A blind digital image forensic method for detecting copy-paste forgery between JPEG images was proposed.Two copy-paste tampering scenarios were introduced at first:the tampered image was saved in an uncompressed format or in a JPEG compressed format.Then the proposed detection method was analyzed and simulated for all the cases of the two tampering scenarios.The tampered region is detected by computing the averaged sum of absolute difference(ASAD) images between the examined image and a resaved JPEG compressed image at different quality factors.The experimental results show the advantages of the proposed method:capability of detecting small and/or multiple tampered regions,simple computation,and hence fast speed in processing. 展开更多

10%(volume fraction) SiCp/Al-Mg composites with different Mg contents were successfully fabricated by semi-solid mechanical stirring technique under optimum processing conditions.Effects of Mg content on microstructur... 10%(volume fraction) SiCp/Al-Mg composites with different Mg contents were successfully fabricated by semi-solid mechanical stirring technique under optimum processing conditions.Effects of Mg content on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that SiC particles disperse homogeneously in Al-Mg matrix and interfacial reaction between Al matrix and SiC particles is effectively controlled.Distribution of SiCp reinforcement and interfacial bonding are improved by adding Mg.Additionally,the mechanical properties of composites are remarkably improved with the Mg content increasing. 展开更多

The law of microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of hot roll bonded Cu/Mo/Cu clad sheets were systematically investigated and the theoretical prediction model of the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)of Cu/Mo/Cu clad sheets was established successfully.The results show that the deformation of Cu and Mo layers was gradually coherent with an increase in rolling reduction and temperature and excellent interface bonding was achieved under the condition of a large rolling reduction.The development of the microstructure and texture through the thickness of Cu and Mo layers was inhomogeneous.This phenomenon can be attributed to the friction between the roller and sheet surface and the uncoordinated deformation between Cu and Mo.The tensile strength of the clad sheets increased with increasing rolling reduction and the elongation was gradually decreased.The CTE of Cu/Mo/Cu clad sheets was related to the volume fraction of Mo.The finite element method can simulate the deformation and stress distribution during the thermal expansion process.The simulation result indicates that the terminal face of the clad sheets was sunken inward. 展开更多

The main objective of this study is to enhance the strength of CNTs (carbon nanotubes) which reinforced AI matrix composites by introducing an appropriate amount of Copper(Cu) into the composite material. AI-Cu/MWCNTs (multi-walled carbon nanotubes) nanocomposites were produced via compaction, sintering and hot extrusion process of AI-Cu/MWCNTs powders, which were fabricated by a conventional ball mill process with AI powders and Cu-MWCNTs composite powders which were synthesized by molecular level mixing technique. Also the change of mechanical properties with different content ratio of Cu/MWCNT composite powders in A1 matrix is analyzed. It is found that the addition of the proper Cu/MWCNTs powders which are well distributed in AI matrix leads to high mechanical stiffness. The 2 wt% Cu/MWCNTs reinforced A1 composites which exhibited 3.2 times higher tensile strength and 4.4 times higher yield strength than pure AI. 展开更多

Silicon carbide (SiC) composites were prepared by hot-press sintering from α-SiC starting powders with BaAl2Si2O8 (BAS). The effects of additives on densification, microstructure, flexural strength, and fracture behavior of the liquid phase sintered (LPS) SiC composites were investigated. The results show that the served BAS effectively promotes the densification of SiC composites. The flexural strength and fracture toughness of the SiC composites can reach a maximum value of 454 MPa and 5.1 MPa·m1/2, respectively, for 40% (w/w) BAS/SiC composites. SiC grain pullout, crack deflection, and crack bridging were main toughening mechanisms for the sintered composites. 展开更多
