以数字资源平台推动“大思政课”建设

“大平台”是“大思政课”建设的重要抓手,是数字信息技术与思想政治教育融合发展的重要途径。数字资源平台作为“大平台”的线上形式,为“大思政课”建设提供了强有力的支撑,为“大思政课”建设提供了多样化数字资源,加强了平台和高校的合作,搭建了师生交流管路,拓展了学生自主学习渠道。加强平台建设和管理、建立制度化合作机制、构建教学学术共同体是发挥数字赋能优势、推动“大思政课”建设的有效途径。

“大思政课”的价值意蕴、现实困境与发展路径探析

党的二十大报告旗帜鲜明地指出了我国高校目前及未来思想政治工作的重要性,明确了“大思政课”建设是我国高校思想政治理论课规划和建设的大方向。文章深刻剖析“大思政课”的价值意蕴和现实困境,通过打造协同效应的“大思政课”“大机制”,构建纵横联动的“大思政课”“大课堂”,建设多层次的“大思政课”“实践体系”,创造丰富多彩的“大思政课”“大资源”,培养和建设具备高素质的“大思政课”“大队伍”,构建立体多元的“大思政课”“大平台”六个方面提出有效的发展路径,从而进一步提升“大思政课”教育的实效,为国家的发展和建设培养出更多德才兼备的优秀人才。

“大思政课”视域下军校政治理论课建设研究

军校政治理论课始终坚持全国全军“一盘棋”建设。在“大思政课”视域下,军校政治理论课应以教学任务为牵引,在促进战略规划和时代要求相结合的过程中及时明确教学“大目标”;以教学改革为抓手,勠力建设既尊重传统又与时俱进的教学“大课堂”;以教学协同为助力,踏实建好既保持稳定又勇于变革的教学“大平台”;以人才队伍为保障,全力打造既严格落实准则又适当倾斜政策的教学“大师资”。

高校“大思政课”建设模式研究

加强高校“大思政课”建设,要成立“大思政课”建设科研团队,通过建立涵盖高校各重点部门的科研团队来整合校内教育主体资源,通过科研团队的力量加强“大思政课”的研究;要建好“大课堂”,要做好以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为核心内容的课程群建设,要做好第二课堂的建设,通过课内课外、校内校外的努力,形成“大课堂”;要搭建“大平台”,强化理论宣讲,做好社会实践,搭建好理论课堂“大平台”和实践课堂“大平台”;要建好“大师资”:通过建设好思政课教师队伍,选聘学校党政领导干部、各专业学科带头人进课堂形成校内“大师资”,同时邀请校外各行业、各领域专家进课堂,形成校外“大师资”,用最好的资源为学生呈现“多样的”的思政课;要结合高校自身特点,形成独具特色的“大思政课”建设模式,笔者所在高校经过多年的努力,打造了以医学专业课为核心,融合其他专业的“医思融合”、“医工结合”、“医艺协同”、“医技联合”、“医管融通”……的“医+X”“大思政课”特色育人实践体系,形成了“抓好一支队伍、建好两个课堂、用好三个平台、做好两篇大文章和搭好一个大舞台”的“一、二、三、二、一”“大思政课”建设模式,对探索高校思政课改革和提升思想政治教育工作效果颇具参考价值。

Manufacturers’channel selections under the influence of the platform with big data analytics

To obtain the platform s big data analytics support,manufacturers in the traditional retail channel must decide whether to use the direct online channel.A retail supply chain model and a direct online supply chain model are built,in which manufacturers design products alone in the retail channel,while the platform and manufacturer complete the product design in the direct online channel.These two models are analyzed using the game theoretical model and numerical simulation.The findings indicate that if the manufacturers design capabilities are not very high and the commission rate is not very low,the manufacturers will choose the direct online channel if the platform s technical efforts are within an interval.When the platform s technical efforts are exogenous,they positively influence the manufacturers decisions;however,in the endogenous case,the platform s effect on the manufacturers is reflected in the interaction of the commission rate and cost efficiency.The manufacturers and the platform should make synthetic effort decisions based on the manufacturer s development capabilities,the intensity of market competition,and the cost efficiency of the platform.

