet forming is eliminated effectively.It has good convergence efficiency,and can improve the workpiece dimensional accuracy greatly. 展开更多

Contour following is one of the most important issues faced by many computer-numerical-control(CNC) machine tools to achieve high machining precision. This paper presents a new real-time error compensation method aiming at reducing the contouring error caused by facts such as servo lag and dynamics mismatch in parametric curved contour-following tasks. Due to the lack of high-precision contouring-error estimation method for free-form parametric curved toolpath, the error can hardly be compensated effectively. Therefore, an adaptive accurate contouring-error estimation algorithm is proposed first, where a tangential-error backstepping method based on Taylor's expansion is developed to rapidly find the closest point on the parametric curve to the actual motion position. On this foundation, the contouring error is compensated using a proposed nonlinear variable-gain compensation method, where the compensation gain is obtained according to not only the contouring-error magnitude but also its direction variation. The stability of the system after compensation is analyzed afterwards according to the Jury stability criterion.By design of the compensator in accordance with the presented contouring-error compensation method as well as the stability analyzation result, the balance between the response speed and the contour control stability can be effectively made. Experimental tests demonstrate the feasibility of the presented methods in both contouring-error estimation and contour-accuracy improvement.Contributions of this research are significant for enhancing the contour-following performance of the CNC machine tools. 展开更多
