“多媒体-主体参与型”教学法在针灸操作技术教学中的应用

目的通过在针灸学实验教学的针灸操作技术部分使用"多媒体-主体参与型"教学法,使不同层次的学生既能很好学习到针灸操作技能的理论知识,也能实现充分的操作训练,加强理论与实践相结合,提高临床学科教学质量。方法按年级将学生随机分为试验组(n=114)和对照组(n=115),两组教学内容一致,试验组采用"多媒体-主体参与型"教学法,进行多媒体教学后学生自主示范、自我评价、教师点评,再分组自主练习的方法授课;对照组以传统理论教学及实验课示范练习方法进行授课。采用考试以及问卷调查的考核指标,评价"多媒体-主体参与型"教学法在针灸操作技术教学中的应用成效。结果应用SPSS11.5统计软件包进行统计学分析,组间比较用独立样本t检验,经统计,试验组满意度为100%,对照组为75.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "多媒体-主体参与型"教学方法是针灸操作技术教学的创新,有利于学生更好掌握针灸技术的操作技能,在实体练习前理论知识的掌握又是操作熟练的关键,二者结合在一个课堂授课,可以起到事半功倍的效果。"多媒体-主体参与型"教学法的开展,将有利于进一步深化教学改革,提高《针灸学》教学的水平和质量。

临床医学技能实验中心多媒体网络教学及监控系统的应用研究

多媒体网络教学系统是一种集多媒体技术和网络技术于一体的课堂教学模式,是计算机多媒体技术、网络通信技术与现代教育理论相结合的产物。目前已经在日常教学中被广泛地应用。而网络实时监控又是保障贵重教学设备安全的重要措施，因此，把二者进行有机的结合及应用对临床技能培训实习教育有着重要的研究价值。