The Application of Moodle-Based Platform in College English Learning

After a brief introduction to current situation of College English teaching, the paper explores the theoretical foundations for designing a Moodle-based College English learning environment. Through a quantitative and qualitative research, the author proves its effectiveness in College English learning. In this new teaching environment, the learners can take initiative to construct knowledge with the assist of modules provided on Moodle platform. Their comprehensive language ability is greatly improved in this harmonious and equal environment through the interaction and communication with peers and the teacher.

An Empirical Study on the Improvement of College Students＇ Learning Motivation

Combined with the actual work of universities, to build a harmonious teacher teaching, needs feedback and students＇ practice＂. To build organic whole work program is by ＂thought leading, an application platform based on innovation and entrepreneurship from the perspective of students＇ learning motivation and learning needs, helps the student strengthen the learning ability construction. Through improving students＇ work and learning ability, they will be willing to learn.

The Archaeologic Map and GIS in Ancient Topography Researches： The ＂Carta Archeologica d＇ltalia--Forma Italiae＂ Project

This paper presents the research method applied to the ＂Archaeological Map of Italy--Forma Italiae＂ project, comprising to date the Ager Venusinus project （completed） and the Ager Lucerinus project （ongoing）. The idea of an Archaeological Map of Italy dates back to 1889 when by Royal degree the ＂Bureau for an Archeological Map of Italy＂ was created. Many decades later, with the advent of information technology and satellite observing systems （GPS） a ＂new era＂ of archaeological mapping began and the ＂Forma ltaliae＂, thanks to these technological developments, began to develop the first Territorial Information System of archaeological matter in Italy. Between 1989 and 1992, studies and experiments were carried out on automatic systems for the acquisition, calculation and management of archaeological data relating to the Carta Archeologica d＇Italia （Forma Italiae）. Our project sought to put together many experiences, including some from the past, as part of a ministerial initiative resulting in the establishment of a committee; furthermore, it sought to extend the discussion that for many years concerned primarily academic institutions to the sectors dealing with protection and archeological prevention. Though it has been designed for prevention and protection, it simultaneously serves as the basic instrument for understanding and enhancement of the cultural resources of the territory. In discussions about preventive archaeology and about the so-called ＂archaeological risk＂, it is very useful to create a databank of the known archaeological heritage. For this purpose, a computerized system for data management was used, composed of a GIS platform associated with an alphanumeric archive and designed soon to become a web GIS.

A Study of Learning Strategies on the Internet-Based College English Self-Study Platform

The learning strategy is one of the important inner factors that may affect the students＇ self-study. And the self-study ability is more and more emphasized. The Foreign Department of Harbin Engineering University has put the the Internet-based self-study platform in use among the Chen Geng class for years. Based on the observation of the using condition of the platform and the results from a survey, this paper will analyze the influence of the learning strategies after the use of the platform, and at the same time, some suggestions will be provided for the teachers to help students have a better command of learning strategies. As proved by the data, for the college English education in all Chinese universities, it is both a trend and a necessity to cultivate the self-study ability of students through the Internet-based platform.

Research on work mode of university ideological and political education based on SNS network

An odyssey: the way Chinese catalysis towards the world

The 16^th International Catalysis Congress (16th ICC) was successfully held in China in July 2016. This paper reviewed the development of catalytic science and technology of China from scratch to small then to large under the efforts of several generations. In 1950s, catalysis discipline was first set up to train early catalytic professionals in Jilin University, Peking University and Xiamen University. Subsequently, a large research team was formed in colleges and universities, the Academy of Sciences, the Enterprise Research Institute to carry out a large number of catalytic researches. Along with the Chinese reform and opening-up, the spring of science came, and the state started to emphasize and strongly support scientific research. Chinese catalytic researchers began to enter the international catalytic academic exchange platform. Famous foreign scientists are invited to visit China and a large number of visiting scholars and foreign students have been sent to the United States, Europe and Japan, many of them have become well-known professors, and grown into catalytic academic elites. The first China-Japan-USA Symposium on Catalysis was held in Dalian in 1982, and it was expanded to become the Asian-Pacific Congress on Catalysis (APCAT), one of the three regional catalytic conferences in the world. After several generations of bidding for the organization of the International Catalytic Congress three times, China won the right to host the 16th ICC. It has effectively promoted the Chinese catalytic academic circles to the international academic ones and improved the influence of catalysis communities in China significantly. The great development in catalytic research and technology has condensed the efforts of several generations of catalysts. To make China a catalytically strong country, there is still a long way to go. We hope that the contemporary scientists can accomplish this historical task.

A Feasibility Study for New Transport Connections between Italy and Algeria

The present study is part of the Executive Scientific Project 2 in the ItalMed Project which aims to elaborate a feasibility study for new transport connections between Italy and Algeria. The main objectives of the study are to increase the degree of economic integration between the two countries and improve commercial exchanges and direct investments in Algeria by Italian private companies. Moreover, the study tries to promote Italy＇s role as logistic platform for Mediterranean Countries along the east-west and north-south corridors and to improve the capacity of Italian regions to manage international cooperation programs on transport and logistics, finally, to support regional entrepreneurship in the foreign services sector.

The Building of Network Education Platform based on Web 2.0

Comparison of Design Response Spectrum for Long Period Structures Based on Scenario Earthquakes

Two kinds of determining methods for scenario earthquakes are presented in this paper,namely the weighted average method and maximum probability method. This paper briefly introduces the two methods,then taking a high-rise building in the Yantai area as a case study,we use the weighted average method and maximum probability method to realize seismic hazard analysis, determine earthquake magnitude, the epicenter and specific space position,and then give two response spectrums of the two methods. By comparing the differences of response spectrums between the two methods,we find that the weighted average method is more suitable for long period structures,while considering long period safety. The maximum probability method is more suitable for short period structures. It is reasonable to choose a corresponding different method when the structures have different natural vibration periods.

关于公安综合管理服务工作平台建设的实践与思考

江苏省公安机关开发建立的公安综合管理服务工作平台即信息警务"大平台",实现了全省内外信息资源高度共享,较好地解决了地区、部门之间的信息壁垒问题;统一了公安机关主要业务工作的标准规范,提升了警务运行质态;推动了情报信息主导警务战略的实施,提升了动态管控和应急处置能力;推动了公安机关内部管理机制创新,提升了公安队伍管理的规范化精细化水平;提升了各级公安机关和广大民警的创新创优能力,进一步激发了队伍的生机与活力,使公安工作在新起点上得到进一步发展。

推进区域“大思政课”建设 培育新时代“大写”的人

思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。上海市静安区作为上海市第二批“大思政课”建设重点试验区,通过搭建“大平台”,完善“大思政课”建设工作机制;建设“大课堂”,创新“大思政课”实践教学形态;建强“大师资”,优化“大思政课”教师队伍,形成了学段有序衔接、教学整体融合、资源有效统筹、社会有力支持的“大思政课”建设工作格局。未来,静安区将构建区域“大思政课”教学一体化“三体系”与校内外育人共同体“三体系”,为培育新时代“大写”的人、建设社会主义教育强国作出更大贡献。

Construction and open access management of large-scale instrument platform

Due to the new situation of continuous expansion of scientific and technological resources in universities and the urgent demand for hardware resources for science and technology innovation it is imperative to strengthen the construction of large-scale instrument service platforms and open access management.It is not only the requirements for the development of instrument service platforms,but also the resources for science and technology of society.In the present paper,we first summarized the current equipment management,open access and major experience,then raised the problems in the construction and management process on the basis of the large instrument platform construction and open access management regulations,and finally proposed countermeasures for these problems:increasing funding input,streamlining the management system,improving the performance evaluation mechanism,and strengthening the management and operation team construction,etc.Collectively,this paper provided reference and enlightenment for the construction and open access management of similar large-scale instrument platforms.
